Septic Tank Cleaning reviews in Olympia

  • Great! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Their service team was friendly and very proficient at their work. I would definitely recommend them to take care of one of the most important systems in your house. Thank you NW Septic for a great customer experience.

  • Being a new home owner, I decided to check and see how often my septic should be pumped so I decided to check Angie's list. i came across a few 4-5 star ratings and went with No Worries Septic and was so glad I chose them. The next few days the alarm went off for my septic and went outside to cut it off not knowing i was suppose to call right then and there if it went off. Then my oldest daughter mentioned she started smelling poop outside. This is when I went out to cut grass and noticed my area where my manhole cover was at was saturated and some fluid on the ground. I quickly called No worries septic for an appointment. I was scheduled for a Friday, but was called and told the team was out around my area and could stop by to pump my septic for me. Bill stopped by and pumped my septic, but he also noticed that my float was inoperable and mentioned this could get fixed as well. A call was placed and an arrangement was made to have this done the next day. After Bill left, I was called about an hour or so later that another team member Derek was responding to calls in my area and could fix the float for me. After a total of an hour and a half from both individuals and $755 later, I was up and running and was told 3-5 years having my septic checked or if the alarm goes off like it did. Thank you so much NWS I'd recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing done.

  • Entire process was fantastic. Up front all my questions were answered by Rita over the phone. Service from Pat was prompt, friendly, professional and I absolutely trust the work. Pat explained his work and actually showed me the clean clear water in my pump chamber indicating it did not need to be pumped (others might just do it charge you for it even if it isn't necessary.) All of my neighbors have used Rocklan for years and told me not to waste my time looking elsewhere - I was not disappointed. I will continue to use Rocklan for all my septic-related needs.

  • Rocklan has performed our inspection and pumping for about the past 20 years. The company does a thorough inspection and has great suggestions for keeping your septic running well. In addition, they file all the necessary paper work with Thurston County for you. I highly recommend Rocklan Septic to anyone in need of septic service!

  • After delay of several hours due to emergency need elsewhere, work proceeded well, and finished quickly. Owner Andy was very responsive to answer questions when tank was pumped, and after comparing prices for DIY, I hired him back to install risers so the tank would not have to be dug out next time it needed pumping.

  • Operator spent 3 to 4 hours in his truck waiting on other things to happen like pumper truck or a line jetting truck. Actual work was 4 or 5 hours. Charge for labor was time on site to include lunch break (9 hours). Once 8 hours past operator got in a rush and did a partial job of backfilling the holes that were dug. When I signed off on his work sheet I ask if they were going to cover the septic tank. He replied his boss told him to leave it uncovered. Two days past, then I called Kevin who set up the job to check into it. He said he would. That was March 30, still waiting today on May 11 for a response. Needless to say I filled it in myself. Once I was obligated to pay them customer service seemed to end.

  • Awesome work! Both of the men who showed up were not only punctual, they were both friendly and knowledgeable. Each were happy to answer all of the many questions I had of them about my system and any upgrades/repairs to be prepared for. After the work was done, they gave a competitive and fair offer for adding risers as well. To add to that statement, they even offered a local distributor of risers if I decided to try and do it on my own. They even went as far to let me know that if I'd chosen to install them on my own that I'd save around 200 bucks, an estimate that was spot on. Though I didn't use them to install the risers and decided to do it myself, it wasn't because of the service offered or the price. I chose to do them myself because of the added satisfaction felt of performing the work myself. Of course, once the project was finished I'd wished I'd hired them to do the work but that's beside the point. It was a little more difficult than I'd expected but I really enjoyed the fact that neither of the professionals who arrived from A Advanced Septic tried to pressure me in to hiring them to install the risers. I will DEFINITELY hire them again for any work needed on my septic system.

  • These guys are awesome! They know the business, they charge a fair price, they work with you, they are prompt, they are the people to go to for septic services. They worked with me to solve the problem at one of my homes better than I could have possibly hoped.

  • Biggest complaint was I specifically asked for an afternoon visit, when I could be on site. With no prior notice, the truck showed up around 10 am, and knocked on the door preparing to snake tubing through the fence and enter the backyard. I had forgotten to remind my wife. She was understandably a bit alarmed, and put out that she had to arrange opening the gate. She was not prepared to receive any company. The pumping went fine, and she paid the bill, but I was "in the dog house", for forgetting to tell her it was happening that day!

  • Beware. I called them to give me a quote for my septic that was overflowing. After the crew arrived they told be they had to empty the tank to see what was wrong. I asked if it would cost and they said no. They proceeded and found the pump had died and needed replaced. The owner showed up shortly before this and said that if it was just the floats it would be $350 and if it was the pump it would be between $850 - $1200. I made it very clear no work could be done that would cost money without my husbands consent. The owner left and the crew was finishing up and when I went back out they were about to put a pump in and said it would be $1200!  I told them no. Just cover it up and I'd let them know. We received a bill two days later for $250! I had not authorized any work to be done. I could see perhaps a $50 charge but not $250 to tell me a problem. Very bad work ethics. The workers aren't clear with their boss. Makes things confusing and I would not at all recommend. Stay away.
