  • The professionalism started with the phone call and carried through until the job was completed. Mark and his team was on time, polite and left the site spotless when they were complete. He was able to work around EXISTING/MATURE landscaping and provide knowledge on lighting for my She Shed. I would highly recommend Full Throttle to anyone looking for a professional. Mark will be installing my water gardens next spring!

  • Mark's crew was very professional, courteous, meticulous and on time. Charlie the crew supervisor saw the job went smoothly from beginning to end. He didn't hesitate to listen to my ideas, and make changes as I requested.( I change my mind a lot , and he was very patient with me) I would recommend Full Throttle to anyone looking for a good solid company to do business with. The owner Mark was very easy to talk with, and could visualize exactly what I wanted. Thank- you for making my yard my paradise. A very satisfied customer Patty H.

  • The building of the patio took about a week. A step also had to be built  which connected to our deck. When the project was finally finished the patio and the step looked like a work of art. Our patio has transformed our back yard. Now we look out from our great room onto this beautiful patio!! WE ARE VERY HAPPY!!  Thank you Cascadia!!

  • It was like a home show.  They came found out we wanted.  Had many choices to chose from but there were examples that made our decision much easier.   The work got done and the mess cleaned up.  I have never really experienced anything like it.  Flawless.  Very professional, helpful and so very nice.  Sorry I am not good with names but you know who you are.   The young men who actually did the install very professional.  I can't say one bad thing about this experience.  And my husband and I love our new pavers.  They even left a few for us incase of damage.  I would highly recommend this company to my friends or any one looking to have this kind of work done.  Many thanks.

  • The customer service was exemplary throughout. The designers and the project manager (Ryan) worked seamlessly with me to create my space. Ryan was in near-daily contact with me as I was away at work for much of the project. This team was amazing!

  • I called his office during the beginning of May. I was hoping he would build a rock fire pit for us.  His office staff said he had built them before and raved about how beautiful the work is that he has done.  However, it took me a couple of calls over three days before he would return my call.  When he finally did call back he said he was booked into October, implying he was too busy to take on more work.  I asked if he could recommend anyone else but he couldn't give me any potential referrals.

  • They arrived when they said they would and worked hard while they were here .  I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.  The crew was great and were even good natured about my misbehaving border collie running amok around their work area.  My property was cleaned up before they were done.

I will definitely be calling Full Throttle for my next project!!!

  • We love these guys. This is the second house we had built in the past 8 years and we used Danson's Landscaping to landscape the entire yard on both homes. They did an awesome job on both homes. They have done rock walls for us, rock stairways, firepits, sprinkler systems, sod, dry riverbeds, etc, etc...They are always very professional, punctual, and provide excellent customer service. If something isn't done right, they will come right back out and fix it without question. They also have very competitive pricing--usually lower than most bids. In both our homes, the builder didn't grade properly and Danson's fixed the grading in both home without added cost to us. From Rick, the owner, to Danielle, in the front office to Gary in the field. They are all top notch in our book! We highly recommend them and will continue to use them as our and quot;go toand quot; landscaper for all our landscaping and irrigation needs.

  • Mark and his team have been consummate professionals throughout our relationship. Mark always arrived for meetings and discussion as promised and his team were always courteous and professional. Mark responded to every call and text within hours if we were unable to reach him directly on the first attempt. Work was always initiated the day it was promised and finished on time and within budget. Cleanup was completed at the end of each work day. The few plants that did not make it or were not up to our expectations have been replaced immediately at no additional cost to us. We love our new yard and continue to work with Mark for every new landscaping need. We know we have been working with the right contractor when, at the end of the project, we realize the best part of the experience was the new friends we've made in the process!

  • The experience we had with Progressive Landscapes was absolutely fantastic from our first phone call until the completion of the
    project.
The owner of Progressive Landscapes, Fred Music met with three times prior to beginning work. We talked extensively about our vision for the front yard project and made several alterations during our discussions. Fred always had great ideas and alternatives on how to accomplish our goal. He did so in a friendly and thoughtful manner. Once we decided on a design which included a new cedar front porch, berms, cleared areas on both sides of the house with rock, Fred supplied us with an estimate within 24 hours. He then told us when they would be at our home and what specifically they would start on. On the
agreed day, Fred arrived with a work crew and started working.
On the first day the crew removed the concrete porch with a jackhammer. Prior to using the jackhammer they carefully covered the front door and window with cardboard to protect them from any flying concrete. The crew hauled off all the concrete and cleaned up. The next two days they started and completed the new cedar front porch. The deck, stairs and hand rail are beautiful and unobtrusive.
Next, the crew leveled the area on the east side of our house which sloped and was covered with grass. They hand dug the entire area, laid a wall of cottage stone, leveled and added and frac34; minus basalt. Now there was no grass and our propane tank was on a completely level surface. Previously, this area was unusable wasted space. Plus, it was very awkward to mow. The space is now level and a beautiful walkway accented by honeysuckle and clematis veins. While they were completing this part of the
project we were also replacing our propane tank, which required the Progressive Landscapes crew to work with another company while doing their own work. They were extremely professional and handled the interference to their work with grace.
Several days into the project we made a major change in the design and decided to remove the existing paver walkway and install a serpentine stone walkway surrounded by berms and boulders. Again, we discussed our vision with Fred and he had a design for the new walkway, drew up new plans immediately, and provided a new estimate which we approved. Fred offered
suggestions on the paver colors but left the final decision up to us.
The crew began the serpentine walkway by removing the sod and existing walkway. I asked them to carefully remove the wood and pavers so they could be reused in the back yard. They carefully took apart the walkway and placed the recycled wood and pavers in our backyard, where we asked them to. Since the walkway was not in a straight line the pavers were individually
cut and fitted. The crew had an artistic flair and placed everything with care, nothing was just thrown into place.
Once the serpentine walkway was completed, Fred chose the large2-3 boulders which would be placed throughout the landscape next to the walkway. Fred strategically and thoughtfully placed the boulders in the berms/flowerbeds.
Each boulder was different in color and shape. They replanted some of our existing Rhododendrons and planted the new ones we had purchased, plus some lithodora along each side of the serpentine walkway. We discussed the best placement and
they planted them. Next they scraped the area next to the driveway (west side of the house)and leveled the area. Plus they cut down and removed a large tree. Dirt that was removed from one area was utilized in another to fill out and level the ground. The newly scraped area was covered with and frac34; minus which they then compacted. It now looks neat and clean, and we have extra driveway parking!!!!!They even reset and leveled our treasured basketball goal, taking care of it as if it was their
    own.
A dry creek bed was installed in the ditch near the street using river rock and basketball size boulders. We requested some changes on this part of the project and again got Fred’s input and the alterations were completed. The final touch was a sealant which needed to be applied to the new stone pathway in warm temperatures and had to wait. In July, Johnny promptly showed up after the warm weather started and applied the sealant. We did not need to call and remind them. This was very refreshing.
Progressive Landscapes worked on one customer’s job at a time until it was finished. They did not divide their time between our project and other projects. We were NEVER left waiting for another project to be completed once ours was started. Our project was given 100% of the focus until it was completed and we were completely happy. Progressive Landscapes kept us informed on what they were doing, and what would happen next. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and kept the areas as clean as possible while working. Everyone we encountered with Progressive Landscapes acted with professionalism, competency and respect. In addition, Fred always treated his employees with respect and clearly guided them on what was to be done. They were given holidays off, although Fred himself met with new customers on those same holidays.
We are already planning our next project with Progressive Landscapes.
