"average with nothing standing out.
by the Hr ($85) and I didn't figure he would take 6 hrs to do a 2-3 hr job! His quality of work" was average at best. It's my opinion that
thinks he knows and can do more than he can actually can. I would never use
or recommend him to anyone.

"Instead of repairing my phone they replaced my phone with another phone without telling me or asking to do so. They then placed the other phone in my case. When" I went to pick up my phone I noticed that it was a different phone and requested they return my original one. Then in the process of replacing my phone into my case they damaged it. After all of that they initially refused to return my deposit, after arguing with them they finally refunded my deposit.

Had an iPhone with a cracked screen but working perfectly other then that.
A "tech" was sent over to my home for a

screen replacement.
story short, tech replaced the screen and tech couldn't get the phone
to turn back on. Told me to go to the Apple Store for a reboot. Apple
said phone was toast and had to purchase a new one.

Longview Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
is remarkable, friendly, smart and affordable. I honestly don't think anything could stump this guy. He's very busy and it's easy to see why. He can fix anything, it would seem. If I had any kind of issue with electronic equipment, audio-visual stuff, whatever, I'd take it to this guy before anyone else. The prices are very reasonable, even though I'm sure he could charge more. After all, he's the one that can fix things that other's can't. What a nice guy and a great business resource to have in Grand Junction.

I saw several ads on Living Social, Groupon, etc. Most had expired due to increased cost in glass. I call them and they honored their last living social deal. Even without that deal they had the best price and turn around of any place that I called.
These guys are awesome!!! Great price on screen replacement and tempered glass to keep it form happening again.
Total process under 30 minutes and phone looks like new!

I took my phone into
Longview Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
repair after breaking it. They where friendly and understanding about my issue. They gave me a price of 135 plus tax only required me to pay half down and said they would get the part in three days. They actually received it in two and had my phone fixed the second day. They gave me a call and the phone worked great. They even offer a warranty they also sold me an Otterbox with a discount since they fixed my phone. Great bunch of people.

My TV was damaged by lightening, and
Longview Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
spent a couple of hours working on it a few weeks ago. He was unable to fix it because the main board had gone out.
Longview Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
charged me the regular price for a home visit (a little over $40, I can't remember the exact amount, but less than $45), and explained that he would attempt to find the necessary part to fix the TV. A couple of days later he let me know he was unable to find the part. He gave me the part number so that I could continue the

. It took a while, but once I was able to obtain the part, I called
Longview Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
. He came out at my first opportunity (my first, because he was willing to come the day I called!). Ullyses spent a good hour or so with the TV, taking it apart, trying the new board, etc. He found that the new board was not working (he performed multiple tests to ensure the results were consistent), so put the TV back together with the old board (which is working enough to watch TV, but doesn't work with the remote, and doesn't allow HDMI connections). He then looked at a second TV for my niece. When he got ready to leave,
Longview Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
didn't charge me anything because he was unable to fix the TV. (Not his fault, it's an older TV and the parts just aren't available).

is not only very good at his job, but he's the epitomy of Great Customer Service.

They were easy to work with and finished the install on time. My issue was that within a month the new screen had scratches all over it, where the original one never got a
Longview Cell Phone Repairs Provider Name Locked
(till it hit a large rock and splintered...). And about 8 months after the new screen was installed it fell off the couch, onto my carpet, and cracked in half! When I called about it they informed me that drops were not covered under the warranty.
I totally understand that they have no idea what caused the crack, and they probably get all kinds of people making all kinds of claims and need to have a policy in place to deal with that. My negative review is with the quality of the component they used. This was not remotely close to the quality of the original, and if I had known this to start with I would have just gotten a new phone.
If you need a new screen I strongly suggest you look around, ask everyone if they use the same screen as the original and to put that in writing, and then baby your new one. Or just spend the extra $ and get a new phone.

My IPhone stopped working. No screen, no beeps, nothing. I went to their location in Southpoint Mall and explained what had occurred. The technician disassembled the phone and determined there was a short in the connection between

screen and the system board. They could replace the screen for $130 and have in done within 15 minutes. I authorized the repair. Within 5 minutes the technician returned and stated he reconnected the original

Really, the main reason I'm writing such a positive review is the professionalism, integrity, and pleasantness of the sales person, because the phone repair failed.
I had previously had the company replace a cracked screen on my Samsung, so I brought it back when the charging cord wouldn't plug all the way into the charging port. The sales person said that's common, especially with Samsungs. He said it would take a couple of hours to install a new port. Actually, they worked on it for a day and a half. Unfortunately, while working to replace the charging port, the repair person broke the microphone. So, they repaired that. However, when that was done, the charging port didn't work again.
Fortunately, I had a spare Samsung S3 (long story), so I used that while they tried to fix the phone. Finally, I suggested that that old Samsung had seen it's day and said I could just use the other one. However, I wondered how to get all my stuff to the new Samsung. The sales person said he could back up everything to an SD card and everything would port over. He did a great job with that, and I was up and running right away.
I wondered what to do with the broken phone. The sales person asked if they could hold on to it and continue working on it. "When we are confronted with a challenge, we challenge it back," he explained, with a determined

. I said, "Sure." So they're still working on it.
That's the attitude that signals excellence: an inward drive, compulsion really, to do the job right. And that's why I'm giving this company a Page of Happiness even though they have so far failed to repair the charging port.
No company is always perfect. But outstanding companies attract and nurture people who relentlessly drive toward excellence.
