    Dayton came and did our quarterly pest control of our house. He was doing the outside when I asked him about some problems with certain pests indoors and on other areas of the property. He was very quick to respond with knowledge of the problems I was having and with solutions for those issues. He had no problems coming inside and doing what he could to help with the problems and also doing service on the outside areas I was having issues with. Really love this company and the technitions they have working for them! Every time I call they are prompt to come out and and while they are here they are personable, knowledgeable and friendly!

    Very good response time and fast service. Very knowledgeable on termites and other pests. Knows the regulations and requirements. Initial inspection was performed professionally and the results and options thoroughly explained. Was able to schedule treatment to be performed the following weekend on a Saturday. Arrived on time and performed the treatment quickly and efficiently. Took the time to show me the work and explain additional discoveries while they were performing the treatment. Explained warranty and provided termite treatment certificate.

    Sunrise Pest Management
    When Sunrise picked up the traps and rodent bait stations,
    they did not provide us with a hardcopy receipt leading me to believe this was
    a no-charge discontinuation of service like they previously told me.  After a month or so, I noticed a two late
    payment notices in my very infrequently checked email spam folder.  Multiple late payment notices without a
    single phone call or regular post mail notice? 
    I didn?t think they sent us statements by email, since they have always
    provided us with a normal hardcopy receipt. 
    I discovered a statement for a follow-up service that cost $97 to remove
    the traps versus what they previously told me that trap removal was free.  I called Sunrise and asked them why I was
    charged.  They said that it was because they
    checked the traps while removing them and that we supposedly authorized it.  Unlike other statements that have my
    signature authorizing service, the statement they provided does not.  I just wanted them to remove their traps and
    discontinue service, all of which should have been free.

    I was in the process of selling a house when the buyer's inspector found evidence of rodent activity in the attic and the crawl space.  The house had been vacant for several months and before that I had renters in the house who never mentioned anything about any rodents.  Needless to say, I needed help!  The house is in Port Orchard, but I live in Seattle.  With a full time job and a kid in school, getting over there can be a challenge for me.  Brian from A+ Pest Control came out on a day that I could meet him, he was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.  He provided the service I paid for (basic rodent exclusion package) by fixing a broken vent screen and placing traps in all the places that had evidence of activity and then provided me with a final report via email, which made it easy to send to my buyers' agent to show what work was done.   Luckily, there were no rodents in the traps and the fixed vent should prevent any new ones from entering.  Brian also recommended an excellent restoration contractor who replaced the vapor barrier in the crawl space.  I'm very happy with the service.  I would definitely recommend A+ Pest Control.

    Orkin Pest Control
    First, the report issued on 6/16/2015 was not accurate. When I walked around and inspected, a wasp nest was plainly visible in the roof air vent above the main living room. An additional nest was in the eaves at the peak of the East side of the house had another nest. Both were very active. I responded to an ORKIN survey and a representative called me on Monday, 6/29/2015 and left a message. I called back and left a voice message describing the active wasp nests. There was no additional follow-up calls made by Orkin and no tech came out to address this issue. On 7/3/2015, I killed off the nest on the East side of my house and ordered a device to reach the one over my living room. 
    I started with Orkin's service on May 31, 2014. The reason I hired Orkin was to treat Wasp Nests at my residence. The initial visit in 2014 seemed impressive and the technician treated the active nests. I signed up for periodic visits for wasp nests and general pest treatments around the foundation. Shortly after this initial treatment, I noticed that the nests were becoming more active, not less. I called Orkin and they repeated the treatment and finally succeeded in this task. I emphasize that the whole reason for this work order with Orkin was to treat active wasp nests at my residence. In fact, I have been treating the nests as they appear since the Orkin tech assigned does not. 
    The one thing that Orkin does well is billing and charging my credit card. The company comes to the residence on their own schedule and never calls ahead to see if someone will be home or try to coordinate. I (the customer) have no way of confirming that any work was actually performed. Calls to the company end up in voice mail tag. I'm sorry to say that this experience has been painful and I will be ending my relationship with this company.

    Left two messages, two different days,  for this provider to quote service and conduct carpenter ant extermination. received no response whatsoever. He has not lived up to the other reviews posted, Found another provider that responded quickly. Would not recommend Kitsap pest control to anyone.

    I signed a contract for service and will get service quarterly.  He showed me all that he had found and set bait  boxes up in 3 places around the exterior of my home and traps underneath. 

    The cost for him to remove the cardboard and add more plastic was $500 and I chose not to have them do it.

    They came three times; one initial and two follow up visits. They got rid of everything. The did and inspection and then they did the pest control. The are not cheap and they worked on a rental property.

    The landscaper arrived on time and fully prepared to initiate the contracted work.  He dug holes in an essentially unfriendly soil, established two flower beds created completely from scratch and used earth friendly methods to discourage moles from further disrupting the lawn.  I am impressed with this providers use of natural rather than chemical methods in pest control as well as general yard care.

    Sunrise Pest Management
    Scheduling was fairly painless. Received an appointment between 2 and 5 pm. Guy showed up a little after 4 pm. Overall, I felt like we were giving him all the help and answers. We had ants in our kitchen and laundry room next to the kitchen and that's where the bait went. He didn't look around anywhere else. He did go under the house and said we had some wet foundation but he didn't know where it was coming from (I had to go look after he left. One was from our A/C unit dripping condensation and not sure on the other side. Could be the wife watering the grass and gardens quite a bit). These guys he called and quot;moistureand quot; ants. He sprayed around the perimeter and left. Seemed like $250 was alot for getting so little. Maybe that's common in the pest removal world, I don't know. Then they wanted to come back out in 2 weeks and charge another $79! And guess what? There are still ants in the laundry room and there are ants walking around all over outside. Not too impressed.
