Daniel did a great job on the deck and got everything done within one week. I have no issues with his work. I was originally given an estimate of $7460.00 with an hourly rate of $85 for dry rot repair. The end result was an invoice for $17,117.00. I was expecting to pay more than $7469 but not more than double the original estimate. A more professional process would have included an updated estima...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Replace a 4'x5' deck that had water damage and dry rot. Daniel essentially removed the original deck and rebuilt a new deck, sealed and painted. The structure of the house was not affected.
