  • I have struggled with whether to write a review of this office. The staff is friendly, and I believe some/most of the chiropractors are good. They will not be happy with this review, but I think people should know the routine of this office before they commit. They are expensive if you go with their program. You should ask yourself if its worth the time and the money, because you will be separated from both in a major way. For me it wasn't worth it.
    On my first visit, they took x-rays, many, x-rays, and they did a number of other diagnostics that were not explained well. Some of these (not the x-rays) were done by someone who seemed very inexperienced with the equipment. The explanation for the diagnostics was poor. But, ok, I'm willing to go with their approach. However, there was virtually no follow-up on the diagnostics. I have no clue whether they accomplished anything other than a extra expense. Still, I went along with it.
    I was then told by chriopractor Lynna Lies, after review of my x-rays, that I could be treated just to relieve some of the pain, OR I could be treated to address the cause of the pain. Of course everybody wants complete resolution, so I said that was my preference. In order to accomplish this, I was told that it would require 3 months of treatment, 3 times a week. This treatment included adjustments, therapy, and access to a couple pieces of equipment that for me did nothing. The cost for this service? Over $1200....AFTER insurance. Wow. Ok, so I asked Ms. Lies if this would essentially cure my neck pain. She said, and this is almost a direct quote, "This will get rid of your neck pain". No qualifiers. No "maybe". This was not a hedged statement, it was a definite "yes". So, after stressing over the cost and time commitment, I completed the program, and did all the treatments, and did all the homework. In the end, when surveyed by their office, I indicated that I was 30 percent improved after the treatment. I don't dismiss such improvement, but it was a far cry from what was essentially promised. 
    Ms. Lies then told me that she would need to do more x-rays to see how I had progressed, and how to continue the program. I said "no" to the x-rays. I felt I had already had plenty of x-rays, and there was no clear explanation as to how they would provide a plan of treatment that we were not already doing. At that point, for the very first time, I was informed that it might take another year or so for the "tissue" to heal. Would have been nice to know that at the start, not that I really believe it. I wanted to discuss continuing treatment at a lower level, with fewer visits, over some months. Ms. Lies would not entertain such a plan. She told me that she would rather that I just come in for an adjustment when there was pain. She also said that if I were going to avoid the x-rays, then I would more or less own the results, which is interesting because the results to that point were much less than promised, and I followed the program perfectly. I didn't hear anyone taking ownership then.
    I continued to have adjustments for some weeks after the 3 month period, approximately 1-2 visits per week. When I asked Ms. Lies about maybe just coming in every other week, she looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, and said that it's all up to me now. She basically disengaged, and it seemed very much like a message of "either get the x-rays and set up another plan of treatment, or I'm done concerning herself with my neck pain". Fine, she has that right, but this is not what I look for in a health professional. I actually felt betrayed in a way.
    A couple things to be aware of. The physical therapy aspect is ok, but I saw everybody doing the same exercises and stretches when I was there. This office would no doubt disagree, but to me it SEEMED like a "one size fits all approach". I questioned some of the exercises for neck pain, such as balance exercises. Some of the equipment that you have access to with their treatment plan may work, but it did nothing for me, and for me it wasn't worth paying for. 
    There were times I would show up for my treatment, and would be assigned a completely different chiropractor because mine was out of town. So, I show up for treatment, but my chiropractor doesn't? If I wanted other chiropractors I would have asked to be assigned to one of them.
    Finally, this office ran a big promotional program to get their customers to do online reviews, videos, referrals, etc., and win the chance for prizes in doing so. The bigger the review (like a video) the better the chance for a bigger prize. So, understand that some of the reviews online are no doubt driven by this promotional effort.
    This may be ok for a healthcare provider, but I really do not care of it. 
    I do expect the provider to take issue with this review, as they clearly see online reviews as impacting their bottom line. I have been careful to be accurate and honest about this provider and will be happy to address any point that they take issue with.
    One last point, Lynna Lies seems like a good chiropractor in a technical sense. My issue is with their approach to treatment. I felt misled, and it was very costly.

  • I started using Greg & Olympic View right away and would highly recommend their service to anyone. They even have two days of the week with hours to accommodate people that work later. They are a well organized staff & very friendly people that work to give great service to the clients. Greg has helped me feel better & has also suggested things that I can do to help myself to feel better long term. He has an honest caring for his clients, and I am grateful & fortunate to have such a reliable & knowledgeable care taker. He explains what is going on, and describes to me what he is doing and how it well help me. I recommend Olympic View & I continue to see them on a regular basis. It is well worth the time to go see what they can do for you.

  • Dr. Nash is great.  I can't recommend him enough.  Don't be off put by the location or front office decor.  HIs manner is excellent, his care and knowledge get top marks. I have had nothing but excellent response with treatment.  I go whenever I have an issue and I always walk away knowing that I will response positively.

  • Dr. Dan and his staff are very friendly. They take the time to explain all of the techniques and treatments options. My visits to his office are always pleasant, and I have been very satisfied with the treatment results. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

  • We considered moving to California a couple of years ago. And if you have ever thought about bigger moves, you'd know you run down the checklist of pros and cons. Not being able to see and be treated by Seattle Natural Health was literally one of those things I thought of knowing I could search high and low and likely not find a replacement for what we have in them. We have made the trek in terrible Seattle traffic form the eastside and now snohomish county to continue to see them. This is considered our primary care provider. We have worked primarily with Dr Ramaley but have seen Drs. McQuaig and Quintana on occasion. I can't say enough about this practice. Level of care, concern and professionalism is an A+ in my book. Treatment has been extremely effective even with things previously and extensively treated with conventional medicine. Availability decent. They always work hard to fit you in in a pinch but sometimes the inconsistent hours and lunch closure can be difficult.

  • Dr. Butterfield has the best hydro massage table. It will relax you quickly. You might even doze off. I also found out that if you have no insurance or just not enough, he has a cash price for visits of only $35!

  • Treatment was suited to my needs, and was effective. There were several follow-up appointments as needed to address the problem, but no more appointments than were needed. I have a lot of trust in Dr. Pettigrew, and all the chiropractors at this establishment. I have used them over the course of about 10 years or more, and I am always impressed with their service.

  • Dr. Estabrook always provides highly competent treatment. Not every issue can be resolved with chiropractic care, but I always feel that if Dr. Estabrook cannot provide relief, then no chiropractor can.

  • Appointment was a very good experience from the greeting by the front desk employee to checkout. I was thoroughly evaluated, x-rayed, and treated. Felt better right away and made an appointment to return in a week for additional treatment.

  • I have had back and neck pain for years and have seen many Chiropractors. I recently moved to the area and was need of a new chiropractor. I went to this chiropractor with a bad headache and neck pain. His assistant did an initial evaluation, which was less comprehensive and lacking compared to some I have received. I waited a while for the doctor to come in and when he did, he reviewed the assistant's notes and gave me an adjustment. He didn't review the x-rays right I brought, but said he would later. He didn't suggest any methods of treatment or give me any hope that he might be able to help me improve. While he wanted me to come back for a follow up appointment, and he and his office staff were kind, I didn't feel this was the place for me.  Although the adjustment helped some, I was looking for someone who was truly interested in helping me heal and who might offer ideas/suggestions on what might help me be free from these problems. His clinic didn't offer physical therapy, ice/heat or any other treatments that have often helped me along with chiropractic. What I didn't want was another generic chiropractor who wants to adjust me for the rest of my life. His office seemed like the typical "crack and go" facility. It didn't instill in me that this was a place that would truly help me get better and I was disappointed.
