    Great! Also got a lot of information from the young woman at the front desk when I dropped off the mower regarding problems with different fuels in the mower. They were very busy but were accurate on the time estimate on when I'd be able to pick up mower. When I returned mower it appeared that the person who wasn't used to working up front was a little flustered and not a fluent English speaker, but she did her best and I was overall very happy with the work.

    I was very happy with the service.  I expected my pressure washer was dead, and they offered to apply my deposit to the purchase of a new unit if it was unrepairable.  They told me it would be a two week process, but it actually took less than a week.  I wasn't ready to pick it up and they were able to hold onto it for a week for me.  The work they did was to replace the carburetor and replace rivets on the frame with bolts.

    It's actually my daughter-in-law's lawn mower and she's not real good about up-keeping it with oil and stuff. Every time she goes to use it, when the season starts, it's not working. They did a good job. The first time we went in there, the lawn mower was a wash. It was too expensive and it was not worth it, so we just told them to keep it. When we went back they remembered us and gave us a discount because the last time we were there they couldn't do anything for us, so that was cool. It was still expensive, but we ended up doing it because it was cheaper than buying a new mower. It worked out, they remembered us and it was nice. It was a fairly new machine. I think it was a pretty fair price. So far, so good. It's working. They got back to us sooner than they thought they would. They were very nice.

    Chad Miller's repair service has done four jobs for me. He cleaned and tuned up three weed trimmers and my garden tiller. His rates are $40.00 per hour + parts. He was able to get all of my equipment running properly without any parts cost whatsoever. He was readily available by phone and was there as promised when I delivered my tools and when I picked them up. He is friendly, professional, thorough and trustworthy. I would recommend his service to anyone.

    Goodsell gave an estimate for a generator tune-up that seemed reasonable. I tool the unit in and explained that it would not start due to old gas that was left in the unit. They told me it would be approximately 2 weeks and a range of $85-150 depending on how much work it needed. They called me at exactly two weeks with the job completed. The unit was returned to me good as new and winterized ready for storage. The total pice was $140.

    The price was probably reasonable. The lady was really friendly and it is a great place. They fixed it in the time they promised; they may have even called me a day before they said they would have it done. I took my lawnmower to them and it looks like a lawnmower shop; it isn't very plush or anything.

    I will be testing out the mower during cutting season soon. Nothing really stood out neither positive or negative about their service. They were up front in giving me an idea about the cost because of the nature of the lawn mower's condition. They told me there might be a need to replace the carburetor and they would call ahead for permission first. I appreciated knowing in advance that the cost might be over the initial quoted amount.

    I called them first to tell them my problem and confirm they serviced my type of lawnmower. They called back and said yes. I brought in the mower and they called back a couple days later saying everything was fine with the mower, but it was the charger that was bad so I needed to buy a new charger (which they did not sell). I called some retailers in the area, and when I told them what I wanted, they advised me not to buy a new charger. They said the only reason a charger goes bad is due to a power surge, which may be caused by a faulty circuit board and if I bought a new charger, the circuit board would just cause the new one to go bad. The retailer advised me to call the factory repair store to get the circuit board tested. I called back Baldwin & Sons and asked them if they had tested the circuit board. They said they did not have the capability, so they did not. I then called the factory repair store and when I told them my problem they informed me my lawnmower was the subject of a factory recall for this very problem. The folks at Baldwin & Sons were very nice and they did not charge me very much for the troubleshooting, but I do think that they should have been aware of the factory recall and informed me about it. I only paid $10, but I paid it for nothing. They may have extensive knowledge of gas lawnmowers, but I would not take an electric lawnmower to them.
