    Living Well Family Chiropractic
Dr. Nate is everything an amazing health provider should be (but is rare to find). He really listens and cares about people, systematically pinpoints exactly what is out of balance, performs adjustments using a variety of gentle and effective modalities, and is incredibly knowledgeable about things beyond structural alignment, including meridian systems, nutritional therapy, and exercises to support the body. I have yet to find another practitioner like him, and travel all the way from Seattle to get treated! Wish there were more of him. He's the BEST!!

    Innova Physical Therapy
I have had the great pleasure of being treated by physical therapists Bret (whom I have dubbed "The Dr. House of PT") and Chrissy (an incredibly knowledgeable PT), as well as the massage wizard Jenny (I honestly don't understand how she can figure out so much of what's going on in my body just with a simple touch!). Like many patients, I came to Dr. Bret due to a series of complex and persistent medical issues that weren't getting better with other approaches, including rheumatoid arthritis (chronic), whiplash (acute, from a car accident), costochrondritis (inflammation of where the rib meets the sternum), thoracic outlet syndrome (nerve compression causing numbness/tingling down my left arm), and an overall very deconditioned state due to some other issues. I first arrived at his office feeling overwhelmed, tired, scared but vaguely hopeful. In just over 6 months, Bret, Chrissy, and Jenny (ok, along with some other MVP providers in other disciplines) have helped reduce SO many of my symptoms (pain, numbness, tingling) and have taught me how to problem solve a lot of different ways I approach tasks in my life so that I'm putting my body in the best position for success long term. Regarding Bret, YES he has a long wait list, and YES it's worth it. I've been a chronic illness patient for 15 years and I'm also an occupational therapist (a field somewhat similar to PT) so I feel I have a little more of an expert lens through which to provide this review than perhaps the average person who only has one or two health issues. I have had many wonderful health providers, but I know how rare it is to behold a person who is 100% present and clearly in their element, and Bret is definitely in that category. Bret thrives on the complicated, unusual cases and knows his discipline inside and out, yet he also respects the psychosocial dimensions of care, which isn't always the case with people in his field. One last thing: if you get evaluated by Bret, you might then get seen weekly by another therapist. Don't be afraid of that! Bret appears to oversee all the other therapists, and also a brief review of various review sites will show you that he has an absolutely fabulous team of therapists under his wing. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough!

Mountain Sun Massage & Skin Care
I can't say enough good things about Mountain Sun Massage and Skin Care. I've been receiving medical massage here for about three years, 1x per week. So ~150 visits or so... During that time, I've had absolutely zero complaints. A little about my story... I was in an auto accident in 2008 where my cervical vertebrate was damaged. In 2015 I had surgery on it, and unfortunately, my condition only worsened. It's not uncommon for me to flare up and lose complete range of motion in my neck. Some days I cannot even get out of bed. Yeondo and the team at Mountain Sun have been helping me manage this over the years. I primarily see Yeondo. Yeondo is very attentive to detail and genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. When Yeondo is not available I see the other staff members and there is never a disconnect in my treatment. They are all very well trained and discuss the patient's treatment so the handoff when needed is successful. The only way I'll stop going to Moutain Sun is if they close, or I move away. I'm a lifelong customer, my neck is a lifelong customer, my pain management is a lifelong customer. Pros: --Accepts Premera insurance --Skilled in medical massage --Clean facility --Polite staff --Punctual --Online booking --Easy parking --Comfortable bed and face cradle --Comfortable facility temperature --Fairly priced Cons: --Absolutely Nothing!

    360 Massage
Brent is able to release the tension in key muscles groups and give me the relief I need. He is without question the best therapist I have ever used. Her sessions have greatly improved her overall sense of well being and have alleviated much of the pain that she suffered from before going to Erin. We cannot recommend 360 Massage highly enough.

    Living Montessori Academy
This review is for the Early Education center for Living Montessori. Our son was in the infant room from when he was 1 until he was about 15 months old. I loved the infant room. The teachers were excellent, esp the lead teacher who is much older (& wiser in my opinion) and has a lot of patience, love and common sense. The other teachers were aIso great, from my observation and their interactions with my child. I felt that the teachers genuinely enjoyed the children and weren't in the state of frustration most of the time. The staff members were also great, esp the front desk (very kind and always helpful). The infant room does not use cribs, which I liked since my son can get up and move when he wakes up. In the mornings, the check-in process included writing details about how much milk my son had, and the last bowl movement, and any other notes for the child or for the teacher on a piece of paper. The teachers post this piece of paper on the wall, and fill out the child's day throughout the day, and hands it back to me at the end of the day. There is a small refrigerator to keep all of the milk in the classroom, and the food is provided by the school. (the food was organic & excellent, and my son ate very well there). We decided to move him because while I believe the Montessori method is good, I felt that my son needs a bit more social interaction & playtime to meet his sociable personality as he gets older, and as the other reviewer mentioned, this is probably one of the most expensive care in the area and we thought it was time to find another care that wasn't as costly.

    Quality Care Physical Therapy
As expected an evaluation is done on the first visit. Also we did physical therapy on the first and subsequent visits. These were muscle strengthening exercises for muscle groups as were revealed in the evaluation to be needing strengthening. These are also done at home preferably at least once daily. The therapist took color photos of each exercise and printed them so I would have a visual reminder later. I have been fairly faithful at doing these at home and I think I am seeing a little improvement. This saves me and the insurance company money since I don't have to visit so often to keep up motivation to do the exercises. The cost of these visits were billed at $150 for the initial evaluation and $180 for each therapy session, and these were discounted about half through my insurance.

I go to Cynthia Larson for massage therapy. Her partner that worked in the same clinic was on Angie's List. I found the clinic through Angie's List but used a different therapist there. It is just those two girls that are massage therapist in the clinic. Penny L Kunz is the other therapist in the clinic where I go. She has relieved my back pain immensely. I chose to go to their practice because they are convenient. They are about 5 minutes away from me. They are very limited in the hours that they work. Cynthia works 2 days a week and Penny works 3 or 4 days a week. They are very knowledgeable, both of them, as far as massage and practices. Cynthia has done a great job on my back. They don't work everyday of the week. I paid her for 5 sessions and that is the only experience I have in billing and administration, there isn't much on the line that they do. I am going to continue on.

    Massa Wellness
I am a strong advocate that regular massage is much like the idiom "An apple a day keeps the Doctor away". Mass Wellness is a very well run massage studio with a very knowledgeable staff that practices a range of techniques, including Thai Massage (which is hard to find in Seattle).

You will also be impressed by the investment the owners made in the overall facility. This is not a series of curtained stalls. There are a series of walled session rooms and the overall experience and mood is one of tranquility.

Add to the experience that a drive into downtown Kirkland is always a very pleasant experience makes Massa Wellness my favorite destination for a massage.

The staff was really nice and I was happy with the facility overall except the fact that they do not provide meals. I really loved the staff at the infant class especially Lindsey. For the same cost of the tuition or less, I could find a daycare closer to my house that provided meals. But I would definitely recommend the infant class.

It was Dr.  Badger my wife had some problems with. I was surprised he was given an "A". Her arm was paralyzed. He said he hit the wrong spot or something bumped in. He put in a metal in her arm. We had some problems. He finally said he wouldn't charge us something extra but didn't organize with his staff. We had to fight for that.
