Pressure Washing reviews in Lacey

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • The guy I spoke with was very helpful. I needed my siding pressure wash and I was given a deadline by my HOA and this company worked with me to meet my deadline. They arrive on the time they say they will and after they are done had me inspect their work if it's to my standard. Very courteous and efficient. The price is very reasonable. Am I using them again? You betcha. This kind of service and quality is worth my business and my friends as well.

  • The service and results provided by Michael of Fast Lawns,Inc was truly outstanding from beginning to end. We hired Michael after reviewing over thirty applicants. What impressed us most was his organizations ability to adopt to the customers needs and timelines. Michael accepted our backyard landscape Job in July when most declined or were too busy or lazy. What was exceptional about Michael was his ability to rehabilitate the entire yard once we decided to sell.Best yet, Fast Lawns had the had the most competitive price. In the end, the job exceeded our expectations. Thanks Michael and the Fast Lawns team, we'll use you again. Mike & Tomoko Jorgenson

  • They did not arrive when expected - it was almost dark by the time they came. They did a good job with the power washing. They were not careful when cleaning the roof and gutters. I felt it was a rush job. They got gunk all over the neighbors' houses as well as mine. I paid extra for "special sauce" with a guarantee of three years. They didn't give me an estimate for house painting for several months (after I complained) and chose another company. Within two years, the moss was back on the roof. I called them twice in November, 2016. I was told they would come when the weather was dry and they would be in Olympia. They called the end of December, 2016 and said they would be there the next day - then called again to cancel because the weather report was for ice. That is the last I have heard from them. Seven months later I see they are still advertising, but they sure don't return phone calls or follow through on their promises or guarantees.

  • Ordered two of their specials, submitted 3 dates for availability and got e-mail response that they would be contacting me soon to schedule and that was three weeks ago and never heard from them. Not a very good start for using Angie's List.

  • I asked if they had time to pressure wash the driveway and walk. They were a little ahead of schedule so were happy to do it, for a reasonable additional fee. Their work was done quickly and well, and they cleaned up better than some crews I've had before. I'll definitely be having them back in the spring.

  • Though the highest among four estimates, we picked Flying Colors after judging Carl Hancock's approach to painting the exterior and first-floor interior of our house to be the most professional we received. As work progressed, we found that all the company's employees listened patiently and took seriously our desires as owners, treating the house with respect as our home rather than the attitude common to most crews - as just a work site. An emphasis on customer service clearly starts at the top and pervades the company. From prep to final punch list resolution, we couldn't have been more pleased with Flying Colors. Each day of the 3-week project started with the lead painter sharing an overview of the day's plan and ended with an invitation to inspect the daily progress. They not only painted the exterior and trim, but made small repairs as necessary and installed flashing everywhere the roof design forced excess rainwater onto wood. They took the time to caulk every seam between Hardy planks and hand-painted most of a large lattice area under our primary deck. We consulted with a decorator they recommended for the interior walls to choose colors and employ design ideas with which we are exceedingly satisfied. The painters didn't cease work until we were completely satisfied with the result. Not only does the house now look great inside and out, but my wife and I are certain it is prepared to withstand the assaults of northwestern weather for decades to come. The bill for this large project exceeded $20, 000, but we are confident we received great value for our money. I recommend Flying Colors without reservation for all painting projects - from smaller painting jobs to larger ones like our house. Their skills and attitudes made what could have been a long, invasive process go by quickly and painlessly.

