  • Sam, Rocky and the crew were all amazing! From day one, Seismic Northwest was professional, responsive and exceeded all our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the results - these guys are fantastic! The process started with Rocky coming out to give us an estimate. Rocky explained what the job would entail and gave us a detailed quote. Rocky also explained that they handle having the engineered drawings prepared as well as working with the city building inspectors. The engineered drawings were completed promptly and the permit process also was quick. After that was done, we scheduled our retrofit. That process took about two days. It went very smoothly, with a crew of two guys (who were also terrific!). Aside from the noise, we didn't really even notice that the crew was there - they just worked away in our crawlspace. Once the crew was done, they cleaned up the crawlspace area, swept, and make sure everything was neat and tidy. The next day Sam showed up with the city inspector, who did the inspection and signed off on the permit. Worth noting - the whole team at Seismic Northwest is very responsive. Whenever we called or emailed, we received responses back immediately. This was so nice - it made us feel like they truly cared about us. Their customer service goes above and beyond! We are so happy that Seismic Northwest helped us get our home safe!

  • I thought with certainty that my bicycle repairs was going to take an extended period of time after the left pedal fe`llfrom the bicycle cranki. After I stopped the bicycle and inspected it, I noticed that the pedal had stripped the crank's threads. I located the Trek Bicycle Store and called them They said to bring it by. I did. They put it immediately to the bike work rack and knew that I needed a new left crank arm. They had one for my bike. Installed it. Paid for it. Total $18.61 (including labor to install). The total time I was in there was no more than 15 minutes.
    I was blown away that this repair wasn't gong to take hours or days. I didn't have to drop it off for repair to fetch it later. This was a completely marvelous experience for me.
    I just love this Trek Bicycle Shop in Tukwila Washington.

  • It went fine. I took the clock in for repair and told them what I thought was wrong.
    The serviceman looked at my clock and said yes it was the main spring that had
    broken and that he could replace the damaged spring. His estimated cost was $65.00
    and that it would take 10 days to two weeks to get the part and complete the repair.
    He also said that if the clock needed a complete service the cost would be $265.00.
    He would call me if that service was needed.
    The shop called me 9 day's later and said my clock was ready for pickup.

  • It was fantastic.  She delivered exactly what she said she would do and was upfront about the time frame.  She said she was backed up a couple of weeks and that was the exact time it took.  The resume was very professional and I appreciated her work.

    • GREAT !!!!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST, MAIN OFFICE SUPER HELP FULL RIGHT ON THE BALL READY TO HELP FILL ANY OF YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS YOU MIGHT HAVE. MY DAUGHTER HAS SPECIAL NEEDS AND THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF. SOME ONE CONTAMINATED HER WELL AND SHE HAD NO WATER AND NO CAR TO GO GET ANY. SHE IS ALL BY HER SELF WITH VERY UNFRIENDLY NEIGHBORS , SO NO ONE TO HELP HER. MOUNTAIN MIST WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BRING HER WATER THAT VERY SAME DAY, WITH OUT ME EVEN PAYING A CENT !!!! I MEAN EVEN BEFORE OUR ACCOUNT WAS EVEN SET UP. HOW MANY COMPANYS THESE DAYS WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP SOME ONE LIKE THEY DID ??? NONE !!! THEY ARE THE GREATEST WATER COMPANY OUT THERE . SO IF ANY OF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING HOME DELIVERED WATER, USE MOUNTAIN MIST I GIVE THEM A 100 GOLD STARS THE WHOLE COMPANY IS WORK ON HELPPING YOU AND MAKING SURE YOUR NEEDS ARE FILLED.

  • I liked the fact that they were very professional. They called me to let me know where the drivers were. They had given my an initial window to pick up the furniture, from 2 pm to 4 pm. They knew shortly before that they would not arrive there by 4 pm. They called me to let me know. They then called to let me know that they were on their way to deliver the furniture. After they left, the owner called me to make sure that everything had gone okay. I would use them again.

  • The sales person that inspected my bike before giving me an estimate asked what the usage would be (riding on pavement? dirt?) and made recommendations based upon that information. They ended up replacing the tires and gear shift housing and did their $40 maintenance package. I told them to replace the tubes if necessary. They didn't need to replace the tubes, there were were no hidden fees, no hard sales pitch and the company sent out an email to let me know when the bike was ready for pickup. Fast and easy at drop off and pickup, friendly, knowledgeable staff, bike was ready when they said it would be. Couldn't ask for more.
