    JD Hunt Paving LLC
JD Hunt was amazing, their responsiveness not only from my initial inquiry, but coming out to provide and estimate to keeping me updated on weather conditions and when they would be able to perform the job. The work is incredible, my driveway looks amazing and I would never hesitate to call them again. The pricing they provided me was exactly what I had guesstimated in my head so there were no surprises for me.

We're a Homeowner's Association with about 78K sq ft of pavement & after sorting through paving companies in the right size to do our job we had three companies quote and chose Becker. We had the first phase (17K sq ft) done last summer. They did a good job on a complex job with 22 garage doors to pave right up to & multiple slope angles. This was a full remove & replace. They fixed 95% of our puddles when regrading - which was better than we expected. 6 months later we're still happy with the job.

They came out when they said and finished the work early. All the employees were professional, helpful, and communicated well what they needed and always asked permission to use anything they did not have. (the outside water faucet, electrical, etc...) the water faucet leaked after they were done but did come out and fix it after I called them a few days later.

Work done was great, but we had a miscommunication on what exactly I needed done. In the end, they couldn't perform the work I was trying to have accomplished (this was mostly my fault, not theirs), but I wouldn't have bought the deal, had I known.

Went Great! Tom showed up on time, actually early, job was completed as agreed. So far no complaints. Time will tell as to how well the re-coating/sealing holds up but currently we are very pleased with the work done in 2016 and now in 2017.

Norm and team completed most of the work on the road but they were rushed because of darkness. There were a couple of post road issues that needed to be address and Norm took care of it. Overall a good experience and I would definitely recommend and hire them again.

Challenging weather conditions at the time. Our first appt was rescheduled the morning of due to rain in the forecast. A few days later, the crew came to apply the seal only to have it rain almost immediately after completion. Although I was initially upset, it only took an email to say most of it had washed off for them to schedule another appt to do the job again. It was not a rush job, but re-coated extremely well and carefully as though it was their first visit. They did not charge or even suggest a charge for me. Cost was precisely what I was quoted initially. I was extremely happy with their service. Only potential improvement is that some of the seal splashed onto garage door - though it could have been from the rain.

Met a couple of times on design and City's ROW requirements. Preperation and paving took two days. First day removal of concrete PAD, asphalt and dirt; bringing in and leveling drainage rock for sub-base; and, construction of drainage system. Second day finishing sub-grade elevation and compaction and paving entire driveway. No waste of crew time, timely delivery drainage rock and asphalt ( bags, 3 drainage rock truck loads, 3 loads of asphalt). ended with NO extra! As project manager JD kept a dozen tasks and deliveries simultaneously moving towards a finished driveway and drainage system. As engineer/surveyor JD kept our final grade in mind and solved our drainage problem. JD Paving is fantastic. Kept to his schedule. Has a sharp crew who obviously enjoy the work and making good final deliverable. Our complaint is on us that we did not do this seventeen years ago. Since construction had a couple of winter rains and success -- can walk to house from car and shoes are dry. And the new driveway width accommodated easily visitor cars last weekend. Thanks ever so much. We are very pleased.

This was a $199 big deal purchase. I have not used them yet. I paid the $199 but the driveway was too big and their bid came out being super-high. I kind of negotiated with them a little and then there was a date that didn't work. I guess I need to talk to them to see if we can extend that over to next summer. The bid experience was okay. I only had one other bid and it was the prior summer. It seemed like these guys were more. I kept asking about the $199 but maybe prices went up. We ended up having some other work done. The quality was good.

It went well, scheduling was delayed until June due to weather concerns. As it happened the day after they did the sealing it rained. The sealant definitely had issues so I contacted them and they sent them back out to do another seal / coating. It rained the day after that too, but it seemed to have taken this time. They highly recommended a second coat, which I agreed to and paid extra for. My driveway exceeded their size, so I had to pay a bit extra. All in all the $199 deal was a great entrypoint, but still had to pay about $300 on top of that. Time will tell if it was worth it. Now the driveway is so nice and clean, if you walk across it with muddy or dirty shoes, it shows! First world problems, ha! All in all very happy, but maybe feel it was a bit expensive. Some of the cracks that were sealed, you can really see, where others you can barely see. I have a low point, some other companies offer a bit of asphalt repair, but these folks don't to my knowledge. Driveway looks great though! Everyone was very professional, great to work with.