  • It went great!  I cannot recommend this company highly enough!  When I first started getting estimates Jay was available to come out the next day.  He looked over my house and gave me a firm quote right away.  He answered my questions and told me about the experienced painters he has on his paint crew.
It took me a bit to get my other estimates and make my decision.  Overall, I really felt that NW Pro Services was going to give me the best quality paint job of all the Angie's List companies I spoke with.  I called Jay and he told me he would get back with me with a date to do the cleaning, which would be done first and billed separately from the paint job.  He called back shortly and said that they actually could do the cleaning the next day.  I was glad that I didn't have to wait.
The cleaning crew arrived right on time and worked from 8:30 until 3:30 or so.  There was a crew of 2, and one started on the roof while the other one cleaned the driveway and concrete surfaces.  They were very thorough, and very professional.  Every person I met from NW Pro Services is someone I felt comfortable with, and happy to have around my home.  When they were finished they walked around the entire house and shop with me to verify I was happy with the work.  Everything looked great!  They even cleaned the brick light posts I have out front and the entire asphalt driveway, walkways, etc.
Jay told me he had a couple of jobs ahead of mine and would let me know when they could paint. He answered all my questions, and was very agreeable with some changes I had figured out after the original estimate. I wanted some extra trim painted, and clarified that the fence between the house and shop needed to be included. He assured me that his paint crew would be able to take care of it.
Jay called me on Sunday August 16th to tell me that they could start my job the next day on the 17th, if I was ready for them (had my colors picked, etc).  So we agreed to start on the 17th.  On the 17th Jay arrived on site with the paint crew, Ryan and Bubba. We walked around our house discussing the details of my paint job, and things I was concerned about.
Ryan and Bubba got started right away.  The 2 of them spent 2 1/2 days prepping and masking the house getting it ready for paint. They primed the fence and got it painted in the trim color on Tuesday. On Wednesday they added an additional person to the team.  John helped complete the masking, making sure that only the surfaces that needed paint were painted.  John had done the roof part of the cleaning earlier in the month, and I was happy to see him back. They took a lunch break and started spraying the main body of the house Wednesday afternoon.  Since they spent so much time with the prep work the painting went smoothly and quickly.

They completed spraying the main house color on Wednesday.  On Thursday Jay came back out to check on everything.  My husband and I had concerns about one wall on the back of the shop where the paint didn?t look even, and we had problems with the caulking since the hardi-plank siding was put in with extra-large gaps.  Ryan (the painter in charge of the overall job) fixed those spots and repainted the entire back wall of the shop for us.  That took care of the problem.  We had 4 people working on the trim and downspouts on Thursday.  They primed any areas that needed it, and both painters recommended some special things to help make our house look great.

On Friday the crew was reduced to 2, and they finished the trim, put my lights back up, and re-attached the downspouts to the gutters. Ryan spend ½ the day looking for and completing touch-ups to make sure everything was perfect.  He has such a good eye and found many spots that he wanted to fix.  His attention to detail and level of exptertise was remarkable.  The entire crew takes great pride in their work, and really enjoys transforming a house with a new paint job.
The paint crew is given the time and materials to do whatever it takes to complete the job to a high level of quality.  They also used Sherwin Williams top quality paint - Duration.  I highly recommend them, and cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. Everyone had a great attitude and was pleasant to interact with.

  • Our large covered back patio was on a small incline for drainage. We wanted to install a hot tub on the patio but the hot tub required a level pad.
J & N was very responsive. Jim was punctual, professional and friendly when he arrived to provide an estimate. He suggested a good solution to our needs, wrote up the details, and an estimate arrived in our inbox the next morning.
We found the estimate to be reasonable and set a date for the work. Due to rains their schedule for the pour slipped a day but they kept us informed and showed up on the established Friday to do what work they could. They neatly cut out and remove the existing slab and set the forms. When that was done they hauled every last concrete chunk away and cleaned up the back patio perfectly.
On the following Monday they showed up on time and poured the slab. They sprinkled it with water and covered it with a tarp so it would cure slowly and not crack. Again, they cleaned up perfectly. The next day they came to remove the tarp and perform last day cleanup and we couldn't be happier with the result. The exposed aggregate finish is a perfect match for the existing patio and they worked well with the electricians to bring the power up through the slab in the appropriate slot.
We are very, very pleased with the work done and are happy to give them our highest recommendation.

  • We've been very happy with them. We're using them right now for the third year in a row. I manage a condo association. We paint a section of the community. We paint for five years on a row, we're on years three with them. They have very good customer service. They're very good with working with the elderly. It's $1800 a unit. They're duplexes, each side is 9 and 1500 square feet. I think they're on the high-end and I think we knew that but we're willing to pay it because their service is good.

  • All painting was very prompt to come out and give an estimate and start working.  However, the estimate that we were given was unclear and the work ended up costing more than the estimate reflected.  This would have actually been okay because it was an honest mistake.  However, the painter (Leon) that came out to do the work for us was not thorough and was generally unpleasant.  He failed to paint entire beams on our balcony, missed entire fence panels, only painted one side of our fence, and missed entire sections of the balcony floor that needed to be painted.  When he came out to finish painting the floor of our balcony, the paint color was different than the paint color that he used the first time he came out.  When we spoke to Jayson regarding the work, he was always very pleasant and would send Leon out again to make the corrections but it took at least five (maybe more) visits to get it right.  The customer service and willingness to correct the problem was good, but the actual painting was disappointing, to say the least.  And, to be quite honest, I didn't even bother pointing out the small details that were missed because I just wanted to get the big things fixed and move on!
