Dominion Pest Control arrived on time, surveyed our house, set traps, and recommended repairs to gaps where rats were entering and exiting. We scheduled a date for a follow-up, and DPC made necessary repairs. The work was professionally done and thoroughly explained.

After 12 years of using Dominion we are very disappointed in the professionalism of their billing department (the technicians have always been very professional BTW). Excellent. Ongoing quarterly service.

We switched to Dominion Pest control after being terribly disappointed with Terminix. Even though we had been with Terminix for 5 years, we got rats in the crawl space, and Terminix let it get worse and worse. Dominion completely fixed it, and we have been with them for 5 year now, quarterly service, no problems.
