ACreekside Construction LLCImagine if you will, it’s 4 days past Christmas 2019, your winding down, and you head to O’Mallys in Rathdrum for some tasty eats. 4 hours or so pass, You and the family are now teetering on sleep and its time to call it a night, so you head home in anticipation of some needed rest from the Chaos of the Holidays. You pull up to the House, and its on fire! That is what happened to my Family on Dec 29th, 2019. Let me tell you, you are never prepared for a Fire, period. By Gods Grace all pets made it out through doggie door, and nobody was hurt. With emotions flowing we call 911, duh! Then USAA. Getting threw that first night was utter horrible at best. But during that night we had to call someone to come help salvage/rebuild the home. Being completely ignorant on how the systems works, we asked a Fire Fighter in his professional opinion, who would he personally use in this horrible scenario. He stated DKI, so we went all in blindly with said company. I will save the exact details for another venue, but fast forward 4 months, after several lies, literally 30+ days of zero work being done, and a recommendation by USAA to fire DKI within the first 3 weeks of the fire, we finally gave up on them. Now feeling like victims for the second time. I called Creekside Construction, and this is the part of the Story where you should insert the Original Superman Music, because Dave Adam and Steve Cates came swooping in and literally saved us. They took over the job, the paperwork, the communication with USAA and hit the ground running. I kid you not, Dave showed up to my house the very next day, had 5+ subs in there, and was delegating orders like Patton in WW2. It was impressive, because you could see in each sub-contractors eyes and by there demeanor, they enjoyed working with Creekside and wanted to be there. It took another 5 months, but the job was done, and exceeded my expectations. My wife teared up, when she saw the finished work, that alone is all you would need to know about Creekside, but I’m not done. Lets check some boxes, Professionalism, highly skilled sub-contractors, diligence, quality workmanship, high end materials, outstanding communication, and complete Loyalty to the customer. My wife and I always knew where we stood with Creekside, and were never left hangin gin the dark. Yes, there were small mishaps, but that happens on almost all jobs in construction but each issue was rectified promptly and above satisfaction. We knew Creekside had our back from day one, Dave Adams stood by our side’s ready as if we were getting into a rumble like the Movie Outsiders. I cannot thank Creekside enough for what they did for my family. I wish there was something I could do to show my complete appreciation, so I hope this small token of a review helps someone else in need, and steers them to Creekside before they make the same mistake we did, wasting time and money with another derelict company. Just know in this chaotic world we live in right now, there are still genuine trustworthy people still out there to help us along, and Creekside Construction is a complete embodiment of those values. -Much Respect and Gratitude, Ferris Family, Rathdrum Idaho- Erik F.

AElite Construction & RemodelingLiving in a neighborhood where the parking space is very limited, we decided to inquire about a three car garage build in our backyard from Elite. Sergey gave us a fair quote and got us squeezed into his booked up schedule. The only difficult part of the whole project was the waiting to get started! We now have a spacious three-car garage that we also use for storage. Thanks to the whole crew, we'll never have to park a block away again!- Juliya B.

ACreekside Construction LLCOur deck remodel went really well. I was surprised at how well they were able to match our existing composite deck and know they put a lot of effort into that. They were fast and courteous. Besides, our deck remodel, Creekside originally built our house and later did a remodel and added an outbuilding. FWest Coast Metal Buildings IncDo not order from this company if you live in the country. I Ordered a carport to cover my rv and after 9 weeks we were excited to have it delivered and installed. When that day came the gentleman delivering the carport said he was unable to install it because he didnt want to bring the trailer up a hill in snow ( it was a slight incline), He refused to even try. He told me he would come back the next day with chains and he never did. We even offered to bring the trailer up with our truck and he refused to install it because it was to cold for him.- Dustin M.

AWe had some gutter damage from the last wind storm. Thomas Contracting Services came in with the lowest bid of three with a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. Michelle was fantastic in all of my interactions with her including scheduling. Joel (who also came out to give me the estimate) and Tim did an excellent job removing the old gutter and replacing it with the new. I especially appreciated their flexibility as I slightly changed the plan from the original design. I have worked with many contractors through the years and I consider TCS to be one of the best. I recommend them highly and would rehire them in a heart beat. If I could give them an A+ I would!

Worker had some good ideas for "problem" areas, since my house has older siding!! Left all my windows without water marks. The wash reached all the high points of house and garage. Job well done

AMike and team are excellent to work with! Super fair, friendly, punctual, and keep you at the center of the project. I had another bid from another company on this site come out for a bid and they were going to charge me 10x what these guys did, seriously, for a job they probably knew nothing about and had no past experience. Mike knew exactly what he was walking into and had ran across the same problem with other turn of the century homes. Needless to say, I knew he was right for the job! Will definitely hire again. Heck, I'm already planning and budgeting for the next project! Very quality work and a trusting bunch. You will have confidence knowing they genuinely care about the quality of the work they're doing and your ultimate satisfaction!

FBaseboard was loose throughout entire work area, I had to go through and re-nail the entire job. Trash was left all over the house, including soda cans and nails, there was no clean up performed. The hand rail was installed out of code, the handyman left early claiming he was at a stopping point (based on the mess and the lack of proper installation this was not true) he left at 2:40. There was a disagreement between handyman and supervisor. I will not recommend this company.

AWe had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great. We really love the new room, and we are more than happy to recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone needing projects done. I will recommend him to friends in the future.
