  • Everything about this was first rate.  The surgery was performed without complications. Even though Dr. Gorman cut a piece of skin out of my forehead about the size of a penny, had remarkably little pain afterward.  The healing went as planned.   Dr. Gorman and team put me at ease and did exactly what they said they would do. Everything about the way they worked projected that they really knew what they were doing.  I wish everything I did went this smoothly.

  • I would recommend Dr. Mendrey as a family physician. I have been seeing Dr. Mendrey for about 6 years. She is the best we ever found and that keeps me going back. Clean office environment and good everything. The rooms are clean and the equipment is very extremely nice and professional. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I am just real happy with them.

  • Dr. Anna Welcome was very professional and very gentle during my exam. I consulted her for a medical problem and she had good, common sense solutions. I have learned she has since become the doctor at Revitalize Clinic in Woodinville and is no longer at Mill Creek OB./GYN.

  • Arrived 15 mins prior to appointment time as the scheduler said at time I made appointment.

I was informed that I would need to reschedule my appointment because I hadn't gotten there 30 mins prior to the appointment time, apparently so paperwork could be done (which ultimately took me 5 mins). I say no, I was told 15 mins arrival prior to appointment and I took off work in middle of day. The front desk unfriendly then left to go and quot;checkand quot; on things. She then came back to say that I would have to reschedule as and quot;doctor had a surgeryand quot; (no reference to emergency so one would assume a regular scheduled surgery). I said no - I was on time and expected to be seen. After another 15-20 mins of and quot;checkingand quot;, she returned to say another doctor could see me but I would have to wait 20 mins. I said fine. The nurse called me in at the appropriate time, did her cursory review of my symptoms, and then abandoned me. I sat in the exam room for another 30 mins without a single person checking on me or letting me know where the doctor was. The doctor finally came in with no apology. He did a very superficial explanation of kidney stones, no physical exam, and then prescribed more drugs, an extra in 2 weeks, and a follow-up visit. During this enter visit - from check in to departure, not a single person apologized for the office's inability to schedule patients and the doctor's lack of respect for time. I will NOT return to this doctor's office EVER. From front desk staff to the doctor - I felt they could care less about me as a patient or my experience with their clinic. The WORST doctor's experience I have had in my life.

  • My husband is really happy with them. They're responsive and he's always able to get in quickly for appointments. He takes his parents there as well and they've been provided with good geriatric service. My husband regularly receives phone calls from the office and the pharmacy. The facility is equipped with handicap-accessible features which is very important. The doctor's office is pleasant and is set up to ensure the privacy of the patients. It has been an excellent service overall.

  • They're responsive and it's easy to schedule appointments. I'm very satisfied with the services they provide. They don't hesitate to do the tests that are necessary. It's a full-service facility and a lot of their practitioners are involved in research and are up-to-date with the latest trends. It's a teaching institution as well and they have interns coming in for learning. One thing that they're very good at is they coordinate appointments for me so I don't have to call each department.

  • The positive was that we really liked Dr. Bailey when we met with her. My wife and I had a total of three visits here. Two of the appointments we waited in the cramped and often full waiting room and seen 45-60 minutes late with no explanation or apologies. The third we were seen on time however, when we met with the doctor, we discovered that there was really no reason for the appointment because it was too early for the intended procedures. It lasted all of about 5 minutes or less and we were out the door. Time waste On at least one occasion, my wife felt she wasn't being respected for her concerns. As it is our first pregnancy, she was sort of met with a smile and responses sort of along the lines of "we all go through it, don't worry". Receptionist was great in person but over the phone seemed bothered to relay messages to nurse/doctor. Billing was a nightmare. Not helpful and unwilling to assist with figuring out coverages or providing codes so we could call insurance.

  • Overall, it's a good clinic. I'm on insurance so it was $20 co-pay during my last visit. 95% of the times you're in there when your appointment is ready, you don't have a long wait time. Sometimes that happens, but overall you get in on time. The doctor actually is focused on you when you're in there. She is paying attention to you, she is talking to you, she is listening to what you say. I'm 55 years old and I've seen some doctors that are just like, "I'm the doctor and you don't know what you're talking about." I don't stick around with those guys a lot. Your x-ray and blood work is done there. I'm diabetic so I have to get my blood checked every four months. It's all right there and it's all convenient. Everybody there is really nice. You can get your mammograms done there. You get everything done there and it's just a small clinic. So you don't have to run off to the imaging place to get your MRI. They're just really personable and supportive. Sometimes there are some problems. You go do something and then four months later you get a bill for it. But that is the health industry overall. They really need to come up with a better way to deal with their billing.

  • The appointment/experience went very well. We highly recommend Dr. Wall and his office staff, to every man we know that islooking for a urologist. Our physician recommended Dr. Wall to us, and we are so thankful for this.
