I have been a client of Michelle Moody, massage therapist extraordinaire, for over a year now.   She starts the massage with foot reflexology to determine what areas need work and moves on from there.  The session lasts for the full 90 minutes and is in a relaxing and peaceful environment.  I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a quality massage.

I've had chronic pain issues since 2007. A physician at St. Peters Providence recommended Stephanie to me, and it's one of the best recommendations I've ever received. Stephanie is great. She knows her anatomy and how to get things to gently release. (I've had far too many massage therapists who were too aggressive which causes my body to tighten up more.) I think the world of Stephanie personally and professionally and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a massage - for relaxation or for rehab.

The entire experience was very positive. The office is calm and serene and Dr. Zhou is very welcoming and positive. I have had two treatments now and all of my pain is gone and my allergy symptoms are greatly reduced. While she does have an accent, I had no trouble understanding her questions or instructions. A very positive experience overall. I highly recommend Dr. Zhou.

Their therapists are just topnotch. Everyone there is just so nice and inviting. It feels very comfortable and calming when I walk in the door. They make me feel at home. Their therapists are very professional. Most of them are medically trained. So they deal with particular injuries. I had a herniated disc in my neck. So I am particular about who I let work on me. They are all very good at what they do. Every time I have ever called when I was pain, they have managed to get me in the same day. I never have any problem with the billing because I pay in cash.

Overall I've been going to her, now, for at least 20 years. she has fixed every physical complaint through the years I've had. She got me through menopause, as well as fixed my back, and other muscle strains such as shoulder, calves, neck and so on. She is a lovely friendly person with good bed side manner. Appointments are an hour and you come out of there feeling so relaxed and fixed. Her fee is really reasonable. I go once a month whether I need anything or not, just for maintenance. She also has a pharmacy of Chinese herbs that stop colds to, you name it! They are cheap. She never tries to sell you anything, either. Nor does she scare you with predictions of where your health is headed. She's very positive. She really cares. Two years ago my back went out, really bad, on a trip. I called her when I got to the nearest phone, and made it back to her office, after-hours, where she was waiting for me. And she made me new. I had to insist she see me again in a few days, although she said I wouldn't need it.

I was greeted professionally, completed the necessary paperwork, was introduced to therapist.  The therapist listened to what my ailment was and continued to ask questions related to my treatment throughout the therapy to ensure I received high quality care.

She is very in-tune with how your activities have gone since she last gave you treatment. She is very responsive to whatever work you want done. She is very attuned to the depth of treatment that an individual can take and what their sensitivities are.  She is very responsive to the individual needs of patients. She is very patient and you never get the feeling that the treatment is hurried. She makes herself available in different places.

I have been involved in moderately strenuos exercise and sports for some time with ocassional tight muscles and pains ie. back. I go to a chiropractor monthly to keep my back in adjustment; although it always seems to be just a tweak away from a problem. I went to Ballaura on the recommendation from a friend. I have been going every two to three weeks to get a massage. They interview you and get from you what you are feeling and what areas may need special attention. Depending upon your needs the massage can be very "deep" or adjusted to your tolerance. Although I sometimes feel I don't have any tight muscles when I arrive, I soon discover they are there whether you feel them or not. Invariably, I leave feeling very relaxed, and "unknotted". This has led to less back pain.
