  • I called to schedule a mobile service and they told me they would be available the next day. The technician did not call by noon, so I called the company and they told me they would not honor my appointment.

  • These guys are awesome. They really are. They really try to go above and beyond with their customer service. I trust them and they're not lying to me and trying to get me to pay for stuff I don't need. My boyfriend had some work on his truck and for whatever reason the part wore out too quick and they stepped up and said they would replace it at no charge. They didn't try to make excuses like it was something else going on. It's kind of hard to get in to see them. You have to make an appointment.

  • I have a maintenance agreement with him so all I had to pay was for the brake pads. Every single time, I have called for service, they have gotten me in right away. We have bought 3 cars from them. Right before I had my baby last year. My husband got in a car accident. He got hit in the side. It totalled our van. I reached out to our sales rep. He not only found us a van but we had bought a used van and had it for like 6 months. Not only did he find us a van that cost us about the same amount but it was actually two year newer with 8,000 miles on it. I needed a van right away because literally when he got into the accident, I was like 3 weeks from having the baby.

  • I needed a car.  I was moving from my apt at the same time.  I was looking for a car I could live in so Icould get help from the community.  The salesman wanted to set us up in a really poor Suburban that was not clean.  We went back and saw another salesman who took us out to an RV to look at.  While we were looking at it, he was printing out the paperwork.  I told him I couldn't afford it because I'm on SS.  We went through the financing discussion.  He left out a lot of information on the costs of living in one.  He said my tank was 100 gallon tank which it is 24 gallon propane tank.  He made me believe it was a lot less expensive.

He pressured me to sign the paperwork.  We were being evicted from our apt and he knew that.  He also knew I was without a car also.  I noticed the RV had not been cleaned.  He said he would have it detailed and he didn't.  I signed the paperwork.  They're charging 30% interest.  The price was $17,000 - but after it's paid, it will be more like $30,000.  He says, 'there's more.' He goes out of his office and pulls up with a 1999 Honda Accord.  He said he was going to give us 2 months without making payments.  And he said not to worry about payments on the car until I get settled.  I had to get money.  He took $2500 I had and asked for at least $500 more which I gave in cash.  They were suppose to put that on the agreement.  We have this car which had a problem when I put it in Park.  It was filthy and never fixed or detailed.  He showed me how to lie my way into this campground that I'm in right now.  He coached me on what to say.  He lives in the same campground.  We moved here on 9/3.  The first rain we had, we had buckling inside on the wall.  I talked to the dealership and they said to go to Lowe's to get something to put on the rooftop.  There was also black mold growing inside of the walls in the entire coach.  I put in a heater to help dry it out.  A neighbor got on top and noticed there had been holes drilled where you would put a fire hydrant.  This is the source of the mold.  I put in caulking to cover the holes.  Then I noticed, that on the side of the coach - there was another wall that is wet and there is more buckling.  I again put the heater over it to help.  Our clothes got totally wet in the closet.  I noticed at the end of last month, I realized I was getting white streaks from the roof on the outside of the coach.  Instead of weatherproofing it, they painted it with white paint! I had to use my SS money to buy the expensive plastic to put on top.  I've spent approx. $200 on the tarps and had to buy bungees and a ladder to put this on the RV.

I was taking a class in Tecwilla and the car quits running.  The alternator was shot.  The salesman said, 'in order to help us out financially - we could babysit his children!' We started babysitting his kids.  He sent his kids over without eating and I am on food stamps.  We used the money he gave for gas and food. My daughter made a deal to accept only $20/day for babysitting 2 kids even if overnight.  Meanwhile, the car isn't running.  I've probably only drove it for a month out of 3 months I've had it.  I'm talking to the salesman about it and he tells me to pay $640/month. They sold the car to me for $3000.  They sent a tow truck out to fix my car.  It took about 3 weeks to get the alternator fixed. The 2nd time the car quit running; I took to my mechanic and he couldn't believe that everything under the hood was held together with electrical tape and zip ties.  This last time, I was talking to the owner and he said he would have a driver come out to get it. Then, he texted saying 'he was through with me.'  I had an interview to go to.  I called almost everyday.  The owner didn't give instruction to his mechanic on what needed to be done.  Then, the mechanic later told me I wasn't getting the car back - that it was being repossessed.  The owner was very rude!  He then said, he would give me 3 weeks to give him the $1000 on the RV.  I talked to the owner again.  Apparently, he has so many customers who aren't making payments from this same salesman.

I've called the volunteer lawyers program to pursue this.  I agreed to pay $643 per month for the RV until March and beginning in March, I would pay additional $100 per month.  I would never recommend them or go to them again!!!

  • They didn't show up.  They didn't call.  They told me they had lost my phone number (even though our home number is listed!)  They were very unprofessional on the phone.   They told me the glass they ordered was damaged the day before.  It sure would have been nice if they had just called.

  • i've taken my cars there for a couple years now and they always seemed to do ok work but the last 2 times have been sketchy. they sure do charge top dollar. definitely felt overcharged for this last brake job. the previous time was a tuneup that didn't fix the problem. now that i've taken it somewhere else and had the problem correctly diagnosed and fixed for a very reasonable price i won't be coming back here.
they also quoted me lots of money to pull the dash to replace a blend door actuator which didn't need to be done because now that i took it somewhere else and had the a/c serviced it's working and didn't need the new actuator. ???

  • this place correctly diagnosed and fixed all the problems that another shop had trouble with, and they did it all in one day.  i would recommend this place to friends and plan to use them in the future.

  • Dropped the car off for service and it was done within time expected to take.  (I went to a nearby cafe for breakfast.)    I've used this provider many times before and even made phone calls for advice when out of town and always received the info I needed, such as how much to worry about a problem with the car (is it ok to add a bit of regular oil until I can finish my trip? - Yes it is).  My car engine was "missing" one morning before the shop was open and I left a message on the phone and a minute or two later called again to add to the message and was answered right away, no delay, from his home, with the advice to go to the nearby dealership instead of driving the extra 20 minutes to get to the shop.  RooPair has never suggested a lot of unnecessary work as I have experienced at other shops.

  • This place gave a low price quote over the phone of 1450.00 and offered to tow my truck to the shop, to be fair he did say it could also be as high as 3400.00 but from the discription i gave him more than likely it would be closer to the low end. The total was 2495.00 plus what ever warrenty I was willing to pay for. I did spend the extra 700 for the 7 year warrenty, so far so good but the price shock and delaying the completion date two times was frusterating.

  • Wonderful! The Chevy dealership quoted us a price of $1000. Greg of Maximum Performance quickly quoted us a much cheaper price and was very knowledgeable about this particular repair.  He fit us in quickly and stated the job would not take more than 3-4 hours.  My husband was notified when the car was finished, which was within the time frame, and the price was exactly what Greg estimated.  Great quality work with professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly staff.  We'll definitely go there again.
