  • Our first appointment we were out of town for a wedding and I was really upset because they didn't set our alarm system when they left (even though I had emailed detailed instructions). I also was a bit disappointed in a few things that they missed (not getting cobwebs on the chandelier and not vacuuming my Master closet ). So I told them that they can't happen again (especially the alarm), and they have gotten much better. I gave them another chance and they gave me a discount on my next cleaning, they did clean better and didn't miss the things that they had the first time. I am extremely neat and tidy and my house is quite clean so Maybe I am a bit pickier than other clients. I have pretty high standards.

  • Sofia's crew arrived on time and got right to work on cleaning the apartment. They worked hard during their time there, and notified me when they were close to finishing so that I could return and lock up. The place looked great!

  • The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. All work was quickly and well done. Our dryer vent was very long (over 20 feet) and had never been cleaned. We paid the fee since it was over 5 feet as described in the ad/coupon. It was well worth it! Our dryer now functions better and I have never seen such a collection of lint!

  • I was really impressed. They lived up to the hype of their reviews. We had some really rainy season and pet traffic and he was able to clean everything!! He used a fan to dry each room as he finished and started on the next so by the time he was finished everything was dry I thought it was great and wondered why other companies don't do the same. He also upholstery and dried as well I was impressed from start to finish

  • After purchasing the 1st clean on Angie's list it was 10 days before Jazz finally responded to my email. Then it was another week before we finally were able to agree on a date for a week later. She said she would arrive at noon, then texted two days in advance it would be one, but on the day of the clean she texted that they wouldn't arrive till around 2. The clean was not remarkable. For 5 hours for 1380sf I expected more, but she said she would be more detailed next time. I agreed to hire her for weekly cleans ongoing. She said on Tuesday she'd check her calendar, but I didn't hear from her until I texted her the following Saturday. We agreed on the following Thursday at 8:30am, and that's when she told me she would be sending 'one of her crew'. It wasn't until the day before that I learned that her crew member would be bringing her 5 month old baby with her. And that the arrival time had changed to 9am. I said fine (because I wanted my house cleaned) but emphasized we needed to agree on 9-12:30, because I had something going on starting at 1. At 8:58am on Thursday morning, I received a text from Jazz that the cleaner had told her there was 'a ton of traffic' and she would be late. My spouse is law enforcement in Tacoma--he said the only bad traffic was northbound. Still...I waited and finally at 9:40am texted Jazz that her cleaner was not here yet and that left less than the 3 hours we'd agreed upon to complete the clean, apparently on her own and with baby in tow. The cleaner showed up 10 minutes later. Instead of getting started she asked me to show her around & tell her what I wanted done (really? you're allegedly a professional and you don't know??) The clean was not even close to detailed. The linoleum floor in the master bath and laundry room was dirty all around the edges of the baseboard. There were water spots on the faucets in the shower & sinks. The inside of the microwave wasn't clean. The stains (you know those stains that are around the drains in the kitchen sinks?) --were still there. Little things that you expect to be done were not done or were done poorly. Also, she took 20 minutes out to feed her child. $90. Not worth it. I contacted Jazz and provided feedback & photos. She said that the girl hadn't had all of the right 'tools' and that she would talk to her & make sure she did a better job next time. So next got a call (voicemail) from the girl (NOT from Jazz) an hour ahead of the time she was supposed to arrive. She said she was sick and wouldn't be coming. I was pretty irritated, because I hadn't hired the girl, I'd hired Jazz Hands. I felt that the girl should have called her boss and Jazz should have tried to accommodate me. Well, Jazz did text me about 5 minutes later asking if I'd received the girl's texts. I responded that I'd just received the phone call that she wasn't going to clean my house today, and added, "OR any other day. I will find someone else...a more professional organization, to do my future cleans." Response -- Jazz texted back, "She has a fever. Ok thank you." One other thing -- the girl mentioned in passing as she was leaving after the time she did show up to clean, that she was not Jazz's employee. She said Jazz lived with she and her husband and child, and she just did cleaning for her now and then. Hmmmm....

  • Arrived within specified time and performed all work efficiently. We have a 30 year old home which we purchased last year, so who knows when, if ever, the duct work was last cleaned. The cleaning and better furnace filter should make the house less dusty.
