    The work began as promised and was done on time. The job site was kept clean and orderly. The workers were punctual, courteous and professional. Job completed on budget. This company is one of the best construction companies I have ever worked with. Honest and straightforward.

    Called and left message to please call me. Voice recording said my call would be returned within the hour. I immediately received a text message from them saying I could also leave a text message, which I did. It's now close to two hours after initial contact and still no return call. This is definitely a fed flag to me that this company may have reliability issues, will never use.

    They were Uber, that is the only one we've used, and they were excellent. We have used them twice this year. We used it last fall in November, and we used it last June of 2015. We had to pay extra to cross 520, we were going to a cruise ship, and then we called them to bring us back after the cruise.

    The service was great from start to finish. Booking over there web site was very easy on the Resrvations page and Inrecieved a Confirmation from Victor there dispatcher and also a driver. This is a family run business so everything is very close but and you feel safe and taken care of. The driver showed up 10 minutes early in my driveway at 6:50am and knocked on my door at 7:00am asking if I had any luggage he could take to the car for me, I said Yes! Gave him my 2 pieces of luggage and did a final check of my home and purse to make sure I had everything so needed for my travels. Off to the airport we went, He drive very safe and explained to me about how they are commercially insured, each car is inspected every year by Washington State Patrol, They also have a agreement with the airport to pickup and drop off and have a sticker on every car to do so. There commercial insurance also insures the passenger incase anything does happen, they all have For Hire Lifenses, pass classes every year and are urine tested every 90 days randomly. This made me feel very safe to be in the hands of a professional company and professional driver! After getting to the airport I gave him a 20% tip for the perfect service he provided and he scheduled me for a return pickup for my flight back home. picking up from the airport was very eazy! They take your flight info and minister your flight. Mine was late 45 minutes and they were on top of it, as soon as I got my bag I called there number walked outside the baggage claim doors and let them know I was ready at door 18 Alaska Terminal, Two minutes later Rudik Pulled up in a very clean Towncar loaded up my luggage and off we went! What an eazy process they have established! I Live it and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

    The work was completed in a very workmanlike manner in two days as scheduled.  The consultant they retained to obtain the permits was a couple months late in doing his job because of some unusual personal circumstances.  Otherwise, the job came off as promised.  The company president and owner, lark Stahl,  was always accessible and quick to respond and personally came out to oversee the job.  We had three contractors look at the dock and received very different proposals on what we needed to do and how much it was to cost.  We felt that Lakeside was the most forthright and open of the three.

    I had a side car made for my electric wheelchair for my son to ride in when he was a baby. He used it until he almost couldn?t fit in it; he loved it and he called it the Mommy RideJ Two years ago. I surprised my son and had a bigger seat put on for him? My best friend is having a baby now, so it was time to put the baby seat back on.

    This time around I did a search for welding and The Shocker Metal Shop caught my eye. I emailed them and they got right back to me. They didn?t sound hesitant regarding helping me, like most businesses usually do about helping with an unique job. They said I could come the following morning. They took a look at it and said, that is not fair, you shouldn?t be limited to one size of seat. (I didn?t even think of having the ability to swap the seats) Needless to say, I loved their idea and they made it happen! To change the seats is really easy and takes about two seconds to do; I love it and am really thankful I came across these guys! My son is pretty happy too! When I went to pick it up, the next morning, I was ready to pay but they said it was on them! They are awesome; I will be a customer for a lifetime and I highly recommend The Shocker Metal Shop to everyone. I give them 105 stars!

    I used ETCL to go to the SeaTac from Kirkland and then home again two weeks later. The only reason I didn't give them an A rating on price was because the pricing procedure on the return trip seemed a little deceptive. And the only reason they didn't get an A in responsiveness was because I felt the need to call them the day of my pick up to verify they were coming. I was expecting a call or text saying they were on their way. If this company had their drivers text when they were half an hour out or something, it would improve their service immensely. Otherwise, the entire experience was pleasant and professional. Both drivers (Dennis, Eric) were friendly, prompt, and courteous. Both cars were clean and comfortable. They got me where I needed to go on time and in comfort with out much anxiety or hassle from the online quote/reservation system to the emailed confirmations and phone call conversations.
    So, the problem I had with the price was that I asked for a quote for my return trip and was told it would be the same
    as the outgoing trip which was $60. In the email confirmation, it listed $60 as the price and included a 20% gratuity for $72 total. I am a good tipper but reserve the right to wait and see what kind of service I get before deciding on my gratuity amount, but I was fine with the quote. When I got home and it was time to pay, Eric took my credit card and ran it. The receipt he gave me to sign only had the $72 amount listed on it -- it said nothing about gratuity being included. AND the receipt
    included another line for "tip" below the $72. So, if I hadn't asked for the quote, I would have tipped again on top of the built-in gratuity. I asked Eric if the tip was already included in the $72 and he said yes at least. So I put nothing in the "tip" line and signed the receipt. His service had been good enough so I had no qualms about giving the 20% tip.  BUT I guess my problem is that when having a built-in gratuity, it's not a gratuity, it's just the company's rate. And showing that a
    tip has already been included on the receipt is important if it really is supposed to be a gratuity otherwise the passenger feels like a schmuck for not adding any or is being swindled if they do. Anyway... it wouldn't stop me from hiring them again.

    Met a new salesman, Casey (I believe), very nice and tired hard. Then dealt with Tommy. Super kind and friendly, really helped us make what I feel were some good decisions in buying our rig... until the rig was purchased, then he kind of disappeared, minimal return of our calls and limited attention to our concerns. We were told the rig would be altered and ready for pick up and quot;possiblyand quot; within 3 weeks, maybe two. The prep work and changes we ordered on the rig took months, with the service department stating it was due to not having the items/parts and having to wait for them to get shipped. We had the patience, but really would like the sales and service departments to make some much needed improvements to their, post-sales customer service be more timely and regular with knowledgeable calls with updates along the way...don't wait for us to call. Thanks for the good part of this experience. Would we recommend?, maybe, with notes of caution.

    Paul was on-time and got us to the airport quickly.   He was able to accommodate a same-day appointment for a trip to the airport, and schedule a return pickup for us on the way.  Since we were travelling out of the country, we didn't bring our cell phones to call Paul when we had arrived.  Instead, he was willing to take our flight number and tracked it himself, waiting outside our baggage claim for us 15 minutes after our flight had landed.
    One thing to note - he asks for cash only payments.

    terrible service, angry staff, not friendly or helpful. 

    they lost my checked baggage and would not pay me back for the contents unless I had receipts for my clothing, shoes and makeup inside.  I do not keep receipts and therefor was out of luck for any refund. 

    The staff is rude and acts annoyed if you ask for anything.

    They are always out to get you if your luggage is 2 pounds overweight.  If feels like they are just trying to make the next nickle on you  but wont treat you with any respect.  I dont image ever flying with Alaska Airlines again unless they are the absolute last option.
