AGalloway Roofing & SidingDuring the inspection and bidding process Manuel Hernandez was very clear in explaining the process of what and how the work would be done and the standards that they were going to meet during the large roofing project. Tom Galloway was also very pleasant to work with over the phone. A very nice guy to deal with and also very clear and concise in his explanations of options and company ethics and standards to be provided. The work crew showed up early every morning and worked long hard hours to complete the job. They were courteous and very hard working and cleaned up the work space when finished. I would definitely call on Tom Galloway and Manuel Hernandez for my roofing needs again.- Ferlin D.

AElite Construction & RemodelingLiving in a neighborhood where the parking space is very limited, we decided to inquire about a three car garage build in our backyard from Elite. Sergey gave us a fair quote and got us squeezed into his booked up schedule. The only difficult part of the whole project was the waiting to get started! We now have a spacious three-car garage that we also use for storage. Thanks to the whole crew, we'll never have to park a block away again!- Juliya B.

BCovington Painting and Remodel, LLCI have used Chris and his workers for a few projects around my house. First time I met Chris was for painting the outside of my house. Went from 70's bright green to a more modern grey and dark green. Several neighbors thanked me for updating the horrid paint job. They were quick and within my price range. Second job was 3 egress windows because he was the cheapest bid. Glad I hired him and his team because I didn't have time to do and coordinate these projects. (Quality) Only gave them a lower review because I have some paint chipping years later but it is most likely due to sun damage/ sprinkler damage and old layers of paint from previous owners. (Professionalism) -Chris himself was fantastic and down to earth. He came with his painting/work clothes. You can tell he spends most of his time painting. Had a problem with one of his employees smoking around my house then leaving all the buds around the outside when Chris wasn't around. Brought up my concerns with Chris and he listened. From my understanding, the certain individual that I had problems with no longer works for him.- Christine L.

Sergey and his team are talented, professional, prompt and dependable -if they said they would be there tomorrow at 7, they were there at 7, fun and so easy to work with. Sergey communicated every step of the way and involved us and our ideas along they way. Our house has a very unique style - slanted interior walls, curved exterior that made the project that much more challenging. This rotten room was transformed into a huge master suite with 9ft ceiling, several windows, slider, a full bathroom and a peaked roof to replace the flat roof. The room is beautiful and the exterior blends so perfectly to our unique house that it looks like it was always there! Thanks so much.- Lynn H.

ARenewal By Andersen of WashingtonAwesome! Vince C. and Abe C. were great! Very personable, attention to detail, clean, courteous towards me, my cats being secured in a separate room, and the materials they were installing. A third person, John, came on the second day to help out with a patio door. He talked too much and as a result, didn't focus on what he was doing. So Vince had to make a correction and touch up some work that was short of what either Vince or Abe was performing. When I had questions for Vince, he would stop working and give me his full attention. That was great on two fronts. One, he stopped working so as not to lose focus on what he was doing; and two, it showed he had a genuine interest in what I had to ask/say. Thank you for work well done!- Troy S.

AThe professional service of these guys was fantastic! Tyler the salesperson Was responsive and very informative from the start to to finish. Even though they were a few dollars higher than the other bids, I felt comfortable from the start that we were being treated fairly. The crew that did the roof were very professional and did excellent work. The thing I appreciated most was how well they communicated with us from the time they came to our home to the day they finished. Leon and his crew were always courteous and kind. Our roof was not the typical roof yet it was done with excellence!

FCan I give zero stars? I can't even describe my dissatisfaction with this company. it was an actual nightmare. Read below for the saga of bad things that happened during our time working with DaBella. I had high standards for professionalism because my salesperson, Alex, was SO great! an has been a great listening ear throughout this ordeal and I am sure gone above and beyond his job--put him in charge! The team that came to my house on 1/11/21 did not let us know they were on their way and arrived at our house shortly before 9am. When my husband opened the door, the response was simply "Windows. I need Space". We could tell that english was most likely not their first language, but that is not what made us feel as though they were rude. They never even said hello or gave us their names. They seemed as though it was a great inconvenience to be there and were not friendly in any way. Throughout the day I tried to get updates from them on how long it would take or how things were going and was met with short grunts and few words. They were so drastically different from the experience I had with the sales team. They barely spoke to us at all; not even pleasantries. They took all day to complete our windows and were here from 9am to 5pm despite only having the 6 windows to do. While they were here they were on the roof and used multiple outlets within our house. At some point, they must have tripped a breaker because our garage stopped working. Had they let us know that this happened, I would not have been upset in the slightest, but they did not and so we had to bring out someone to fix it, costing us $65. They also had to go into our backyard to use a ladder to get on the roof. When they left, they did not close this gate. It was shoved into the grass and wedged open. Our gate is hard to open and must be pushed quite hard to keep open so we know that it had been done by a person, and not the elements. This led to our 9 month old puppy getting out of our yard. She recently had surgery on her broken leg and we need to keep her calm and safe. So not only did we have to run around our neighborhood to try to find our puppy, but we had the extra concern that she was not supposed to be out running and that her recent surgery could have been compromised. The rudeness, lack of communication, and lack of attention to details has been very upsetting for us. We are at the point of upset that if we could return the services, we would. I am so angry that these men came into my house and were rude to me and my husband and then caused us further inconvenience and stress after they left. But I am at loss for words at how upset and disappointed I am in the installation team. If that wasn't enough, it took weeks for the company to figure out that our gutters had not even been installed. The right hand was clearly not talking to the left. Once they finally figured out that our gutters were not installed, we got scheduled for the install and were rescheduled again. They were finally here on Monday 2/15/21 the installers had no idea where our gutters were supposed to go. We were only replacing some of them, and they had the amount of gutters they needed, but did not have a map of where to put them. So my husband had to go outside in the freezing weather and snow and walk around our house to show them where to put things. The instal team was really nice, but they took much longer than necessary because they were not provided information on where the gutters would go. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had good hopes because Alex was so kind, but everything other than Alex was awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They only care about their bottom line, not the customer experience.
