  • I was told my new rental home would be "move in ready" and would receive a "contractor's clean". It was filthy. I did have to wait for an appointment, as the first they had was a couple weeks out. Kitsap Clean sent a team of three and they worked all day (10 to 3) to get it cleaned up. One staff member worked on the kitchen, the fridge was disgusting as was the stove. Another worked on the bathrooms (again, filthy sinks and bathtub) and lower level bedroom. A third worked on the two bedrooms on the upper level, dusting away all the cobwebs, cleaning walls, etc. All three were fantastic with my pets (one dog who is somewhat fearful and one elderly cat with severe arthritis). Not only did they clean the house, they also alerted me to any issues they noticed during the process, so I could take photos and alert the property manager (mold in one window, etc.) They even assisted me when we tripped a circuit breaker at getting everything back up and running. I told them they were my heroes.

  • The ladies came on time. They are all super sweet and thoughtful. Very professional. Very thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure all things sparkled and not a speck of dust anywhere. They brought all their own supplies which were pretty much the same products I normally use. I set up a regular service with them. I would highly recommend Crystal and her crew to anyone!

  • Everyone I dealt with at the company was helpful and professional. We only had a few days to turn over the keys and needed help quickly. Other companies told us they couldn't get a team for us in time. Tyler worked with us and was able to get 3 awesome maids to agree to come in on their day off, on a Sunday. The team listened to everything we needed them to do and did a great job. I would recommend and use Wonderland Cleaning again.

  • Actually I have no dislikes about the service.  The main reason I have a housecleaner come in is because housework was the only thing my husband and I argued about, so it alleviates that argument.  I would tell friends or family that I love them; if you're looking for them, here's their number, try them.  I don't have a reason to even think about firing her, so she comes every two weeks.

  • I originally purchased one of their "big deals" and set out three different days for them to come and clean my house.
    All three days went by with no word from the company, so both my wife and I tried to contact them on 3 occasions each.

    I never spoke to a person, and I was never contacted by the company to schedule time.
    I am requesting a refund, and the only thing I accomplished was giving Angie's list three weeks to hold on to a hundred dollars.

    I understand that a business can get swamped by a large promotion, and I get that they are probably busy. I was not contacted at all, however, and that is just un-professional.

    I would not advise people to do business with this provider.

  • Worst company I've ever dealt with. Absolute worse. Total crooks.
    Seriously dodgy company.
    You may find them under the heading "ING Proffesional Cleanning, LLC". Misspellings left intact.
    We moved into a fairly clean home. Things that needed to be cleaned: baseboards to be scrubbed, microwave to be cleaned, and bathrooms disinfected. We asked for the whole house to be deep cleaned, but those were the areas of focus, as the house was already clean and vacuumed.
    We explained this to them over the phone. I again explained it to them when they arrived. They apparently pretended to understand me, but didn't. Which is a shame, because I speak Spanish quite well and could've communicated just fine if they had just been honest.
    They were FIVE HOURS late. So late that we had already begun moving.
    They did a pretty good job on the microwave. They then spent 2 hours doing... I don't know what upstairs. Vacuuming an already vacuumed house, I guess. They didn't *touch* the bathroom. In reality, I think they were hiding from me and the movers who were well underway moving everything since they were so late.
    After cleaning the microwave, they informed me they were leaving. At this point, up for 12 hours, all of them moving or driving, I said goodbye. I guess this was my fault for letting them go without double-checking, but I was exhausted.
    Only later did I realize they hadn't cleaned the baseboards, hadn't touched any of our 3 bathrooms.
    Basically, they vacuumed an already clean upstairs, cleaned a microwave, and then hid out and expected this to be worth $300. A two person team accomplished around 30 minutes of chores in 3 hours.
    When I called them and complained, they said I approved their work, and told the OWNER, who "spoke very good English" that I told them just to give the house a once-over and then demanded they leave. None of this is the remotest bit true.  
    They offered to come out and clean in two weeks, which was unacceptable since we were living in that house with an infant. I asked them for a partial refund, saying they had not provided the service that we discussed on the phone, and that they had quoted us for. They became very rude, accused me of lying.
    I actually cancelled their check. I have never, ever, cancelled a check before. I hope I never have to again.

    No one has even contacted me other than to send an emai that I missed their 30 window!
    Really? This is how Angies does business?

  • It was horrible.  We used them when Sherry worked with a female assistant, and were happy with the work.  When she lost her assistant and Brian started coming with her to do the work, she developed a terrible attitude.  He was angry with us because we did not want him to use a vacuum cleaner that was a backpack type.  It was not appropriate for the type of carpeting we have.  It was made for hard floors or carpets with very little nap, like that you'd find in an office.  The last time they were here, he damaged walls and trim by bumping into them with his vacuum cleaner.  Sherry swept our kitchen, and threw the dirt into the carpet, which Brian failed to vacuum up.  When cleaning the hardwood, she went around small pieces of furniture, such as a wood stool next to the counter.  The attitude you have to put up with, in addition to the substandard work makes this a pair that I would never hire again, and cannot recommend to anyone else.

  • On time, planned how it would go, made schedule for next cleaning. Good to hear eco friendly products would be used. One small issue the kitchen table wasn't dusted. Client needs to decide on furniture polish product for custom kitchen cabinets. Not sure how in depth the cleaning was but I am pleased with outcome.

  • I couldn't be more pleased with a housekeeper.  Marie has been cleaning my house for several months.  She is very thorough and conscientious.  I am amazed at how quickly she can clean the whole house.  She charges by the hour so that even saves me money.  Her rate is very reasonable.  She listens carefully to my instructions but mostly I give her to carte blanche to do what she thinks is needed.  She has worked for the public schools so has had the full gamut of background checks.  I am delighted with her.
