    I was given a date for repair. The date came and did not hear from anyone. I called and the owner checked and the part was there.He'll called the service guy to see what time he will arrive. He made a mistake that the part was not there. And my part will be there on Friday. I called back and he verify that the part was there. He called back and said again the part was not there. And it will be there on Monday. He offer a $50 discount for my inconvenience. Monday, they came and got the service done. I paid with a credit card. I called to find out where the credit was, Asked what was cc# again to refund the discount. Its been over a month and I tried to call back and, the vm was full. He reply with the text and he will call me right away. I told him, I'm still waiting for the money and still no reply. This been month and no reply.

    Went great! Work was done a while ago at my old house but I saw the company here and wanted to put good word in.Not much to say. I called them up and one of the owners (or the owner) Chuck was super friendly and arranged to send his tech out same day. Tech was super friendly, knowledgeable ,well groomed and such and even called to me me know when he was on his way. He found the issue and fixed it with a part he had on hand same day. Saved my bacon (literally)

    The dishwasher was leaking and rather than try to sell us on expensive repairs that were not needed, Lane the service technician was able to correctly diagnose the problem as overly sudsy detergent. Lane was professional, courteous, and punctual - we would absolutely use Superior Appliance again if ever needed.

    Fridge LG LFX25991ST stopped cooling .we called Eagle , spoke with Nick. he came in time next day morning. i'm DIY person and did my day googling on troubleshooting this model. I did not need my knowledge as Nick , prior to do any measures or troubleshooting steps, did clearly explained what is he going to do and what is he checking for while inspecting frigde. basically poor assembly and parts do cause the leackage but find which one and whether it is the only one part ...is extremely challenging and expensive... Nick did show me readings and explained what is right ones and what it could of be wrong. he was very direct on the problem of freon leackage - replacing major parts by one after another and wait for some time whether leackage still be continued... NIck did go with me on all check points that he was doing and clearly explaning what can be wrong . no error codes and all fans are working and all electric points he can assess did have right readings. NIck was upfront and clear on $ to start replacing major parts that MAY have leackage, but he also was very direct that leackage may occur in tubing and visually may not be discovered..., therefore, replacing parts may extend the life of fridge but no one knows for how much time...poor quality 'by design' ... he was exact on $ for repairs. NIck did not start squizing us on $ - he was professional and direct with estimation of labor and explained steps that he will be doing if we decide to start fixing the ' LG piece'. we have not decided on further repairs yet and we started our ' journey' with LG support and warranty terms... that has not been expired on major parts. If we decide to go with LG warranty we also will need to go on only with LG support third parties to estimate labor cost. Thank you Nick for your help and honest professional service!

    AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! 1) They asked for a 4-6 hour window with no reference to time. So I had to take a whole day off work in order to get the work done. 2) Fees are a rip-off! $150 call-out fee then parts and labor after that at $125/hr. Labor is not pro-rated. Guy worked at our house for ten mins and charged the full $125 labor fee. Ended up paying over $300 for a 10 mins fix. 3) Part prices have a HUGE mark-up but required purchase from them. We got charged $75 for a part we later found online for $15.

    I have had Nick with Eagle Appliance out to our home twice to fix a variety of appliance issues. Nick is first class. He is courteous, smart and professional. Nick works quickly and does not charge for unnecessary repairs. He has fixed my refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher. I will keep calling on Nick when we have any appliance repair need. I only hope he does not become so busy and popular that he is unable to respond. :-)

    Seattle Fridge Repair
    Seattle Fridge Repair was excellent. They came out the day after I called them. Sam diagnosed that there was ice build-up because the compressor was clogged with dog hair (my bad) so it did not allow the normal condensation to drain & evaporate. Instead the drains were clogged and froze. He took the fridge apart, allowed the ice to melt, vacuumed the compressor & the coils & cleaned everything. It's not happened again since he came out. There is a 6 month warranty on the repair, but as long as I vacuum the back & under the fridge regularly, I don't expect it to happen again. I would definitely hire them again.

    Our washing machine stopped spinning. I called Eagle Appliance Repair and left a message. When my call was returned we discussed the problem briefly over the phone and made arrangements to meet within a few days. Nick was prompt and discovered our problem within a few minutes. He also found another potential problem that needed a replacement part. He didn't have the parts he needed so he picked them up the next day and came back a day later. Replacement didn't take more than an hour. Nick was very courteous and explained everything very clearly. I was very happy with the experience and have already referred him to others.

    My experience was very good. Just one person came to complete the service. It took maybe a half hour to 45 minutes to complete the service. He was professional, quick, and he did if for a reasonable price. My first impression was good when I met him.
