    Sam's Lawn & Tree Landscaping
Sam and his crew (six people total) came in at 8 a.m. They had all 4 trees down and wood hauled off by noon. They left 2 workers to clean up and were gone by 1 p.m. There were a few divots where the wood rounds hit the ground and I lost 2 or 3 small shrubs. The tracks on the Dingo that they used to haul the wood from my back yard tore up turf in a few places. All of these things were expected, in fact, I thought it would be worse than what it was. All things considered I thought that they did a great job of protecting landscaping. Incidentally, the bid was very competitive.

Took old sprinkler manifold out and built a new one. Checked for leaks and did it in a reasonable amount of time. Tyler...the worker was very polite and professional. I was very satisfied with the work.

Custom Spray Service 900 N. Nelson St Ste A
I asked for sterilization of driveway also and they didn't forewarn me of the added cost they wanted for it of $270 over the cost of weed spraying of $368. They just billed for it and we fought it as their error for not notifying the customer when they had plenty of time and I've dealt with them in the past for spraying the dirt road for dust control. This was lousy service and they sprayed an area I didn't ask for, killing good plants where there weren't any weeds to worry about but only native lupines and serviceberry and pines. I have also since discovered they killed lilacs and ornamental yarrows and spirea plants which really burned me up. They didn't get all the bad bugloss weeds so I have been left with it when I have a bad back so they will spread anyway. What's the use of spraying partially? You have to assume the company must do that to charge for extra trips. They also left native sage plant weeds because one guy doing the driveway and the guy spraying weeds didn't overlap but left a strip undone between the two. I also asked about a specific area I wanted the dandelions hit at which I know wasn't done by all the things growing there but they told me they had done it. I will never use them again and don't recommend them!.

    C & C Yard Care
Absolutely horrible! They did remove the chip bark mostly but left residues in a lot of areas. They did remove plants including some that did not need to be and others were left that should have been removed. I had asked that they move the rock and designate areas for the rock and go to bare dirt in the rest. Also that they replace the plants they removed with nice later growth plants so the landscaping would not look lopsided so to speak. What they did was remove the bulk of the bark, leave the filter cloth instead of going to bare dirt in those areas that the rock was not. They removed the plants but not all the right ones and replaced them with the cheapest crappy plants I could buy at Home Depot for 1.99 to 6.99. Charged me 1200.00 for them. In one bed by the top of the driveway they removed the plant there, left mass roots hanging out of the ground, plopped a crummy little bush plant in there and dumped rock around it. It looks so bad I am extremely embarrassed for people to even look at it. I had asked for something like a Lace Leaf Maple or something along that line. Definitely did not get that! They were suppose to clean up the beds as well by getting all the weeds out. This they did, but left a bunch of weeds in several areas. They supposedly fixed sprinklers but when I had someone else come out to check things because the grass was dying in areas found they charged me for sprinkler parts but the heads were not working, hence dead grass. Also, when they located the sprinkler heads, they put little yellow flags to mark them. When they left, they left all the little yellow flags too.The water feature that they supposedly fixed worked for about half a day then quit again so that was not fixed either. Overall it was the worst job I have ever seen done and incomplete at that. I contacted them in regards to the job done and they would not contact me back after the first time I talked to them and showed my displeasure asking them to come out and look at the poor job done. It took them several weeks to get back to me to begin with. They billed me and when I did not pay right away because I was waiting to talk to them they started charging late fees. I did pay the bill but I was very hard pressed to do so. I actually regret that I did pay them and looking back should not have because they did not complete the job as promised, nor follow up to correct the problem. I have had other landscapers look at the job and without me saying anything to them about how the landscaping got to be in the state they saw, they were horrified about the looks of it and all of them told me I had some serious work that needed to be done to fix this mess. Pretty bad I would say. If you use these people you are making a very bad mistake. If landscapers had licenses, their's should be revoked.

    Greenstate Lawn Care
Green State Lawn Care has been mowing my lawn weekly for the past couple of months since my previous lawn care provider moved out of the area.   Their prices are very reasonable and I am very impressed with their work and attention to detail.
I've also recently had them take out a few overgrown shrubs and they got it done quickly (on a HOT day) and they left my yard and shrub bed in great condition.

He's not good about calling. When he's here and he does the work, he's fantastic. He does a really good job. I have been using him for forever. He did a really good job when he did it. The lawn looks beautiful when he does it. He takes everything away.

    Greenstate Lawn Care
Jake and his crew have been mowing my lawn for awhile now and they do a great job every week, for an affordable price.  They also go out of their way to help me with any other issues I have with my lawn and my calls are always promptly returned.  I would highly recommend Greenstate Lawn care, you'd be surprised how affordable it is to have your lawn professionally taken care of by them.

    Jones Sprinklers
John was new to me when he knocked on the door. He told me he had 30 years of experience fixing sprinkler systems and that was why he had been hired by the owner.
His experience showed.  He was fast and thorough. Could not have asked for better work or a better price.

    Lawn Ninja
I called and discussed bringing my lawn back to life after our previous renter destroyed the new lawn that we planted. He was very reasonable about the pricing and took care of managing the sprinkler system for us to get the lawn going again. He sent us regular updates and did a great job with what he had to work with. I can't say enough about his service. It is so hard to find good people to do work especially when you are dealing with managing a house while being stationed somewhere else. Highly recommended.
