The crew is amazing, they work dawn to dusk, no intermittent wait time. Any issues caused by work is promptly addressed and no interference required. Our old broken and sunken trip hazard concrete driveway is finally gone and replaced by paver stones which is both functional and beautiful without making a huge whole in the pocket! AAcme Asphalt Paving,IncI contacted few companies to get bids on the driveway, for our new house in North Bend. Acme came in with a reasonable quote compared to few others. Sunny was up front with scope of work great communication and kept us in formed on the scheduling. When they arrived to start the work they went right to work with out wasting anytime. They prepared the driveway with gravel and finished with asphalt. They completed the job in 3 days start to finish. AI could not be more pleased with Joseph and the work he performed. I needed an existing patio to be replaced due to tree roots which impacted drainage towards the house foundation. After 5 bids, I decided to go with Joseph due to his competitive bid and demonstrated expertise. He and his team were stellar, solid communication, friendly, and took the time to explain to me the leveling/answering all my questions. In 3 short days the project was completed and it looks great. I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking for concrete work.

AMy wife and I could not be happier with our project from System Pavers. Estella, our project manager, was absolutely a joy to work with. She arrived exactly when she said she would and she was accessible and responsive throughout the project. Everything turned out exactly as promised. We also cannot say enough wonderful things about the construction crew. What an amazing group of human beings. Honestly, we have never seen anyone work as hard and fast as this team. They began removing nearly 1500 sq ft of concrete and replaced the area with pavers and a new fire pit in our courtyard and had the entire job completed in 5 days. They were attentive to every detail and after everyday of work they left the work area clean and organized. We have been talking about doing this for nearly 15 years and to see our dream come to reality is so awesome. Thank you Estella, System Pavers, and the entire team for making it all happen. Our family will now have a lifetime of enjoyment in our new space.

FThis review is in regards to the sales team and not the work. TL;DR I was verbally quoted one price and when I got the actual quote they had ramped up the price 20%. When I asked about it, the sales person ghosted me. I contacted System Pavers based on a flyer I received in the mail about a friends and family special. I was looking to install a paver patio and was looking at about 750 s/f. I did a little research on Google and saw that prices in the area should run on the high end about $15,000 maybe as much as $17,000 with a few features I was interested in. I set up my virtual consultation with a Mr. K. The first half went well, we talked about stone color and what I wanted. He assured me they could do it all. Fantastic. Then we started talking price and Mr. K comes in at over $26,000 for ballpark without features. I told Mr. K what I had seen online for pricing and he said he figured his pricing on about $35 s/f. Que jaw hitting the floor. I asked if that included the friends and family discount and he said no. Mr. K seemed very confused and was not even aware they were running that promotion. I start to lose confidence here as I don't understand how he doesn't know where his lead came from, I returned a mailer his company sent me. We talked a little bit longer and decided maybe my project didn't need to be as big as I originally planned. Anyway I asked him to send me a written quote with everything. I get the quote at 489 s/f and it is right at $21,000 before discounts. I pick my jaw off the desk and I do the math. $21,000 divided by 489 comes out to $42.40 s/f a 20% increase from our conversation. He then took off 15% for the friends and family. So I sent Mr. K an email asking him to explain the increase in price. Remember the $35 s/f didn't include a friends and family discount. Mr. K called me afterwards, unfortunately I was on my way out the door to head to work and could not talk long. When I challenged him on the written not matching the verbal quote he said he forgot to add the early booking discount. It was BS, you could tell how he fumbled over his words. So he sends me a new quote with the early booking discount at 10%. Hey now we have a 15% friends and family and a 10% early booking, that is pretty awesome. However, this is coming off the $42.40 not the $35 and if you take 10% off of $42 you get $38 not $35. So ******** meter is flying off the handle at this point. I start making other calls around and after five calls I don't have a single ballpark quote over $15,000 without features. Not a single one. So I write Mr. K and tell him this. I mention if he takes the discounts off the $35 s/f instead of the $42 then he almost becomes competitive with his competitors. Still 30% higher but at least in the outfield bleachers of the same ballpark. At this point Mr. K ghosts me. Doesn't return my email, nada. That is fine I do not want to speak with him again. I then call the office and want to speak to his manager, his manager we will call Mr. C. I leave a message for him to call me but not after a certain time as I go to work. He calls after that certain time and I can't take the call. His message basically said that all the discounts I could be given were given. Which was not even my point at all. I have tried to call Mr. C back 3 times only to go to voicemail each time. These are not people I can imagine that I would ever want to do business with and I will continue to spread my story to every single person that will listen.
