AAllied Plumbing (formerly O'neil Plumbing in Moses Lake area) is one of the best plumbing services my company has ever used. Allied was able to schedule a job on short notice, showed up on time, did a thorough job and charged a fair price. What else can you ask for from a plumbing company! Well, how about a follow up call from the owner/manager, Ron Smiley, insuring the job was done to satisfaction and then going on to explain a whole host of extraordinary plumbing services that I was not aware of. Like being to do lateral sewer connections, including trenchless sewer line repairs, anything to do with water pumps, and commercial plumbing services. Ron is a smart business man that understands the value of long term relationships.- Kami G.

AFirst experience with Dave, who is expert, a gentleman, a genuine nice guy, honest, fast, hardworking, helpful, willing, and good-humored. Not to mention cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean...;-) Having constructed several homes in different states, I've more than a little experience with the trade. I didn't know they made plumbers like that. One in a million.
The repair was of course in the crawl space under the house - not impossible, but not easy or pleasant. He dove right in, assessed the problem, emerged with the broken part, explained exactly why if failed ( a problem of slope), had the right part with him, and went right back in and fixed it. Excellent work, excellent communication, and his appearance was outstanding. He was careful to charge only actual time worked - it's unusual not to be charged for conversation. It was a truly remarkable first experience with a contractor - I'd let this guy in my house any time.
I've performed similar work in my younger years, and knew absolutely that he was telling the truth and did the work both professionally and expeditiously. He will definitely be my first call in the case of any future need.

Bthey were able to get me in very quickly, they were punctual and very nice, dressed in great attire, although at times i felt as if the service man didnt know what he was doing, the job was eventually finished and i had no problems outside of that, seemed high priced but is about average for the area

ACalled Comfort Experts Plumbing at 11 am on Friday (the woman who answered the phone was very helpful) They first stopped by to look over things at 12:30 (had to get to lunch first), and they had the new water heater in by 2:00 pm the same day. Quick, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who will listen. Realistic prices and great service. What more can you ask for?

FWe purchased our house in June 2013. The previous owner had a new hot water heater installed in 2/2010 for $1500. He purchased a 10 year warranty per the paperwork that he gave us. The warranty is completely transferable. It was installed by Beacon plumbing. 2 days after the installation, the heater had so much soot build up that after 36 hrs of operation, it inhibited combustion all together. It was determined by Beacon that this was due to a defect in the burner assembly. Beacon replaced the water heater. Three days later, the water heater was leaking at the top weld and another complete water heater replacement was required. Yesterday, we no longer had hot water and went to check the heater. It was again not working. As Beacon had installed the previous two falty heaters, we contacted them and asked them to come out and assess the problem. We told them that it was under warranty and they told us that the warranty was "not transferrable," and that we would owe them $460 to change out a component part. I was able to pull the warranty from our files and it was indeed "FULLY TRANSFERABLE." The young man who was sent to our house by Beacon, looked at the heater and said that it needed a new spark started, as it "was not sparking." My husband helped him and showed him that it was indeed sparking. His response was "oh!" He then turned the gas on had a large amount of flames kicked back directly at his face. He jumped back and said "I don't work with gas tanks, I just install electric ones." Next he changed out a component and turned the gas back on and again the flames spewed from the tank. This time he jumped back and said that he better call for help as he "doesn't work with gas." He said that another employee "burnt his face a few weeks earlier. After he called for back up, they sat in my driveway for about 1.5 hrs waiting. The second group of workers came out and decided that again the soot build up was so extensive that it was inhibiting combustion. They proceeded to vac out the tank and spread huge amounts of soot all over my garage and everything in it. EVERYTHING is black, as though we had fire damage! They then demanded that we pay them $238.78 prior to them leaving. I asked that they leave us the bill and allow us time to contact the warranty company to confirm that they indeed did not cover the service charge. They refused to leave my house. I contacted their customer service department and explained my concerns with how the service was provided and requested that I be left with a bill and I would get back with them the following day. He was a complete jerk to me on the phone and belittled me and demanded payment. In the end my husband agreed to pay the 238.78 to get them to leave. The took our credit card, charged it, handed us a receipt and left. After they left we noted a charge that WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE in the amount of $219.20 for a "preferred customer plan." Today we tried to contact the owner x 2 and left messaged both times, but he will not return our calls. Needless to say, we are furious.

