The owner, Tom Smith, gave me a good bid, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to finish my project in only two days. I was wary because I had previously hired another concrete company that put me off for weeks, finally demolished the old parking pad, and then disappeared. Just meeting with Tom, who is friendly and knowledgeable, reassured me that this company would show up and get the job done. And they did! I'd like to give a special shoutout to the crew, who work together well and obviously know what they're doing. But Tom didn't just get the job and disappear; he was here both days, making sure that everything went well and checking in with me. AChase Construction North West IncI live in a dome structure with four extensions. The extensions are for two bedrooms, the entry, and garage. This year Chase Construction NW reroofed the extensions. Next year they will reroof the dome itself. Because of the structure, most of the house is roof. I’m breaking the project into two steps because of expense. This company was friendly, professional and diligent, and were willing and agreeable to do it in two steps. I am so thankful for this! Several other roofers led me on and then were unwilling to help me. Chase’s work is exceptional. I trust it. I will definitely contact them Spring 2021 to reroof the dome portion of the structure. The product used is GAF Timberline High Definition Shingles with Advanced Protection Shingle Technology, which meets high standards of quality and service. This company does good honest work! ATony and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very communicative throughout the project about what would happen when and stuck 100% to their schedule. The crew worked hard and respectfully left the job site tidy each day. In the end I have a beautiful new driveway. One last thing...our neighbor mentioned to me that she appreciated that the crew rinsed off her car that was parked on the street after it got dust on it when the gravel was spread around. She hadn't even noticed because they took care of it before she had a chance to see it.

AWe are so happy we chose All Concrete Surfaces to install the cement patio we have wanted for years! After receiving many quotes, All Concrete Surfaces came in at the best cost and more importantly we felt most comfortable with the knowledge and experience Rich (the owner) has. Rich was there for us every step of the way during our project and is extremely knowledgeable in all things cement including: aesthetics, design and maintenance. Our project was unfortunately halted during the COVID Shelter in Place which began the day the concrete was supposed to be poured. Rich communicated with us regularly throughout as we navigated the situation - once the crew was approved back to work we were taken care of immediately. Everyday the crew arrived on time, were respectful of Social Distancing, and left our backyard cleaned of any construction materials. The patio is beautiful and we love everything about it! We HIGHLY recommend them and have been referring them to all of our family and friends.

AJoaquin and his team are top notch. He managed a difficult driveway and installed a drainage system that few could handle. He also repaved our walkway to divert water away from the house which looks amazing. Finish work is second to none. Price was reasonable and worth every penny. Scheduling was great and he was on site supervising as well as completing every step. Highly recommend you hire Northwest Construction if you have paving needs. You won’t be disappointed.

AOverall, Sia and his crew did a good job. They were so busy that it took a few weeks to get started. What he thought was going to be 3 days ended up taking 5 days. My big issue was communication. Initially I explained what I wanted done, but by the time he started I had changed my mind. He didn't read the email I sent a week before he started, and he didn't look at the drawing I gave him the day he arrived. He wasn't listening when I told him about the changes. We didn't end up with what we wanted, but it was acceptable. The other issue is that he doesn't seem to care much about the appearance of the finished work. He put a skim coat in one area, but it wasn't as smooth as I had expected (see photo), Also, he didn't put a skim coat on what he considered to be the back side of a retaining wall, not considering that there is a deck right next to it.

We thought his bid was very reasonable and started work 10 days later. what we expected to be a one to two week project was completed in 48 hours by the tireless dedication of his 4 man crew and that concrete was suddenly available. They are a superb well coordinated group of craftsmen who know their trade. We enjoyed their talent & labor. We would gladly hire them again but of course all of our concrete needs are completely satisfied. Their fixes were perfectly executed and we are proud of having these improvements in our home.
