    If I could rate a zero I would. I called Mainstream On late Friday or Saturday 7/23/17 or 7/24/17. Expressed a need for a very knowledgeable tech to come out and evaluate an air flow issue I am experiencing with new equipment. At the time of the call I explained that my work schedule presented itself as the following Tue-Sat. 6am -3pm. I was told that they could have a "knowledgeable tech" out on the following Monday (6/26/17) set for arrival around 12 noon and would be leaving no later than 3pm. I then stated that would be great however I did also have an appointment with a Doctors. at 3:45pm that day as well and I would really appreciate the arrival time frame to accommodate this. The rep stated and ensured me that she would make very detailed notes so this was not over looked. Monday 12 noon rolled around and a Dispatcher by the name of Chris called to confirm I was home, upon confirmation he stated that he had a tech that just got done with a job and would route them my way. 1.5 hours later no one was on location. I called Chris back and inquired as to where the tech was. He then stated he would look into it and return my call. Upon returning the call he stated that they were further out than what he originally understood them to be. And they would be on location soon. I then inquired as to when and how far out they were. When he informed me of their whereabouts it turned out that the technician was over 30 minutes away. At this point I opted to reschedule because knowing the depth of the project the tech would need some time to evaluate the issue and look over the information I had for him. Chris then stated he could have the tech out on Tuesday 6/27/17 after 330pm. I get home on Tuesday (6/27/17) to receive a call stating that they could not make it and they could set my on the schedule for 6/28/17 from 8am to 10am. (This means they do not pay attention to anyone���s requests let alone read notes.) I highly suggest that you steer clear of this company by all means this experience in of itself leads me to believe, even though very polite and courteous they do not care. When I addressed this concern to the operator I was told that they address 1 customer at a time and then the next on the list takes precedence. If this were true I would have been kept in the loop voluntarily on their behalf. That did not happen. I would not have had to call on the original date set to inquire the whereabouts of the tech if this were true.. Or even if I had been politely notified they would had read the notes and let me know. Instead of waiting till the last minute to apprise me of said situation. I repeat this company seems to be very uncaring in time management. Which does put a bit of a "speed bump" in the road to begin with. I expect that they will come back with some corporate response to this review. Instead of trying to proactively correct the issue. So take this as you will everyone and have a great day.

    Do not allow this company any room to budge their way into your house. I had what I believed at the time found a good and solid company for a large job at my newly purchased house. After having Denis Flynn come out and perform an assessment on the old low boy Lenex oil furnace. He was supposed to perform a Manual J calculation as well as rip out the old furnace and replace it with a new 2 stage gas Furnace, a/c unit, coil, electric air cleaner, and replace the water heater. After 4 days of install and cutting corners I became concerned that both the Furnace and the AC unit was not sized right. When I asked to see the calculations and show me how he came to believe the the house would need only a 2.5 ton ac unit on a 3600 square foot house. He became belligerent and asked me if I was mental and threatened to sue. At which point I paid him in full for his services so far and fired him. Later found out he did not even size the furnace plus the a/c unit was horribly miss sized because he did not perform the right calculation. He has since tried to stand in the way of acquiring rebates for the upgrade as well as tried discrediting me as a customer through the bbb.

    They actually called and asked if they could come 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and they did.

    Two technicians showed up and were very friendly and courteous.

    All maintenance was performed and at the end they detailed what had been done, asked if we needed anything else. 

    There were no surprises and they said the unit was working great.

    The whole appointment took a little over an hour.

    I will definitely call them in the future when I need work performed.

    He assessed the A/C and said it was the most common issue where a tube needed replaced.  He replaced the part and it was up and running in 30 minutes.
    I don't know a lot about it  but it seemed reasonable and it's now working. 
    The repairman was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

    It went great. He came within two hours of my call which was important because its supposed to get down in the teens this weekend. I asked him to call when he was within a mile, so I could put the dogs in the shop which he did. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to be a really nice guy. He explained what was wrong, and what he was doing. It did not take long. He also tested the heater furnace before he left to make sure it was operational. I felt comfortable having him in my home (we talked about animals and basketball) and he did the job efficiently.