AO'Neill the Plumber was great. They were friendly over the phone and super responsive. The plumber, Chris was at the house within hours of my initial call. I had a clogged drain in my house that we had tried to fix ourselves with no success.
Chris snaked the house through the roof access but was not able to fix the problem either. After crawling under the house, he found a old, leaky pipe that needed to be replaced. It was preventing good drainage from my laundry room and kitchen. He quoted me a price of $800 to fix the pipes and we scheduled a time for him to come back and finish up the work. Chris was back on time, as scheduled and completed the work $100 under the quoted estimate. He was super neat and tidy, I could not tell that he had been in my home doing any work.
After a bad experience with another plumber, I am so pleased with my experience with O'Neill the Plumber. While I hope to not have to call a plumber again any time soon, I will absolutely keep O'Neill the Plumber in my phone book for the next time someone is needed.

FI called Mike's Plumbing on a Monday morning. I had a clogged drain that we had attempted to snake on our own without any success. When I spoke with Mike, he told me that he thought that he could come out on Wednesday afternoon to do the work. It was a couple of days away, but I said that would be fine. When I tried to pin him down on an approximate time, he snapped that he would get to me when he could.
On Wednesday afternoon, I hadn't heard from him by 3:00 so I called to check the status. He was rude and grumpy and told me he would get to it when he had the time to get to it but it wouldn't be that day. He did call back after 5:00 to let me know that he would be at the house "some time Friday".
I was out of town on Friday so I arranged for a family member to be at the house when Mike called. Well, we waited and waited and waited. He never called, never showed up. I was pretty sure that I would not hear from him by 4:00 on Friday.
As of Tuesday the following week, I have still not heard anything from Mike. His customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. He was rude to the point of abusive and says he will do work but never delivers on his promises. Do not call this plumber!
I gave up on Mike's Plumbing and called O'Neill the Plumber who was at the house within a few hours. They were friendly, professional and punctual. It turns out that my plumbing issues are more extreme that I expected. The work will be finished in a few days. Mike's rudeness cost him a $1500 plumbing job.

CWe installed a new water softener, and were not sure if it was working correctly. This company had installed the softener, and we had paid for the work. So we phoned the plumber who said his assistant was nearby. He sent his assistant over to take a look. Everything was in good order, but he charged us for taking a look into the machine which took about 5 seconds. We had hired him to do much other work previously, so we thought $80.00 was too much.
His assistant also did work for my daughter. He knew what work she needed him to do, but he came without proper tools. He also came late. Then he would have charged her for the trip to get the tools until she objected. She kept careful check on the time he spent on the job. She was overcharged on "time spent" on the bill. She paid the amount she believed to be correct, and ignored the overcharge. Her payment was accepted.
My daughter also hired this company to do work in the crawl space beneath the house. On inspection, the flooring insulation was not reinstalled, and was scattered around in the crawl space. The pipes were left uninsulated also.

AHe is great and very personable. He is good for large or small jobs. We have used his services several times. He is very professional. He usually has the supplies on hand so he does not have to go get them. He gets the job done fast and he stands behind his work. He is very responsive and will call if he cannot make it on time.- jennie L.

FWe called to have them install a new gas line for a natural gas fireplace. They were quick and came out the next day. After an inspection of our crawl space to get some measurements and see the existing gas line he gave me a promp estimate: $2300! That right two thousand three hundred. He wanted to know when we wanted it done and said if we called today they could get someone out the next day. I am sure they wanted to get the job done quickly before I could find out I'd been ripped off. We had a line installed two years ago for our grill outside so I knew this was an outrageous price. Then he charged me $89 for the estimate! We called O'malia's Gas and Fire and paid $449 to have the line installed.- LAURA H.
