Very upfront and explained in great detail the process and why things were being done without me asking. They were respectful of my home and very efficient. The job was done well. We are loving the new toilet and the new water heater. We spend more time in our house and having another toilet has been beyond wonderful. ABob Oates Sewer Rooter & Plumbing LLCI have found my new favorite plumbing company! My kitchen sink got clogged so I tried the plunger, drain cleaners, and even got my own drain snake...nothing. The clog was too deep in the pipes. I called Bob Oates late Friday and they they had someone out by 9am the next day. Their names were Henry and Dino. They were very polite and professional. They set up their machine and had my drain cleared in under 5 minutes. I have water again!!! They even tried to put everything back under my sink. In my past experiences with other companies the workers are willing to leave a mess for you to clean, not these guys. They also wore footies and a mask before entering. I was so surprised how quick and efficient they were. I will 100% use this company again and refer them to my family and friends. Thank you Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter!- Pamala S.

ABob Oates Sewer Rooter & Plumbing LLCWhat seemed like a relatively small job turned into a much larger one, but Dave and his plucky apprentice handled it with great care. I basically had a second story bathtub drain that was leaking into my furnace area on the first floor. It was in a very awkward spot and up in the ceiling, so Dave spent the first trip diagnosing whether or not it was a gasket or a leak in the fixture, then the second trip he brought his skinny apprentice to stand behind my furnace and work on the upper pipes. After finally finding the broken pipe, they planned the fix and came back on day 3 and executed it. The work was done professionally, courteously, and didn't require major reno work on my end. Honestly, I can't recommend Bob Oates plumbing enough. I've had them out 3 times for three different issues and each visit has been a successful repair/service with cheerful and helpful staff.- Bradley K.

ABob Oates Sewer Rooter & Plumbing LLCI called Bob Oates Plumbing on the 26th of May. I had been noticing a sewer type odor coming from my crawl space intermittently over the past two to three weeks. It wasn't going away so I decided it needed to be looked at. Made an appt. for the 27th. Casey came and I gave him the details of the smell. He went into the crawl space shortly after asked to flush the toilet. After doing so determined the toilet was leaking. He is just a trouble shooter so he does not travel with a fully equipped work truck. He made an appt. immediately for a plumber to come out the following day. Very professional and personable. There was no charge for his visit. On the 28th Ryan came and replaced the wax ring that seals the toilet to the sewer line. This is routine for these guys. He was done in less than an hour. Just as Casey very professional and personable and did a very nice clean job.- MARK B.

AI needed some additional work done to remove a kitchen disposal and put new pipes in and also to have pipes replaced on a back bathroom we had just remodeled. Mad Pipers did such a great job with the large re-piping job I hired them for over the summer, I didn't hesitate to call Zack & Ragen for the quote for the additional work. They replied promptly and we scheduled the work within a few days. The work was completed by Curtis who arrived on-time and did a great job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

AMatthew called the same day I put in the request for a plumber on Angie’s List. He was friendly and helpful and we set up an appointment for two days later. Devon was wonderful! He came out without charge, diagnosed the problem and told us a price to fix it. He came back when we had new parts from the manufacturer and quickly repaired the connection. Trident is now our go-to plumbing company.

AVortex Plumbing did a great job! It was quite an extensive process. It takes days to re-pipe a whole house and I was expecting to be without running water for a few of those. Baldeep did his best to make our inconvenience as little as possible. He and his crew did as much preparation as possible and only had to turn off our water for about 3 hours during the whole process. Vortex Plumbing is a professional and honest company and I would use them again in the future.

FOn the plus side, Grigor came out on a Sunday to help troubleshoot and unclog/Deroot our plumbing issue. He did pull a bunch of roots and was personable and communicative. Unfortunately he did not fix the issue fully and the toilets and bathroom were coughing up black water the day after he left. I asked him to come out and help but after a few days of waiting I had to get another plumber in to fix the clogging and the toilet backwash. So no guarantee to his work. The other plumber found a bunch of roots in the pipe up the side of the house, and cut and removed them and now things are clear. So it cost us another $700 to get things cleaned up. A huge bill for a derooting and for a 5 person family with infant on a single salary. I gave Grigor an opportunity to return some of the cash but he wasn't interested. He also quoted me $15k to replace a pipe leading to the city sewage line. I didn't get a video of the camera he ran (I paid for the video work) and when I asked for a video he said he didn't record one and that he would come back to do it but never did. I wanted to use the video for an alternative quote on the $15k job and I suspect he didn't leave a video to make it more cost prohibitive for me to get another quote. The video would have saved money in getting a competing quote for the work since its $250 to run the camera. The plumber who I got to come in and fix backwash issue provided a much smaller quote and work estimate to fix the pipe. I recommend not paying this plumber in cash, and get an invoice of the work done. I also recommend getting a second opinion on any work proposed and to not "panic" buy his services.
