AADVANTAGE MOBILE LOCKSMITHSMy car was broken into and I was afraid they had a stolen a spare key for my house. I called and Andy who was able to be at my home in a few hours. ABallard Lock & KeyBallard Lock & Key did a GREAT job! When I called, they were very responsive and provided me recommendations about the type of keyless locks available I could purchase (which I purchased separately from Amazon). With the new lock in hand, I called back the next day to make an appointment and they were able to get me scheduled just a couple of days later. The locksmith arrived on time, with a mask and gloves (which I appreciated greatly, since most service folks aren't, even in this age of Covid), did a great job installing the keyless lock, and fixed a problematic lock on an outer door. The price was $200 for everything. I might not have appreciated how great things were with Ballard Lock & Key had I not tried another company first that failed to respond to emails and calls. It was only after Ballard Lock & Key was scheduled to come out that the first company finally responded and offered to install the keyless lock - nothing else - for $525 to $575. Bottom line: Go with Ballard Lock & Key. They're awesome.- Michelle Ulick R.

CElite LocksmithThe work itself was fine. However, the cost was almost double the original estimate, and the original service tech did not show up on time. ARavenna LocksmithWe were very happy with the work done. From the time I contact Howard Nevitt he was so helpful. He gave us tips to help deal with the bad lock until he could come to our house. He was on time and provided great information so we could make a good decision about the new locking doorknob. He completed all the work in a timely manner and was so professional and nice during the process. We felt his rates were very fair. We would definitely contact Mr. Nevitt again if we need a locksmith and definitely recommend him to others.- Paula C.

DGuardian slipped a long term contract into a minor repair they made for me, When I sold my house they demanded full payment on the contract. The new owner offered to assume the contract but Guardian demanded full payment of my contract AND full payment by the new owner. Very slimy experience.

FI wish I could give 0 stars. Review: Landmark is the worst home warranty you can find. We have been without heat or AC since the end of October. It is mid December. Our poor animals and humans in our home are FREEZING. Landmark is waiting on a part from their distributor and we were promised it AROUND December 10th. We have been given the runaround with Landmark. Friday 12/11 we called dozens of times and left call back numbers and had someone even say they’d call us back. That never happened. We were supposed to *hopefully* have the part by Friday, December 10th so all we wanted was an update. Well come to find out the part might not be in until JANUARY 11th. We have had no heat or AC since the end of October. Our dogs, ourselves and our CHILD have had no heat in our home. It is mid-December. It is freezing. I’m surprised our pipes haven’t burst. About 2-3 weeks ago they offered us a “pay out” and would send us a check with what they would cover and we would cover the rest. We considered it but we would have to pay almost DOUBLE to what we agreed upon. The funny part is the AC/Heat company they have contracted to do the job HAS THE PART and could do the job TOMORROW. But noooo Landmark wants to take the cheap route and wait for their distributor almost 3 months out since we lost heat/AC. This is neglectful. Also, you might suggest “try to call Landmark”. LOL. We have waiting on hold for up to 2 hours and then finally it will tell you to leave a call back number and they never call. There are no working emails (or representatives choose not to reply) and no way to directly contact anyone via phone. My advice: do not even waste your time considering Landmark.

FHorrible! Please save yourself from these scammers!!! The dispatcher quoted me a 19. Show up charge and 35. to pick the lock. The tech shows up late and says the charges are 50. Show up fee and 168. to pick the lock!!!! I told him no way that the dispatcher quoted me 19. & 35 plus she offer a 10% discount, so I said I would not pay more than that. He agrees to pick the lock for that then takes a wrench and breaks the whole door nob off. I could have done that myself and saved myself the hassle and $50 bucks. The guy was incredibly rude and I called the the office and asked them to call me back 3 times and never heard back. I will never use this company again and hope to save other homeowners from the hassle!!!
