Teresa is an exceptionally good house cleaner. She is professional, punctual, and meticulous. I've had two other housecleaning companies perform the same work for the same price (or more) and their work was mediocre. One of my biggest issues with housecleaning companies is that they have other people (they refer to them as employees, though they are likely contractors) perform the work and then ask you to supervise them. Teresa does all the work herself and does so flawlessly.

Our first appointment we were out of town for a wedding and I was really upset because they didn't set our alarm system when they left (even though I had emailed detailed instructions). I also was a bit disappointed in a few things that they missed (not getting cobwebs on the chandelier and not vacuuming my Master closet ). So I told them that they can't happen again (especially the alarm), and they have gotten much better. I gave them another chance and they gave me a discount on my next cleaning, they did clean better and didn't miss the things that they had the first time. I am extremely neat and tidy and my house is quite clean so Maybe I am a bit pickier than other clients. I have pretty high standards.

David was great. We just finished a renovation on our house that generated a lot of dust so we wanted out vents and ducts cleaned. David was punctual, professional, and thorough. He worked really hard the whole time he was here and did a great job with the cleaning. He also recommended some things I could do to keep my system clean without trying to up sell me. Also, he took before and after pictures of the inside of the ducting so you can actual see how clean he gets them. Bottom line is David is an extremely nice guy, comfortable to be around, works hard and gives you a great value, and is flexible with scheduling. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to other people.

We have a regular housekeeper who was off for several months and we needed a cleaning service for a limited time. The crew from Magic Mops did a good job of filling in and we will definitely use them in the future. We've tried other cleaning services as fill-in over the years and have never been satisfied with the results, until we found Magic Mops. It's nice to know we have finally found a reliable back-up for future use.

We had a great experience using Evergreen Steam Clean! They were professional, timely and worked quickly. Our carpets looks great and have a neutral clean smell. We will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend others to do so. Their prices can not be beat $140 for 4 rooms hallways included.

This was a great hire. They are a wife/husband team that are prompt, professional, efficient, and respectful. VERY reasonable price for a whole home clean. Their equipment was professional grade (van based unit) and did a great job on some older carpets. I will 100% use Scrubby again and will highly recommend them to friends/family.

I've had housekeepers for over 30 years, so I have experience with what to expect when hiring a housekeeper or cleaning service. I was pleased that, this time I had Angie’s List to cut through the trial and error of finding someone; but if Sofia's Cleaning Express gets and "A" rating on Angie's list, I'd hate to see what a "C" rated company would look like. When I called for the appointment I explained that we had a regular housekeeper (every 2 weeks) who took wonderful care of us but that she was temporarily unavailable. I explained that, due to the regular and very thorough cleaning, there was no deep cleaning involved, just kitchen and baths, and then dust and vacuum the living/dining room, family room and one bedroom. My 1st clue that this might not be what I hoped for was when the two cleaners showed up without a vacuum. Less than two and a half hours and $175 later ($70/hr. - $35/person) they left for their next job. And while the house was cleaner than when they got here, the quality of the work was no more than average, and NO WAY worth $35/person/hour! I don't blame the people who showed up and did the cleaning, they were very nice and worked nonstop. But they don’t have time to really do quality work because they need to finish up and move to the next job. And you can bet the folks doing the actual cleaning aren’t making anything like $35/hr.! And don’t give me any BS about “company overhead”; they were not driving company vehicles, certainly didn’t even have a company vacuum, etc. So, unless you want to pay an exorbitant price for mediocre to average work, try some other housecleaners. Or maybe the folks using Angie’s list think this IS “A” grade cleaning; and that thought is appalling.

Sofia's crew arrived on time and got right to work on cleaning the apartment. They worked hard during their time there, and notified me when they were close to finishing so that I could return and lock up. The place looked great!

When they arrived to clean the carpets in our house that we just bought, they said they had already done this house about 6 months ago! They were willing to go on their merry way without charging us for anything, but my husband made the executive decision to have them run through the house again, since they were already there. We were so impressed by their honesty as they didn't have to tell us that, but they did. Old school ethics and integrity are hard to come by these days, it was refreshing doing business with them. We will most definitely call ServPro again the next time we have a need for any of the services they provide.

When I initially spoke with Rebecca she asked about the house and what we wanted done. I explained the house is 1960 sqft, in nice condition and there is really nothing “dirty” about it, but I just wanted things to be disinfected/wiped down before moving in. She said that would be a “deep clean” where they do window tracks and behind appliances and such for $275. I’ve never hired house cleaners before, so I was a little surprised at the cost but I assumed that must just be the going rate and a deep clean sounded great! We scheduled for Tuesday 11/14/17 at 3pm as our sale closed on Monday 11/13/17 and that’s when we got the keys. On Sunday 11/12/17 Rebecca texted me “tomorrow house cleaning at 11:30”. I replied I had her down for Tuesday 11/14/17 at 3pm. She said “Yes I’m sorry Tuesday is ok”. I asked my parents to meet her at the house as I had an appointment that day. The crew was 30 minutes late and then told my parents the house is bigger than I said. It will be $375 instead. My mom told her we just bought this house and know without a doubt it is 1960 sqft. My dad offered to pay them for their drive time and they could go if they couldn’t honor the quoted price. She said she wouldn’t do the “deep clean” but they would clean for $275. My parents agreed and said they worked for about an hour and a half and it smelled clean when they returned. As I said, the house wasn’t dirty to begin with so I have to assume they cleaned the important things like the kitchen and bathrooms. I’m not sure if Rebecca sincerely thought the house was bigger or that she could get more money out of my parents. But either way it left me with a negative impression. I don’t like the feeling of being bamboozled, but I especially don’t like the thought of my senior parents being taken advantage of. The whole thing was uncomfortable. One other odd thing is, last Friday 11/24/17 Rebecca texted me, if my mom wants house cleaning she has December 5th open. I said she didn’t mention that but I’d ask her. When I asked my mom about it, she said she never discussed that with Rebecca and isn’t sure what she is referring to. I don't know if this was just a mix up, or an effort to get business? I don’t typically hire house cleaners, this was an exception. But if I did, I would look for another Company. When I’m paying a significant amount of money for a service, I’d like what I was told to be honored. There were too many inconsistencies for my comfort.
