    COLE'S APPLIANCE PARTS & REPAIR
The Repairman showed up within the time frame stated. He was courteous, correct, and helpful. From what we had gathered, while watching you tube videos, the repair seemed too challenging for our inexperienced selves. We had a general idea of the nature of our problem, and I had shared that with the office at Coles  prior to the appointment. Again, the repairman helped us collect the errant lint that had accumulated over the seven years we owned the machine. He did not seem bothered that we wanted to vacuum the innards of the dryer before he closed her back up. He even helped- graciously. At the end of the visit he also gave a tip on cleaning the extra long dryer vent hose. It was clogged big time, and honestly his advice probably saved us from having a house fire-from the dryer lint. We quickly made our way to the local chain store where we (bought the dryer,) and bought a cleaning kit especially made for loosing lint and managed to free a bad clog. We are very thankful to Cole?s Appliance and repairman Clarence. Over all, it was a success and now back to the laundry.

    CARLSON'S HEATING & AIR
They were very receptive to our ideas and were able to answer all questions about the design of the system that we wanted for our home.  We tried to ask all the questions before the project ever started to make sure all parties were on the same page and the process would flow quite smoothly.  We needed to have the heat pump removed a few days early to allow for another contractor the access to pour a new patio which we wanted to have the heat pump set on.  The first team arrived and removed the old heat pump and did it very professionally. Two days later the next team arrived, on time as promised, introduced themselves and looked over the project and commenced the removal and installation of the new air handler.  When that day was completed, we had a new air handler in place along with all the controls wired up and all ducting work complete.  Since we were waiting on cement to dry behind our home, the heat pump was delayed for two days.  Two days later the team returned and installed the heat pump and completed the installation and commissioned the system.  The provider arranged to have an electrician on site during the install each day to make sure all electrical work was completed in a timely manner.  A few short hours later and the work was complete.  We were very satisfied with the installation and look forward to many years of comfort and a good working relationship with this company.

    Follow up Notes:
We were supposed to have a followup technician come out and inspect the installation.  The job was completed on June 6th and as of August 2nd, they have not come out to inspect the installation or to answer any questions.  With repeated contact, we were told that they are short handed and busy with service of faulty air conditioning.  To reach someone on the phone  has been hard. We were able to get a response by email and was told if the outside ventilation during severe cold or hot weather is of issue, then just shut it off.  We had it automated for a reason not to turn it off.  The moral to the story is if you have any questions that will need to be answered after an installation is done, do not pay the bill till everything meets your specifications.    If we had a do over, we would of changed who we used for this project.  Installation was great, customer service is lousy.

    RAINIER APPLIANCE
The guy who came out, the same day I called was fast, polite, completely checked every thing out and told us what to NOT do so this wouldn't happen again to the Washer.
And even looked at the Dryer with some advice, for Free. I would call them again, if needed. Decent charge for their good work.

    COLE'S APPLIANCE PARTS & REPAIR
COLE'S APPLIANCE WAS VERY QUICK TO COME OUT TO OUR HOME. THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PARTS NEEDED, BUT WERE BACK WITHIN A FEW DAYS TO FIX OUR WASHING MACHINE. I THOUGHT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND NOW I HAVE MY WASHING MACHINE BACK TO GOOD USE!

THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM WAS GREAT. THEY RESPONDED TO OUR REQUEST FOR HELP QUICKLY. THE REPAIR PERSON WAS CORDIAL AND COMPETENT. SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE FOUND AND GAVE US OPTIONS AS TO WHAT AND HOW MUCH WE WANTED TO FIX. WE ENDED UP NOT REPLACING THE CONTROL KNOB WHEN SHE EXPLAINED THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE AND THE COST. I APPRECIATED BEING ABLE TO HAVE AN OPTION AND NOT HAVE A REPAIR DONE AT AN EXPENSE THAT WAS GREATER THAN THE PROBLEM.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE MAN DOING THE REPAIRS KNEW ABOUT THE MACHINE HE WAS WORKING ON. THEY EVEN WENT A LITTLE EXTRA BY PUTTING ON A NEW KIT FOR THE MACHINE THAT WAS A RECALL KIT FOR THE MACHINE.

HE REPLACED A PART THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM. HE TRIED VERY HARD TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. WE ENDED UP PURCHASING ANOTHER FRIDGE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY BUT FELT THAT WE WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT BOTH TIMES. HE CAME TWICE FOR THE REFRIGERATOR AND ONCE FOR THE STOVE. HE HAD TO ORDER PARTS FOR THE FRIDGE AND CAME BACK TO INSTALL THEM WHEN THEY CAME IN THE MAIL. THE STOVE, HE PULLED THE STOVE OUT, FOUND THE BURNT WIRE, REPLACED IT, MOVED THE STOVE BACK IN PLACE AND EVEN LEVELED IT.
