ANorth East Landscaping ServicesThe crew Carlos sent was very nice, but they did not complete the debris removal from the gutters, left dirt from the gutter cleaning on the house, left a dead tree branch in the tree, and has not responded to multiple requests to send someone back out to fix these issues. Also, they did not trim a section of the tree over the driveway as requested. They did blow out our sprinkler system, and that seemed to go fine.- Katherine S.

ADevoted Tree SolutionsI had a ~25 year old mountain ash/rowan tree with nasty surface roots that had chewed up a walkway in my yard and was starting to lift the city sidewalk. It was a beautiful tree, but too large for where it was planted, so it needed to go. I got bids from Devoted Tree Solutions and one other provider. The other provider actually gave me a lower bid, but never provided it in writing. Devoted sent me an email with their written bid, detailing everything I could expect from them (take down the tree, grind the stump, remove the wood, clean up), within minutes of their initial visit. Because I didn't want there to be any question about what they were going to do, I accepted Devoted's bid, even if it was a bit higher. I'm really glad I did. They did a fantastic job! There were three crews who came out on three separate days. One removed the tree, one ground the stump, and one hauled away the remaining wood. Each crew was extremely friendly and professional. They showed up exactly when I expected them to and did their work quickly and efficiently. Special kudos to the guy who actually climbed up into the tree to do the cutting. He was super careful when he cut the branches not to let them hit either my house or my neighbor's house, just a few feet away. Further, when he dropped the branches he cut to the ground, he did so in a way to minimize any damage or divots to the grass. Additional kudos to the grinding team, who managed to navigate the grinder through my front gate and my very narrow front yard to the stump without damaging either my front steps or my newly painted picket fence. (The other provider had said he would need to remove a section of fencing to get the grinder to the stump.) It was very impressive. There were two delays in getting the tree removed. One due to a scheduling issue and one due to an equipment issue. In both cases, Devoted informed me well in advanced, allowing me to adjust my schedule. Their communication and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Devoted Tree Solutions, and would absolutely use them again if I ever have another tree that needs to be removed or pruned. During the project we were updated along the way and flexibility was provided on the design as needed. AA to Z Stump & Tree IncA to Z was fabulous to work with. They initially came out to give a quote for removing one of my Maple Trees in the back yard. However, after talking with them, it became clear it was too cost prohibitive to remove the tree. Instead we opted for a set time limit where their crew could come and clean up some of the trees instead. They were quite efficient and did a great job. Would definitely hire them again!!- Kevin L.

AELITE TREE CAREHe arrived on the scheduled day with a couple of workers, and they climbed up the trees, cut branches with chain saws, and chipped them. They were done in a couple of hours. They cleaned up the yard, including many fallen leaves that were there when they arrived.- PEGGY R.

AMr. Beckner was very helpful after I called his company about an issue I have with a large pine tree. In spite of the fact that my location is out of his territory, he returned my call and spent a lot of time explaining how I should go about addressing the issue, including how to collect soil samples, how and where to send the soil samples for analysis, and what I could do to mitigate probable soil issues. I was very impressed with the amount of help he gave me, even though I'm not his customer!
