  • I looked around at a few different local appliance stores, and King and Bunny's was by far the best experience I had. I knew I needed a new oven, but have also been thinking about replacing my dishwasher, refrigerator, and cooktop as well. After finding the double-oven that I wanted, King and Bunny's had the best price on it as well. Lowe's would have given me the same price, but it would have taken them 30+ days to get it in stock. I went in to the store, ordered it and set up an an install appointment. The installers arrived on time and got it installed quickly and professionally.
    However, when I walked around the corner and saw it, I immediately realized there was a problem: I had ordered the oven in white and the installed oven was black. I checked the order receipt and it was the black model number written down, though I had asked for white when I was placing my order. I called King and he's gone ahead and ordered the white to help get this resolved. I'm definitely impressed with the level of service, and I definitely expect to buy my other appliances there when the time comes.

  • We bought a new glass stove top from them on 03/27/2012 and to us it seemed to not cook right. They sent out a repair person and replaced the temp dials. To us it still wasn't right. The sent out a repair person the second time and was told the stove top was working normal. Since we were not satisfied was asked to have the stove top replaced and they agreed. We now have a working to our satisfaction stove top.

  • Good I ordered the item over the phone and the transaction went smoothly. The pricing was higher than some other sites, but I was concerned about a proper installation since a leaking dishwasher could cause serious problems. The dishwasher was as represented. Installation was professional. Dishwasher seems to work fine. The service-installer arrived at 6:30 PM. I had to wait around all day not knowing when they would arrive and no updates until I called at 5PM to find out if the installer was still coming. This was a big waste of my time that even simple forecasting and communications could have avoided. Still, he seemed to do a good job. I had purchased the same "professional" model that I had previously so the bar-handle style would match my other Viking appliances, even though the reliability of my other Viking appliances has been poor over the past 5 years. This appliance is warrantied for 2 years, although the installer said the notice about the second year of the warranty would be sent in a few weeks. I hope this dishwasher will be more reliable that the last version of this model. Supposedly, Viking has a different company making the dishwahers for them now and this one supposedly uses a more reliable pump.

  • Walked into the store, and was very happy with the representative that took our order. We had shopped around at a number of appliance stores and she beat every price saving us a total of about $500 overall. We were just about to move into our house which had NO functioning appliances in it. When the time came for the appliances to be delivered, the delivery truck showed up late. They offloaded the appliances and then informed me that one of our pedastals was missing...not a big deal but irritating. So, they took the other one out to find out it was so bent in the side that if you were to put a washer or dryer on top of it, it would collapse...refused this piece of the delivery. Then came the stove, installed just fine and no problems here. Microwave was not going to be installed at the time so we checked it in the box and all was well there. However, then came the fridge. It came out of the truck and they brought it in the house, hooked it up, and asked me to check it out. Looking on the side, there was an EXPOSED dent about the size of a baseball. I don't know what made them think that was OK so we got their supervisor on the phone. We were moving in the next day with all of our food, had a dented fridge, but they were not going to let me keep it (because it was not in the condition I expected), leaving me with nothing to put my food in. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with supervisors of supervisors and calling supervisors at home, we finally got the OK to leave that fridge there until they got a replacement. Great. However, after they had left, I noticed that the ice maker was NOT in the fridge as I ordered. At the store, they did NOT mention to me when ordering that that was a separate item. It was in the freezer in the store so when I told the sales rep "I would like this unit exactly as is only new", nobody informed me that the ice maker was an additional $300. Had to call my sales rep and argue with her for another hour about how wrong it was that nobody informed me that the fridge I THOUGHT I had purchased was actually $300 more than what I paid for it. Eventually, I won and got my ice maker for free, the pedestals were delivered, and the fridge did not have a dent in it. Only took 4 deliveries to get everything but eventually it all got in.

  • They are really good and they have a really wide selection of appliances to choose from. The service people were always there to answer any of my questions. The sale was great from start to finish and I really enjoyed working with them.

  • The sales rep had average knowledge of all Kenmore appliances. We made our own distinctions prior to the sale, but could have used more help with product features during selection. Delivery was terrible. The order was delayed initially 3 weeks, then the dishwasher was the wrong model, then the replacement to the dishwasher was sent to another home and stolen, and then the delivery delayed another week for the rest of the products.

  • MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN NEGATIVE. PURCHASED APPLIANCES AND AN EXPENSIVE SINK ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, THE SECOND TIME ONLY BECAUSE THEY STOCKED THE RANGE HOOD I WANTED QUICKLY. WE PICKED UP THE SINK OURSELVES, WEEKS BEFORE THE APPLIANCES WERE DELIVERED. AFTER CONCERNS THAT THE SINK MAY BE A TIGHT FIT FOR OUR INSTALLATION WE ASKED OUR SALESMAN IF WE COULD RETURN IT IN THE BOX AND BUY A SIMILAR, SLIGHTLY SMALLER SINK, A SIMPLE REQUEST, I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT. THE SALESMAN SOUNDED ANGRY TO MY WIFE ON THE PHONE IMPLYING THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL WITH THE MEASUREMENTS. AFTER TALKING WITH THE HIM AND NEARLY CANCELING THE ORDER I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AFTER A HALF HEARTED APOLOGY. TWO DELIVERED ITEMS WERE NOT IN SHIPPING BOXES AND WHEN I HAD THE DISHWASHER INSTALLED THERE WERE SOME MINOR MISSING ITEMS. BECAUSE OF TIMING ISSUES, SHORT OF DAMAGE, I HAD TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERIES. ALSO, THE INSTALLER THEY RECOMMENDED DID A POOR JOB.
