We were visiting Banks Lake and our bearings went out in our boat trailer. The entire wheel fell off! This could have been a disaster but MPH Auto saved the day. They did both bearings and hooked me up with new tires as mine were ancient. Thank you Mike! I would highly recommend MPH Auto and Marine for your mechanical needs if you are anywhere in the area of Grand Coulee/Banks lake.

TOP NOTCH outfit. I had a noice coming from my engine and in 10 seconds, the man new exactly what was wrong and gave me a price to complete the repair. The parts had to be ordered and 3 days later I dropped off my Nissan Pickup and they completed the repairs in 2 days and charged me less than originally quoted. 2 other auto repair places in town wanted to charge me $200.00 to just bring in the truck and Gordons charged me $267.00 for the entire job which included 3 parts and labor. I was a real customer and I give bad reviews to some businesses but this place is a place you can trust.

    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
I have had to change carriers. My first problem was, while the company knew that I was flying out on a specific date and the car was to be picked up at the motel, their staff person never explained that the 5 day window for pickup availability only included business not calendar days. I never questioned the pick up date that she put in the order as she knew when I was flying. I had to find a place to store my car before I flew, My second problem came with the scheduled pickup. While I received an email that Executive had assigned a driver from Fife Ship Company and that my car would be picked up on a Friday(remember that I have already flown back to MD), when my friend and I both contacted Executuve Shippers and Fife Ship Company on Friday afternoon, we were told that the car would be picked up either late Friday or Saturday morning. My friend also called the driver Friday afternoon and was told by the driver that he had not been scheduled to pick up the car. My friend then called the staff person at Executive and was told that she would get back to him that afternoon(Friday). She never did. As my friend never heard back either from Executive Shippers or Fife Truck Shipping, I went ahead and cancelled the order via email on Saturday morning. This information was never relayed Monday morning to The Dispatch office at Executuve as I received a phone message from them that the driver was at my friend's ready to pick up the car. In summary, inaccurate information was provided me at the beginning of this order(i.e. 5 business not calendar days for pickup) followed by the lack of clear communication from both Exeutuve and the local carrier on who was picking up my car and when.

Lloyd's Automotive & Transmission Specialists Inc
These people are professionals and I know the difference. I am extremely happy with their service all the way around. They were very truthful in their prognosis and some items were cheaper than I expected in fixing additionally they detected and took the liberty to fix a couple things that would require more extreme mechanical costs down the road. I can't say enough good things about these guys...

    Rudy's Automotive
I consulted several review sites and settled on Rudy's. The shop was full to bursting with cars awaiting repair but they had my car done on time and for much less than I expected. I appreciated that they honored my request for a quote before repairs began and also let me know that the part wouldn't be in until the next morning so I had the option of picking up my car and bringing it back the next day, or leaving it in the shop. There were a few reviews that mentioned that Jerry was very rude. He isn't - he's hard of hearing. With the addition of noise in the shop he doesn't always catch what you say, even if he's looking at you. So speak up!

    Barry Chrysler Jeep Dodge
They do excellent. It's pretty much a new car, so nothing needs to be done. They did work on my other car, though, too. They're excellent.

Bud Clary Honda of Moses Lake
They are okay. They call me every 3-4 months to see if I need an oil change. I pay $99 for 3 oil changes which is not bad. I know if I take it somewhere else, it cost more. I have not had any leaks or anything like that. If they call me and I tell them I am good for another month or two, they do not call me for a month or two. If they tell me, my appointment is at 10, they get my car in and started working on it by 10-10:15.
