    UNIQ Remodeling
The project entailed electrical, lighting, laundry room build out, powder room update, kitchen counters, back splash, and appliances, bedroom reconfiguration, custom barn door installation, total interior painting and baseboard replacement. We were very pleased with every aspect of the service from the initial proposal through final inspection. Victor's professionalism and great communication were evident throughout the project. His advice on selection of materials and design decisions really helped take the stress out of the remodel. Victor and his team of subcontractors are master craftsmen who paid attention to every detail yet still managed to keep the project on track. The final results greatly exceeded our expectations.

    ANK Construction Inc
Working with ANK was a good experience when we built our home from ground up. Andrey scheduled all our contractors and got reasonable bids and guided us through the process. He was responsive throughout and took the time to answer all our newbie questions. Before this project we had worked with Andrey on a remodel for another house in Redmond. The price was reasonable and the project finished on time.

We hired Jahn to paint our entryway, stairway, and entire upstairs prior to putting our house on the market. He did an excellent job and his attention to detail is fantastic. He was always prompt and professional. We also had him seal some molding which prevented us needing to tear it out and replace it all and after everything looked brand new. Would definitely hire again for any painting needs.

Doru, Emanuel and Mihai did a beautiful job on our bathroom, even braving Seattle Snowpocalypse 2019 to get the job done as quickly as possible so we wouldnt be 8 people to one bathroom. Not only did they do great work under tough circumstances, they were so friendly and kind to our 6 kiddos. By the time the job was done, we wanted them to be a part of our family. We love ES Quality Construction and will be recommending to everyone we know.

    Soos Creek Woodworks
We recently completed our kitchen remodel with Bryon and Lee of Soos Creek Woodworks. See my previous review, which I submitted recently for our bath/laundry/dressing room project. We did the kitchen a few months after the other project, which brings me to my first point about Bryon and Lee: Flexibility. We'd originally planned to do the kitchen first and then the bath/laundry/dressing room. However, our plans for the kitchen lagged so we switched them, which was no problem for Bryon and Lee. They also went out of their way to accommodate a break for us between projects, which we really appreciated. They finsished the first one in March, packed up, did another job they had pending a little bit earlier, and came back in July for the kitchen. Our kitchen was a full blown, down to the studs remodel. Bryon and Lee handled everything except the countertops, wood floors, and painting the cabinets. Cabinets were all custom built by Bryon and Lee in their workshop with lots of extras like soft close and plenty of rollouts. We added lots of things during the project such as fixing a pocket door that didn't work right, moving a duct, finishing some wood french doors we had installed, fixing up a ceiling in an adjacent room, and a whole bunch of finish carpentry. As with our last project, Bryon is just a fair guy who won't take advantage of you, just wants to do it right, and have you be happy with the result. Bryon and Lee went out of their way to accommodate schedules with other contractors we had in for the project, as the wood floor, countertops, and cabinet painting are best left to specialists. You'd think that after 3 months (and 2 months for the previous project) we'd be sick of these guys but we never really got there with Bryon and Lee. They're personable, honest guys doing great work and we sort of miss them. Hopefully they'll stop by to say hi one of these days...

NORTHWEST RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PAINTING CO
I got two bids and choose NW Painting. Here's why. 1) the initial meeting I had with them made a positive impression on me and 2) the multi-paged estimate of work along with reviews and recommendations was complete and professionally drafted. That was the kicker for me. I had another bid which, price wise, was about the same. All the other painter did was send me an email with the bid price, NOTHING MORE. They had been recommended to me by an associate of mine from work. The job NW painting did was great. The house is a mid 70's home which had been a rental for 25 years. There was a lot of prep work needed, as the drywall had to be repaired and textured. This was a professionally handled job which I appreciated very much. From start to finish I felt they cared about my project and strived to do a great job. They did just that. Thank you!

I was in need of a remodel of my bathroom, after my previous installer only a year earlier installed, but with poor quality. Because there was water damage under tiles and subfloor. I asked for an estimate, and when ES quality gave me there bid, it was the most reasonable and within our time/financial budget. The remodel went fast and clean. We were amazed at the level of attention and craftsmanship. We were very impressed of his punctuality. And time and how he kept his word, constantly updating us of project progress. Our feeling was that we were in one of those shows were you have a before and after. And we won the lottery for this remodel. Amazing.

    BH Contracting Services Inc
BH Contracting was professional and prompt throughout the whole process. Both Brad and Joy were a pleasure to work with. I got the impression my job was smaller than the sorts of jobs they usually deal with, but I never felt like my project was a lower priority. Brad and his team worked quickly to get their work done ASAP before I moved in and the work was top notch.

    Seattle Paint & Design
Great marriage (literally) of both MaryAnn's skills in design and Jeremy's execution. MaryAnn was very attentive in the planning portion, visiting several times to give me ideas on how to renovate both bathrooms, and to guide me in options for my design choices for vanities, tubs, showers, etc. pointing out where I needed to spend more on quality and where I could save in other areas. MaryAnn was very respectful of my decision to spend some of my own time to do research and purchasing my own items. SPD was very flexible, since I delayed my project several times, they began work on June 2018 on the master bath and finished within reasonable time given the setbacks and additional scope I added along the way (requesting to close off an exterior window to extend the footprint of my bathroom to use a "hallway" area - hard to explain). After that was completed, they began working on my lower bathroom which is, at the time I'm writing this, at the midpoint of completion. All is looking good besides a few hiccups that were not not related to SPD. Additional points: RESPONSIVENESS: very good COST: Estimate was a fair range. Ended up going overbudget due to materials and additions to the original plan and "surprise" odd plumbing behind my walls that needed attention. INVOICING: I appreciate the weekly invoicing that is very transparent. QUALITY: I would score 97% perfect. If I'm being nitpicky, there were alignment issues with the shower fixtures but nothing that couldn't be adjusted later.

    Soos Creek Woodworks
It went great. This was the 2nd project we hired Bryon and Lee for. They remodeled our kitchen at our old house 5 years ago. Bryon is a master of all trades and handled everything except countertops and painting of laundry cabinets for us. He built beautiful custom walnut cabinetry for our bathroom and dressing room. He also built custom paint grade cabinetry for our laundry room, which we had professionally painted. Tile, faucets, shower, etc., are all in their wheel house. Things we like best about Bryon are: 1) He is extremely conscientious and very concerned with doing things correctly. 2) Broad skill set 3) Patience. My wife and I are collectively not the easiest customers but Bryon and Lee just keep calm and carry on while doing everything we ask through the inevitable stresses of remodeling. 4) Fair. Things came up during our project where Bryon could have really taken advantage of us. However, it is not part of his character to do so and when scope changed/increased he always made it extremely fair and economical. 5) Flexible. We discovered that our bathtub, which took 9 weeks to obtain, was smashed to bits when Bryon and Lee unpacked it. The guys found a way to keep going on other aspects of the project and took a few days off while we waited for the emergency replacement. I really appreciate that they didn't pack up and leave for another job. In short, if you are looking for true professional remodelers who care about their results and will do almost anything to make your project a success, you need not look further than Bryon and Lee @ Soos Creek Woodworks.
