    Debella Exteriors
I had my home looked at and an estimate done for roofing and gutters. Even in the rain, they were thorough with the measurements and inspection of the outside of my home. After that was done we sat down and went over how the whole process works and the product provided. Austin Hutcherson worked very hard at giving me an option that worked well with my finances. I am excited to see the end product in a few weeks.

    Simon's Construction Services
Simon and his crew were very professional and hard workers. The job was over 200,000 dollars and was done in a very timely manner for the amount of work that they performed. We are very happy with the outcome. Simon is very honorable and ethical. He truly wants to do everything to please you and your vision and have the best outcome. He's also a wonderful guitar player and you get a free show when he is at your home. I would truly recommend him for any job small or as large as ours

GREAT! The moss on our roof was so bad. It was quite a job. The tech that came out spent hours with a brush scrubbing it away. He was always polite and an extremely hard worker. We know who we'll be calling for any future problems.

    Perrenoud Roofing Inc
Took off 26 year old metal roof with skip sheeting and replaced with OSB and architectural shingles. Also did the same on a shed. Very conscientious workers, arrived daily when said they would, and did a great job. The roof looks wonderful and we are very pleased. Very professional job.

    Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.
Our siding was beyond disgusting. It was the original put on in 1972 when the house was built. There were many areas that were warped, and decaying, with lots of bees nests under the warped sections. I wish I could post pictures so you could get an idea of just how bad it was.
After finding Inland here on Angieslist, I called them. Mark texted me back almost immediately (it was late in the evening) and said he'd call me the next day. True to his word, he called me the next day and scheduled an in home appointment for an after hours appointment, since my wife and I both work during the day. He provided a very detailed bid and left NOTHING out. He gave me some worst case scenarios, if some of the underlayment needed to be replaced, and also offered some other options (insulated foam board, for one). In the end we opted to go without the foam board.
After picking our colors, and agreeing to the bid, he said he'd have to check his stock and let us know exactly when he could get us on the schedule. He called the next day and said he could fit us in TOMORROW, or he'd have to wait after something else they already had on the calendar, and it'd be 3 weeks out. We opted for NOW!! :)
A couple of guys showed up that afternoon, dropped off a bunch of supplies, and John (the installer) was there the next morning, getting to work. The work took 3 weeks as expected. John was fantastic. Very friendly, and very detailed gentleman. Just all around a great guy, and a pleasure to work with.
I'm not sure if Mark ever sleeps, but he was ALWAYS there for us, day or night, weekends too. Not that we had any problems, but he was always eager to work around our schedule, and did it quickly.
The job is completed and it looks like a brand new house! We couldn't be happier!
My only suggestion is that no matter what Mark and John get paid from Inland roofing... these guys deserve a raise! A++

    Rainman Seamless Rain Gutters
Company came out right away and gave an estimate. Gutters were replaced Within ten days.. Couldn't be happier. The match to the trim on the house is absolutely perfect. Just wish I'd have seen the coupon on Angie's List. Newbie mistake.

    Jimmy's Roofing
Jimmy's had to coordinate with another company to work with boom equipment on this very steep, 113 year old metal roof. They were punctual, worked well with the other company and put a new roof on our commercial building with little disturbance to our tenants. When there was a problem with the roof leaking, they were back to fix it in a day, and took responsibility for al interior damage too. They haave come back to inspect their work, and have followed up on all their promises. At the beginning their was some question about who was the in-charge on thejob, but it got straightened out with only a little difficulty.

    Barton Roofing
The actual roofing went fine after we argued about what their bid included. We have a breezeway between our house and garage, it was specifically stated in the bid that thsy would roof the breezeway. Once the work started, they claimed the breezeway was not included, and would cost more to do. I showed them the bid, and they claimed that breezeway to them meant our laundry room, I got out the dictionary and read them the definition of breezeway which matched our situation perfectly, so they finally agreed to do the breezeway at no extra cost. Our roof leaked several times, Barton roofing would come out and patch it. When the leaks caused damage to our ceiling inside, they told me to contact our insurance provider and make a claim. It took me many calls, much discussion, and threats before they sent someone out to fix the ceiling, and about a month of waiting after they finally agreed it was their responsibility.  It has been five years since I have had a problem now, and I am very glad, as it is ALWAYS a huge hassle to get them to do what they guarantee

    Jimmy's Roofing
We contacted several companies,   Jimmy was the most professional and responsive to giving us quotes on different options.
He was also the most expensive but his references convinced us we would get the quality roof we wanted,
There were several delays that were caused by weather but Jimmy kept us posted on when he would be able to proceed.
The roof was completed for the price agreed upon and has given us no problems.

    Jimmy's Roofing
I have a bedroom under the deck off the back side of my home.  A few months ago it started leaking down into the bedroom.  After getting job bids from three different contractors I went with Jimmy's.  They came out and did an estimate but told me until the porch decking was removed so that they could inspected the whole seal that it was only an estimate and could change.  Well once that was all removed and they started inspecting the seal they found that some of the supporting boards (under the seal) were starting to rot.  So the estimate was adjusted and they replaced all of that wood as part of the work.  Initially the job was supposed to take 1-2 days but because of all of the extra work it stretched to 3 days.  The workman that was doing the job was courteous and on-time every day.  He cleaned up after himself and made sure that he answered all my questions.  When my animals managed to escape out the back door he called to make sure it was okay for him to get them back inside.  I went with Jimmy's even though their estimate was the highest one because all of the reviews that I checked were so good.  The work has been completed for almost a month now and it has rained (and snowed) and not a single leak.  I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if i had any roofing issues.
