ANorth East Landscaping ServicesThey did a wonderful job, and the two man crew (for my job) were friendly, competent, and awesome. Cleared the yard one day, came back the next to trim, lay the tarp and bark. Did parking strip, steeply sloped side yard, shared yard, back and side parking area too. I’m getting compliments from strangers, and my neighbors. Already gave two referrals.- Dawn C.

ANorth East Landscaping ServicesVery well. Landscapers arrived an hour early, completed work quickly, answered all my questions, and left everything clear of debris.- Todd V.

AGreen Spaces Landscaping LLCThe work was completed just as the COVID lockdown was kicking in, and we couldn't have been happier. We spent all summer sitting outside enjoying the patio, watching flowers bloom, growing things in the new raised bed, and BBQing on the deck. There were a few items that needed adjustment (it was a big project so expected), and they were great about getting back out to address them. The team was great, and when safety protocols needed to be introduced for a short time at the end that was done well. Would definitely use them again! Note price is only N/A because we don't have a good comparison - we liked the proposal and were happy with the results.- Krista C.

AGreen Spaces Landscaping LLCSuch a great company! Ryan Sarvis was our contact and he was professional, organized and very knowledgeable. His design was perfect for our yard and he was amenable to the changes that I wanted to make. The crew that did the actual work was fantastic! They were polite, efficient and cleaned up after each day. We are very satisfied customers. By the way, this is the second time we have used the company.- Jennifer R.

ANorth East Landscaping ServicesThe estimate process went smoothly with them. They came out twice and accommodated my schedule for the estimate.- John T.

AGreen Spaces Landscaping LLCGreen Spaces Landscaping (Ryan, Galdino, Juan Carlos, Jose) transformed our Back Yard into an outdoor paradise. We went from a single space full of grass and weeds with a small builder supplied patio, to a terraced multi-use space with a Fiberon Composite Deck, Pergola, Belgard Patio with Outdoor Fire pit area built into the slope of the hill, and a grass lawn area all accented by plants, trees, a dry stream, a fountain, and 2 custom built wooden bridges. All fully irrigated with a Wi-Fi controlled sprinkler system and integrated lighting. On the deck they installed a built-in BBQ and also built a 2nd Pergola to install a porch swing bed. The entire team was great to work with, and very accommodating as we made several changes to the project along the way. Karen (in the office) was also great to work with, and very prompt in all communications. We did all of this working during the Covid Summer of 2020, which makes it all the more amazing as despite everything they were able to accomplish all of this work in about 10 weeks from start to finish. We highly recommend Green Spaces Landscaping and will use them again for our front yard landscaping project and also any additional work we need done.- Calvin M.

ACD Paver ManagementOur driveway was in bad shape. Horrible shape. We had a 2.5” gap from the driveway to the curb, and we knew it was way overdue. I reached out to CD Paver Management with a phone call, and Walt gave me a call that same day. We explained that we wanted to go with pavers because of their visual appeal (amazing) and so that our many trees would never break up another concrete slab, and Walt made a plan to come out to measure. Walt showed up on time (with a mask) and ready to go over logistics. After measuring, he showed us a couple of samples of paver stones as well as a book with all of the colors and styles available (huge variety!). We learned that the pavers come with a lifetime warranty (as long as you own the home) and that the pavers are expected to last far longer than other types of driveways. Needless to say, pavers are Not the cheapest option for a driveway, but we see this as an investment in our forever home. We decided to go with the Charcoal and Cambridge Blend (I think that’s the name). We told Walt we wanted to move forward and we set up a date. The crew came out on time and got to work. It would be an understatement to say that these guys busted their butts off breaking up and hauling away our old driveway and sidewalk. They came back the next day and started grading our new driveway bed. They also hauled in some gravel and smoothed that as well. Before we knew it, they were adding the final layer and they also fixed two drainage issues that should have been fixed long before we bought the house. Then the pavers were added and this process went very fast. The next day the crew came to begin work on the sidewalk and to finish up the driveway. The final day the crew came back to make our step and to clean up and rinse off the pavers. To sum it up, we absolutely love our driveway. We love it and we wish we had done it much sooner. Our home looks nearly brand new now and we couldn’t be more proud. If you are looking for a paver driveway, give CD Paver a chance to earn your business.- Tim L.

BIt was really good and everything went well. They were prompt, on time but it is hard to communicate because of the language barrier. I am trying to reach out to them something with the fence but I haven't heard from them.

AWonderful! We we’re very impressed with the work and how reliable they were. Of numerous bids, we’ve obtained they are the only company that provided me with a breakdown of the work to be done. This allowed for a clear understanding of what was to be done so their was no misunderstanding of what we wanted and what they would do. We were so happy with the services they are going to be doing our maintenance too. Highly recommended.

