    Vanderlip Construction Kitchen and Bath
Eric is a charmer. But, more importantly, he is a perfectionist. THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL JOB, but is a bonus if your job is typical. Eric has the technical ability to anticipate problems and solve them before its too late. He has a design eye which you, as the client, really want in a bath remodeler. Too many details can go astray during construction and Eric always has his eye on the ball. He has all the necessary tools and knows how to use them. He shows up when he says he will, and will text you if he is 10 minutes late. Oh, and he has a sweet tooth, but that is between you and him.

    Family Man Handyman
The finished job was so good we no longer use it as a mudroom. It is now our pantry. The work by their team, our main man Tim, Francesco and Kennedy was exceptionally good. They worked well together and were totally reliable, great manners and a pleasure to have around. They did stud repair, windows, leveled and laid new flooring, drywall, texture, trim, and doors not to mention sliding glass door removal. Architectural changes were very tasteful and verified with owner every step of the way.

Adam and his team of Anthony and Rick did an incredible job. They were very professional and thorough. I really appreciated the fact that Adam was the one who came out to do the quote and then also on the job itself. He was amazing. He had so many great ideas and was very patient with all of my questions. It was a great experience and we couldn't be happier with the results!

    The Paint Machine
Eli left me high and dry on a July paint job that I contracted him for in March. After booking him four months in advance, he told me he was dropping my job eleven days before he was supposed to start, and he did it with a two-sentence email that didn't even say "I'm sorry". He followed with a handful of even less professional emails where he sort of...emailed me comebacks as he thought of them? With emojis. Yikes! He claimed he was cancelling my paint job because of the weather...but as the rainy days continued it was pretty obvious that my interior job would have been a good option. In the past, I hired him to paint two homes and it went fine. None of that seemed to matter when he chose to drop my job three weeks before my house was supposed to be listed for sale. I'm not sure what's going on with this guy, but I will never work with him again.

    Regal Drywall
I couldn't be happier. John and Allan arrived exactly when scheduled, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Once I primer and paint the area they re-textured, no one WILL ever know there was a crack. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Michael came recommended from another trusted contractor. He was so easy to deal with and exceeded our expectations every single day - that the all "A" rating is undeniably accurate! The entire experience with Michael was seamless. He called ahead to coordinate times to be at the house that fit our schedule. Then he showed up as planned with the necessary materials, and performed all the work as discussed. I mean, every finite detail was scrutinized to make sure it was spot on - then he would status us on next steps and seek our input. We never had to worry about a mess, they put down runners throughout the house so that no dirt or debris fell onto the carpet or hardwoods during the remodel. They cleaned up impeccably after each visit and were conscientious of household activities while they were here. At one point Michael noticed that our front door wasn't latching quite right and took a moment to make that work properly so that it closed securely. Then with a smile at the end of the day, he asked me how that front door was closing - I was so surprised! The next day I shared with him that a couple of weeks prior, I had dropped the old light fixture off a ladder in the entryway and it fell on to the hardwood floor and shattered. He asked to see it and went out to his trailer and returned with a special repair kit to make that gouge in the cherrywood hardwood floor virtually disappear - amazing!! We were so pleased with his knowledge, craftsmanship, and care, that I asked him to build our fence. Michael has since been back to the house to help with additional projects. I have included a couple of pictures of the master shower and glass door that he recently replaced for us. Again, AAA Remodelers has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and we have highly recommended him to our friends and neighbors.

    Founders Choice
In the beginning, working with Founder's Choice was great. Everything was on time, it was easy to get responses. Every thing was installed when quoted. The gray paint Founder's Choice had as an option, was not the right color for us. So we were told to pick from the Sherwin Williams paints and bring the swatch to them. The problem came within two weeks of having the cabinets installed. The cabinets started chipping. Little tiny spots. Every cabinet. Several bigger ones as well. It's surprising how easy it flakes up. Founder's Choice came out to inspect. They took all the lower cabinet doors off, and took them back to repaint (uppers are white, in their paint with minimal chipping, probably because they are uppers). I really thought that would solve the issue. However, 1-3 weeks after the repainted doors were installed, the chipping started back up again. I emailed them again, asking if perhaps I could paint over them with a varnish or something, but was told the chipping was from "rough handling" on our end. Which is absolutely absurd. Kitchen cabinets should be able to withstand daily use. There is no rough handling, beyond opening and closing doors/drawers and the occasional bump with a bowl. They won't help me any further. The pictures provided are only a small portion of what they look like now. Now this is making me concerned for the granite we had installed by them, because they said we didnt need supports under the granite over hang. Also I have many problems with the drawers, the screws have fallen out underneath on the soft close sliders, and they are stiff to open, they make a noticeable scrapping sound when opening.
