APacific Exterior CleaningI've been using Pacific Exterior Cleaning for a couple years to clean off my roof and gutters. I was referred to them by a top rated Roofing company in Spokane. Shane and his crew are excellent, and I have a tricky roof --- some flat areas and some very steep areas. They are reasonably priced and always show up on time and will call if delayed. AGutters Be Clean, LLCJames was awesome. He came out and gave us an estimate and did a terrific job. After he cleaned the gutters and removed the pine needles from the roof, he cleaned up all of the debris. He was slightly (only slightly) more expensive, but we would hire him again in a minute. We have a lot of gutters and he did give us a price break. He also took before and after pictures and recommended some moss removal but was not pushy about having it done.- Mary W.

ATurf ProHe comes by to do commercial plowing from his business and one early morning he was clearing out a neighbor's driveway and I waved him over to ask a price to widen and clear my entrance and he said he'd be glad to help me. Well he came and widened the parking as wide as you could then cleared all snow and berms and moved all snow to my property across the street. I couldn't believe how fast and professional he was. He wouldn't take a payment and said he was happy to,be of service and to call if anything else was needed and have me his card. They notice items around my home that might need repair, replacing, or servicing and let me know so I can decide on a course of action. If I have an emergency (like my refrigerator gives out just before 4th of July weekend!!) they are quick to find a way to help me. They are professional and do a great job. For me they have performed landscaping maintenance include sprinkler repair and winterization, housecleaning, winterization and summarization of the house, minor home repairs and appliance replacements and servicing.- Julie S.

AWorker was on time/early. Prepared with all tools, etc. Knew about my concern for some of my older windows, etc. from my initial talk with boss! Very thorough power wash! Worker had some good ideas for "problem" areas, since my house has older siding!! Left all my windows without water marks. The wash reached all the high points of house and garage. Job well done

ALoved everything about our experience with Blacks. After a thorough evaluation of our old gutters, we were given several different estimates based on whether or not we wanted to repair or replace our existing gutters. We felt that all of our questions were answered and we were given all the information needed to make a very informed decision. Kevin and Joe showed up on the day and time we were expecting them. Efficiently replaced the gutters and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our new gutters have really enhanced the appearance of our home with it's new paint job. Everyone at Black's was efficient and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Black's and would definitely use this company again should the need arise.

FBaseboard was loose throughout entire work area, I had to go through and re-nail the entire job. Trash was left all over the house, including soda cans and nails, there was no clean up performed. The hand rail was installed out of code, the handyman left early claiming he was at a stopping point (based on the mess and the lack of proper installation this was not true) he left at 2:40. There was a disagreement between handyman and supervisor. I will not recommend this company.

ABest price in Spokane! They arrived on time and finished my house in 1 day. They cleaned up as they worked all day. At the end of the day, you couldn't tell that anyone had worked all around the house. The gutters look amazing and are exactly what I wanted. They even left me some extra down spout in case I ruin some with the weed wacker and/or mower.
