    Great! Only small problem was that they picked up the cars 2 days early, so we had to arrange for our friends to meet them and get the cars to our home. Small potatoes, and all went well. Cars arrived in perfect condition and we were kept up to date on all parts of the trip.

    It's all a part of the contract, so there's not ever been a cost. I think they're always trying to up-sell to the next part. You can't beat the price, though. Although that contract will end and we will have to pay for it in the future.

    Aaron, who owns the business is very knowledgeable.  Really knows his stuff and does a great job. I have had him work on numerous vehicles of mine - from a '79 Chevy Pickup to a 2004 Honda Accord, a 2009 Kia Sportage and even a 1939 Ford 9N tractor.  Aaron does everything from general automotive work to fully body work and paint.  He can restore an old vehicle or just simple dent repair.
    He is very honest and will not tell you that you need more work than is necessary.  He is a straight shooter.  And, his pricing is very fair.  He won't go by a "book" rate and charge you more than the time it really takes. 
    I highly recommend Aaron for any sort of automotive service that you may need.

    The staff is very good. The staff was prompt. They are very honest. One time I took my car there and they didn't charge me anything because it was just a rock that was sitting in my frame. I was very impressed with the service.

    It went very well. By asking for the 30 point check I opened myself to being scammed if they chose to report a lot of problems. The only thing they found was a leaking power steering pump. This car has 200,000 miles and if they had told me I needed some new suspension components I would have believed them.
    Also, they provided me with a loaner car while mine was being serviced; they kept my car overnight.

    I found AutoCraft on AL and called about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to open.  My call was answered and professionally handled.  I made an appointment to bring in the vehicle about an hour later.  While I waited, they ran a scan of all systems and determined that it was a problem in the electrical system and gave their best guess about the true problem.  I got a call about an hour later with a detailed description of the problem, and a quote on the price.  They were very reasonable, and said they would give me a first-time customer discount and further reduced the quoted price, as the timing was bad for me financially.
    I got another call about 30 minutes later.  The mechanic said the problem was more widespread than he had initially thought, and that it probably didn't make sense to fix it now.  Apparently, there was a lot of corrosion in the electrical harness from a previous mechanic puncturing the rubber wire sheath to test the wires.  The problem triggering the light was with the low-speed fan relay, and he said I could wait to get it fixed.  He put it all back together and only charged me for the initial diagnosis of the problem.  He also said when I came to pick up the vehicle that he had tested all of my other systems and that the battery was bad.  He didn't try to sell me a battery, but instead helped me determine that the battery was less than 1 year old, and that the retailer would replace it for free.  He gave me the printout on the battery to give to the retailer.
    2 weeks later, I got a thank you card and a box of cookies in the mail from AutoCraft.  Nice to know that of all the things to worry about in moving to a new area, finding a good mechanic is already taken care of.

    I am continually impressed with the quality of service.  Not only did they change the oil and fix the clunk, they brought to my attention that the vehicle was due for a timing belt replacement and the brakes were worn down.

    They were very informative and helped us determine what we would need it the upcoming snow season. I have gone back to them and they installed my new tags for free, since I had the part that was needed. Had I not had the tag frame for the front of the car, that part would have been $100 for that piece of plastic. Thank goodness I kept it. Overall very helpful and genuinely happy to help.
