Septic Tank Cleaning reviews in Lacey

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Great! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Their service team was friendly and very proficient at their work. I would definitely recommend them to take care of one of the most important systems in your house. Thank you NW Septic for a great customer experience.

  • Entire process was fantastic. Up front all my questions were answered by Rita over the phone. Service from Pat was prompt, friendly, professional and I absolutely trust the work. Pat explained his work and actually showed me the clean clear water in my pump chamber indicating it did not need to be pumped (others might just do it charge you for it even if it isn't necessary.) All of my neighbors have used Rocklan for years and told me not to waste my time looking elsewhere - I was not disappointed. I will continue to use Rocklan for all my septic-related needs.

  • Rocklan has performed our inspection and pumping for about the past 20 years. The company does a thorough inspection and has great suggestions for keeping your septic running well. In addition, they file all the necessary paper work with Thurston County for you. I highly recommend Rocklan Septic to anyone in need of septic service!

  • Awesome work! Both of the men who showed up were not only punctual, they were both friendly and knowledgeable. Each were happy to answer all of the many questions I had of them about my system and any upgrades/repairs to be prepared for. After the work was done, they gave a competitive and fair offer for adding risers as well. To add to that statement, they even offered a local distributor of risers if I decided to try and do it on my own. They even went as far to let me know that if I'd chosen to install them on my own that I'd save around 200 bucks, an estimate that was spot on. Though I didn't use them to install the risers and decided to do it myself, it wasn't because of the service offered or the price. I chose to do them myself because of the added satisfaction felt of performing the work myself. Of course, once the project was finished I'd wished I'd hired them to do the work but that's beside the point. It was a little more difficult than I'd expected but I really enjoyed the fact that neither of the professionals who arrived from A Advanced Septic tried to pressure me in to hiring them to install the risers. I will DEFINITELY hire them again for any work needed on my septic system.

  • These guys are awesome! They know the business, they charge a fair price, they work with you, they are prompt, they are the people to go to for septic services. They worked with me to solve the problem at one of my homes better than I could have possibly hoped.

  • Biggest complaint was I specifically asked for an afternoon visit, when I could be on site. With no prior notice, the truck showed up around 10 am, and knocked on the door preparing to snake tubing through the fence and enter the backyard. I had forgotten to remind my wife. She was understandably a bit alarmed, and put out that she had to arrange opening the gate. She was not prepared to receive any company. The pumping went fine, and she paid the bill, but I was "in the dog house", for forgetting to tell her it was happening that day!

  • Beware. I called them to give me a quote for my septic that was overflowing. After the crew arrived they told be they had to empty the tank to see what was wrong. I asked if it would cost and they said no. They proceeded and found the pump had died and needed replaced. The owner showed up shortly before this and said that if it was just the floats it would be $350 and if it was the pump it would be between $850 - $1200. I made it very clear no work could be done that would cost money without my husbands consent. The owner left and the crew was finishing up and when I went back out they were about to put a pump in and said it would be $1200!  I told them no. Just cover it up and I'd let them know. We received a bill two days later for $250! I had not authorized any work to be done. I could see perhaps a $50 charge but not $250 to tell me a problem. Very bad work ethics. The workers aren't clear with their boss. Makes things confusing and I would not at all recommend. Stay away.

  • Just wanted to say how happy I am with the work you did on my septic. My wife said the technician was very nice. The cleanup in the yard was fantastic, the tank is working great, and the price was excellent. Clean Septic is my new septic service. Well done!

  • They pulled the pump, checked the impeller, checked the overall system for operation, and determined that it was a piece of sludge or debris from a recent cleaning blocking the pump. They installed a pump block to keep the issue from happening again, and redid the pipe to fit the pump block. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  • Initially seemed like it was going fine...Id had a neighbor teenager dig my mothers septic as Rocklin required this to have service done. The gentleman who showed up from Rocklan seemed fine, got the tank pumped, inspected, measured etc...all that we needed for the Time of Transfer paperwork ala Thurston County Dept of Health  to be able to sell my 93 yr old mothers home. He told my husband and me the septic tank "passed"...there were irrigation lines -sprinkler system-over the tank but didn't say this would be an issue with the CTY. We paid for the service and then waited for the report to get to the Cty.
Due to the compressed work week and short days the Thurston Cty guys work plus only ONE man does the recording, filling for TOT's ,it was another 10 days before we found out  the septic tank was NOT in compliance with the Cty and in fact did NOT pass... The buyer's agent for my mothers home pushed the point and it cost us another $250 to convince them  to have someone reroute  the lines over the tank.It was completely functional but this did not pass Thurston Cty's health regulations.  Of particular note Thurston County is planning sewer in this neighborhood - negating septic tanks- but keep pushing it back on the agenda.
If the gentleman from Rocklan had said, irrigation lines over a tank are a problem -take care of this or it will be a no go- we'd not been breaking our neck 5 days prior to closing  on this property and possibly jeopardized the sale. Bad news doesn't get better with time Rocklan.
