    Rudy's Automotive
I consulted several review sites and settled on Rudy's. The shop was full to bursting with cars awaiting repair but they had my car done on time and for much less than I expected. I appreciated that they honored my request for a quote before repairs began and also let me know that the part wouldn't be in until the next morning so I had the option of picking up my car and bringing it back the next day, or leaving it in the shop. There were a few reviews that mentioned that Jerry was very rude. He isn't - he's hard of hearing. With the addition of noise in the shop he doesn't always catch what you say, even if he's looking at you. So speak up!

    Lee Johnson Auto Family
I use Lee Johnson Auto Family in Kirkland, Washington.  I was there six months ago in September of 2016.  I think it cost $45.  I would tell others they have been very reasonable in trouble shooting issues.  I don't wait there, I drop my car off.  The workers are good, they remember me.

    Wilder Honda
Things went well. You will pay more than the off brand mechanics, but these people know how to work on Honda vehicles. There is a shuttle service that is friendly, clean and professional. Repairs are done on time. They monitor disposable parts (tires, etc) and will suggest replacing them later to get more use of the part. They do not auto detail at the same place, so that requires a separate phone call. The online appointment system is not accurate: it's a lot of clicking around to get what you are looking for and then it's not exactly right. It's probably better to make a phone call.

    John Wayne's Automotive Repair
My usual auto repair shop was unavailable due to health issues so I reluctantly went to John Wayne auto because I needed repairs. They fixed several items on my f350 truck and the cost was a little more than I expected but I needed them done ASAP because this is a commercial vehicle and my livelihood depends on it. After the work was done, the truck was still running rough. I took it back and asked them to fix the engine misfire. They took the truck back and then said everything was fine. I immediately regretted my decision. I took the truck home and examined it myself. One of the spark plug wires was disconnected. Not only are they disingenuous. they are incompetent as well. Morons.

    Wilder Toyota Inc
I was apprehensive about bring my truck  in for servicing but was persuaded to give Wilder another chance. I  scheduled an appointment for a 45000 mile inspection on my Tacoma.  I was quickly greeted buy the service department advisor and my truck was taken for its service.  The service advisor informed me a of concern found during the inspection and quoted the cost of repairs.  Atfer the inspection and repair work my truck was washed and ready to go.  My overall impression is the work was done excellently.

I took my car to Ruddell auto mall several times for the check engine light.  after 12 visits and a bill over 4300$ my check engine light was still coming on.  I confronted management.  After comparing receipts they didn't add up.  The customer service rep.  Kerrie Dewey was marking my receipts up knowing I always pay in cash.  After that she gave the accounting dept. a different receipt with a much lower value.  She was pocketing the difference.  Kerrie was fired and charge with theft in Clallam County Court.  I confronted management about this.  it is their employ.  All they offered me was an auto detail.  check out my yelp and google plus Ruddell facebook reviews.  I share the police report and invoice from customers concerning the theft of cash from customers.

Tonis Auto Repair 302 W 8th St, Port Angeles
I purchased a used Safari vane and had Toni conduct a diagnosis, they found major issues with the engine and recommended that it be replaced. At the price the vehicle was being sold for it was worth having Toni move forward, these vans are noted to last for many miles of good service.
Toni quoted the work and I purchased the engine. Their team installed the new engine and repaired a few unseen problems as well. The whole experience was positive, within my budget and completed in a timely fashion.
Because of the work completed by Toni's Auto Center I feel that this vehicle will last for many years without major trouble.
and I plan to bring the van back for regular maintenance.

    John Wayne's Automotive Repair
The estimate received on the phone was the same price that was paid at time of pick-up.  Also, wanted to have spark plugs replaced, however, the shop indicated that the existing plugs were okay and that they didn't need to be replaced prior to a minimum of 90K miles - vehicle currently has 79K miles. The shop could've gone ahead and replaced the plugs (I wouldn't have been none the wiser about existing plugs being okay) - really appreciate their honesty. The cost to replace water pump (serpentine belt wasn't known to be worn at time of pump replacement estimate) at a nearby Toyota dealership in Port Angeles, WA, was $800.

    Sequim Valley Automotive
The car was repaired in the amount of time estimated.  I was given a very fair and reasonable price for the parts and labor.  I had asked a few other shops around town about the work.  I picked this shop because it was clean, friendly, explained the parts and labor needed for the repair, and quoted a price that was competitive with other shops.  I was able to wait in the waiting room while the repair was completed.  The waiting room was comfortable and quiet.  Very nice.  It has been 2 weeks since the repair, and I have had no issues with the car or the repair since then.  I definitely plan on returning to this shop.

    Rudy's Automotive
It was 2PM and my '89 Ford F250 started billowing steam and smoke. I pulled over, and was able to get AAA tow to Rudy's that day. Jerry helped me out. He was easy to understand, gave me an appropriate amount of information, and a fair quote on the repair. I had a ton (literally a yard) of fill dirt in the bed of the truck: no problem. Jerry and Rudy's was able to replace the entire radiator and temperature sending unit before 5PM. Fair price for the work, awesome service, fast. Highly recommend!
    Thanks Jerry and Rudy's automotive.