AExcellent! Classic Nursery just wrapped up a 3+ week landscape renovation project for my Issaquah home. I was in communication with Alan, the landscape designer, starting in 2017 and finally decided to move forward with this extensive project. Alan is patient, knowledgeable, responsive and full of experience that he brings to his projects. With very few revisions, I went with the landscape design which included a new flagstone patio for a fire pit, dry-streambed treatments around the property, 14 light installations and a water fountain feature at the entryway. Hugo was the foreman for the job and was on-time, knowledgeable, great with communication and made changes quickly as he and I translated the landscape design sketch into reality. At the nursery Don was patient, knowledgeable and listened well to understand what plantings I wanted and would do well around my home. I purchased 20+ different shrubs and plants and Don was friendly in showing me around the nursery and indicating what I might like. I can't say enough positive things about Classic Nursery. I will definitely be referring others to them and giving them more business as I continue to invest in my outdoor spaces.

FThree of the five expensive trees died, but they were replaced after many calls and two of the three replacements have now died. All this despite ample watering. Pruning of junipers resulted in ugly scar that has not grown back despite promise that it would. Two nest spruces were paid for but never planted. Total cost mysteriously reached $3,891 including taxes. However, irrigation continues to work well. Owner was not able to monitor work closely, and Mr. Pham took advantage of the situation to provide overpriced product and shoddy service.

AAlex and his team were great. He was very responsive when I reached out for a quote, and he was able to start the work a few weeks later. He and his team showed up everyday on time, and finished the project in 2 weeks. He was flexible and happy to talk through the details of the project along the way. He knows what he's doing, steered me in the right direction, and the end result looks great. His quote was reasonable and the final cost was within the range of the quote. I will definitely use him for my next project.

FI’m writing this review to share the nightmare of a project we’ve had with Transblue, in hopes that nobody will have to go through the experience we have. We hired Transblue in early May to build a deck and provide landscaping work. It’s now December, my wife is 9 months pregnant and we're feeling helpless and frustrated. We gave Transblue a 50% deposit (many thousands of dollars) upon signing the contract, yet all we have to show for it is an open hole in our basement, a barely built deck, frustration and stress. Our initial interaction was with Transblue’s CEO who was knowledgeable about our deck needs & materials, quick to answer our questions and gave us the confidence to move forward with Transblue over the other businesses that we got quotes from. The deck work began in early June, but not long after I started flagging structural, safety and poor craftsmanship concerns to Transblue, which caused work to stop multiple times. I called out the many issues with code and quality and requested expert knowledge from Transblue. Unfortunately I received next to no help and very little substantive communication. I asked to meet with the VP, Contract Manager and project PM, to go over these issues and they promised to send me a project plan and build us a perfect deck -- none of which have happened yet. When the builders returned, they used inferior material (not the material outlined in the signed contract) which was improperly installed. We had to flag this to Transblue who told us verbally the inferior material was probably fine. After weeks of asking for guidance on building code and structural concern and spending 3+ hours a day researching/communicating building code, material, and techniques, I put my foot down. I told Transblue I needed the deck fixed and built correctly to Seattle building code. I also sent them a document, which I took hours to put together, outlining my needs and concerns. Not long after the builder took their tools and did not return, leaving demolition debris (wood, broken glass, nails/screws) in your yard. It remained there from early June to late July, despite our several requests to have it cleaned up. When Transblue told us they found a builder that could start in August, we were hopeful the project was back on track. However, the August date was missed, as were the many promised start dates that followed and came with promises of a new crew, ordered materials and build timelines ranging from 1-2 weeks. Sometimes these dates would come and go with no contact from Transblue. The next three months consisted (and still does) of having our basement exposed to rain/critters (with only a tarp covering it), a lack of transparency & proactiveness from Transblue, with endless excuses and hours spent realigning. I finally met with one builder in early October only to find that Transblue missed one key defect that I had told them about. Since this detail wasn’t passed on to the builder, he fell through and work was yet again stopped. A new builder showed up a few weeks later and began work on the deck. While talking to him, I learned that he didn’t have experience with the decking material or the waterproofing system. This led me to look him up on the License & Industries site only to find he had four lawsuits listed against his bond or savings. After meeting with him and Transblue, he also stopped work, as it became apparent Transblue hadn’t properly explained the full scope of the project. Despite the builder telling Transblue he’d need to be paid more & renegotiate their agreement, Transblue told me that everything was fine and the builder would be back the next day to continue work. He did not show and the following week Transblue informed me that we needed to discuss some change orders. After feeling neglected on this project for months, it was my wife and I’s breaking point when work stopped and we were asked for additional money after being strung along for five months on an already agreed upon project plan. We asked for a refund, explained our dissatisfaction & made it clear that we would not expect to pay for work that wasn’t to code. During this ongoing process I was promised over & over again that we were “top priority” and they were just running one more report to close us out. During this time I spoke to other contractors about the deck, they further echoed the code violations and defects. In addition, I have been unable to find any building permit for the deck and haven’t received a record of one from Transblue. After a month, Transblue finally responded to my refund request with a hollow proposal to start work again with no change orders and a new PM. We have no faith in them given our past history and we are still waiting for a proposal to end our relationship with them. I can not recommend that anyone work with Transblue.
