AWest Coast RoofingWest Coast Roofing and Painting did a great job on our roof. Lucas met with us to give us a quote. He was very professional and the documentation he provided in addition to his verbal overview was relevant and comprehensive. The crew was focused and worked very hard and effectively. The work turned out great. A couple of the boards they gave us the option to replace made a big difference with the visual appeal of the roof from the front. AA Cut Above ExteriorsEverything about our experience was fabulous. We had hardi-plank siding installed over T111 siding on our home and two out buildings. Mani was an excellent sales representative, explaining our options and working with us on price. Randy was a thorough and attentive project manager. Juan and Martin, the installers, went above and beyond in assisting with prep of the site. They were polite and professional. The painting crew was neat and fast. The result is beautiful. We were immediately impressed by the professionalism and pride shown by all of the employees that we worked with at A-Cut-Above. Amadou, the owner, gave us a bid for roofing and siding work that was hard to accurately estimate because the extent of the water damage could not be seen until the siding was removed. Amadou was very upfront about revising the bid once the extent of the damage could be determined. We thought the initial estimate was very fair and the additional cost was also very reasonable. The side garage door replacement work was also reasonably priced and the work was great. Amadou’s communication throughout the project was excellent and his workers were very friendly and professional. Lo’s does great work at affordable prices and are honest and dependable. ASFW Construction LLCWe noticed a small area of dry rot and since it was into the sheathing, we knew we needed professional help. My friend used SFW and highly recommended them. The job ended up being bigger than we fist thought, actually getting into a few studs. The SFW team walked us thru every step, explaining what was needed and why. Their work was exemplary and the crew were friendly, respectful and were clearly experts in their trade.- John B.

ALifetime Remodeling Systems LLCWe had a wonderful experience with Lifetime Remodeling Services. We had some significant problems with our siding and rather than try to fix each problem individually, we decided to get the whole home resided for peace of mind. It's a big project and we were very nervous at the beginning because we've had a few bad experiences with other large home projects. From the start, the general manager Scott was reassuring and guided us through the process. We also really appreciated the craftsmanship, attention to detail, know-how, efficiency, and hard work that Jose and Jesus put into our home. I joked a couple of times that it was almost like magic how they addressed a couple of underlying issues that came up during the residing. AScott Jackman came to provide a quote to convert our tub to a walk-in shower with a bench, two grab bars, two shelves, a shower door, and an adjustable hand-held shower head. The company told us the appointment was at 10 a.m. but evidently there was a miscommunication, and he came at 2 p.m. Scott was very friendly and personable, and he thoroughly explained all options to my husband, while I was at work. My husband made his selections, and Scott was able to throw in additional material to cover the ceiling of the shower at no charge. We also were able to use a promotional discount of half off the installation fee. Since my husband wanted to get my agreement on his selections, Scott agreed to come back the next day to finalize the plan. My husband felt there could have been additional brochures of the available options, and the project does seem expensive, but the materials to be used are of high quality. The project will take 1-2 days to be done in a few months, and then I can provide a review on the quality of the work done.

AMike Cunningham, owner of Prestige Construction, did an excellent job from beginning to end. He took a good amount of time to determine the work and materials needed to do the job. He suggested adding a trim board at the eaves and at the end of the porch. This improved the looks of our 2800 sq.ft. Victorian style home. Mike's bid was much lower than the other bid I got, and he and his employee James work well together and both pay attention to detail. They had the house resided in 5 days and I was very happy with their work.
