The work done by Loni, the owner, and his team was impeccable. They were responsive, punctual, consultative and overall worked like it was their own property they were servicing. The condo needed a lot of work, from flooring, to painting, to some electrical and cosmetic changes. Loni was on the case in every way. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We bought an older condo which needed work, especially flooring and painting. All Remodeling and Landscaping (ARAL), did all the flooring work (converted from carpet to bamboo wood), and all the painting work (walls, doors, cabinets), and some electrical and cosmetic work.

There were many issues that came up on this 1953 built house, complex project and Loni was a valuable asset. I would recommend All Remodeling and Landscaping / Loni Moreno to anyone considering a contractor. The project was on schedule, on time, on budget and I was very pleased with the job done. He is a great problem solver, very professional and pays attention to details. I would hire him again....

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Loni, the owner was my general contractor for this remodel. The inside had a total remodel from electrical, plumbing, kitchen, baths and floors etc.. Loni was responsible for the demolition of the old interior, preparation of the site, scheduling of the project and hiring, supervision of the subcontractors and inspection of subs work.

Loni was wonderful. His work is meticulous. He is professional, skilled, knowledgable, trustworthy, courteous, clean, and punctual. He has been an invaluable asset to our remodel and we plan to use him for "phase 2" coming up this spring. I simply don't know what we would have done without him!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We bought a 1955 home that had never been updated .... ever. So Loni came in and replaced 5 windows, installed a sliding glass door, did some repairs to and replaced the railing on the upper deck, painted the interior of the house, installed the window and baseboard trim, re-trimmed the fireplace, removed the old kitchen cabinets and installed custom kitchen cabinets and hardware, remodeled the bathroom, and did some concrete work in the basement.
