    Innovative Kitchen & Bath
We were very pleased from the initial design visit and work through the final result. They listened carefully to design decisions we had already made, made suggestions and explained pros and cons in detail, and helped the end result be even better. The project manager and contractors were all professional, easy and fun to work with. The quality of their work was excellent. Our job was a small bathroom gut/remodel and not super high-end, but we felt the quality of work and level of communication was the same we would have received on a much more expensive job. We are hiring IKB again to replace countertops and backsplash in our kitchen.

It went great. They were very well organized from beginning to end. They gave us a quote that they stuck to. They prepared the job ahead of time by asking for the foyer measurements and photos of the space to make sure the ladders would fit. They arrived on time, were pleasant to work with and after the installation the new chandelier looked great. Note that the new chandelier was not particularly easy to install. It had 6 different cables roughly 10ft long, and each had to be accurately set to the right length so the chandelier would be balanced.

    24/7 ELECTRICAL SERVICES
In a nutshell, hired them to trouble shoot potential outlet problem, paid $165.14 for this. Then hired them to: "Run 30 amp dedicated circuit for dryer removing old dryer plug adding with remodel box behind dryer new plug about 20 foot run wall opening required including materials" They charged me $900 for this job. The tech verbally told me it would be 3-4 hours of work. In reality it took less then two, my bad for not making sure that was on the quote, as they didn't prorate for the shorter time. The office told me the tech quotes for the job and if the job goes over they wouldn't charge me more. When my washer/dryer was delivered yesterday, lo and behold the tech installed a range outlet. Called him, he said he would be out at 8:00am to take care of it, he showed up but didn't have the part and has to go to the warehouse....didn't he do the work and know what he needed to do the job correctly? I was also told by the office personal that they would be replacing the incorrect outlet for free...it's not free, I paid $900 for a job to be done correctly!!! Please think twice people and if you go with them get EVERYTHING the tech tells you in writing as they are the ones that set your pricing.

    Green Concepts LLC
We contracted with Green Concepts LLC for a panel replacement and upgrade. They also included a installation of a generator plug as a Winter special at no extra cost. Their work bid was very competitive, complete and honest. There was no attempt to sell something extra, nor were there any hidden / extra charges as was the case with some of the other bids. Monica did the scheduling and handled all the billing, permits and inspection scheduling. This was done in a professional, complete and timely manner. Monica was very easy to deal with via e-mail or phone. The work was scheduled within a reasonable and accommodating time. Work was completed as scheduled and passed inspection with a recommendation of very well done. Derek was very professional, through and complete. He took the time to answer questions, make recommendation and give advice. Watching Derek work it was obvious he was not only a Master Electrician but a Master Craftsman as well. His first priority was customer satisfaction and pride in his work rather than high turnover and profit. This is a local firm committed to the improvement of the community and the Green concept. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them in the future.

    Switch Electric LLC
Joseph is awesome! He is professional, responsive and fun to work with. My house had knob and tube wiring on the first floor, to bring the house back to current standard, we decided to redo all the electrical wiring. Joseph and his team completed the project in 2 days with minimal damage to the plaster wall. They are very through with their work. They even corrected some of the work from the previous owner (i.e. staple loose electrical wire in basement) and pointed out part of the floor joist was missing. Thanks to them, I got the floor joist taken care of before any structural damage happens! He also suggested ways for me to save money on the project (for example, use wireless interconnect smoke detector instead of wired ones). The inspector did not find any issue with their work. Job well done!

    Seatown Electric Heating and Air
I would not use SeaTown Electric for any work on my house. They were prompt on install and scheduling a Tesla charger but both the sales person and electricians recommended services that I later found out were odd and seemed like an attempt to extract money from me. I was told fuse boxes need maintenance every two years. Call me naive but I trusted their recommendation on having them check my fuse box while they installed a charger for my Tesla. This additional service on top of the install cost over 700 dollars. After consulting neighbors, google and another electrician about what type of service is required for a fuse box I can only say I feel cheated. My house is only three years old. It is what it is and in the end SeaTown Electric extractced more money from me. In my opinion it was not worth it as I will be leaving negative reviews online and will not be using their service again. Per their technicians request they asked me to mention their names in my review - Tyler R. And Bradley M. Are not my preferred electricians to do any work on my house.

Daniel Mogovan and his team provided excellent work and outstanding service when installing the panel heaters in my guest room and winter garden. I have already hired Mr. Mogovan to do more electrical work, this time landscape lighting in the garden.

Great marriage (literally) of both MaryAnn's skills in design and Jeremy's execution. MaryAnn was very attentive in the planning portion, visiting several times to give me ideas on how to renovate both bathrooms, and to guide me in options for my design choices for vanities, tubs, showers, etc. pointing out where I needed to spend more on quality and where I could save in other areas. MaryAnn was very respectful of my decision to spend some of my own time to do research and purchasing my own items. SPD was very flexible, since I delayed my project several times, they began work on June 2018 on the master bath and finished within reasonable time given the setbacks and additional scope I added along the way (requesting to close off an exterior window to extend the footprint of my bathroom to use a "hallway" area - hard to explain). After that was completed, they began working on my lower bathroom which is, at the time I'm writing this, at the midpoint of completion. All is looking good besides a few hiccups that were not not related to SPD. Additional points: RESPONSIVENESS: very good COST: Estimate was a fair range. Ended up going overbudget due to materials and additions to the original plan and "surprise" odd plumbing behind my walls that needed attention. INVOICING: I appreciate the weekly invoicing that is very transparent. QUALITY: I would score 97% perfect. If I'm being nitpicky, there were alignment issues with the shower fixtures but nothing that couldn't be adjusted later.
