  • I wouldn't recommend this place for a brazillian or even a general wax.  My appointment was just a maintenance appointment (I get waxed every 5 weeks or so) - and, still, she didn't get all the hair (no, I am not just talking about a few strays here and there ).  Not only did she leave a lot of hair, but after the waxing, I was told that they do not clean up their clients. If you have ever had a brazilian wax, you know that you are waxed EVERYWHERE and if you aren't cleaned/wiped, EVERYTHING will stick to each other.  Imagine getting off the table/bed and trying to wipe yourself and leaving the place extremely sticky.  I have been to quite a few waxing places, but this was probably the worst experience I have ever had.  Unfortunate.

  • I started going to Elle Clinical Day Spa about 2 years ago. I get regular massage therapy and I like that they are so close to me.

I really enjoy every masseuse I've worked with and because of that I joined their massage program. For $59/month I get one 50 minute relaxation massage. Any additional massages are still only $59 and that applies to any family members or friends.

They also do facials and have make up and skin services!

  • I used to visit Inspa a lot. I always had a different masseuse, but they were always good. I think the pricing is reasonable and they had a really unique policy about not tipping. I loved that. I didn't have to pay more for my service and I didn't worry about what to pay. It made my experience that much more relaxing.

In the last year or so they reinstated tipping, which I think is confusing to the customer and made it even more awkward. I decided to go to a smaller local place for my massage therapy, because Inspa isn't offering me anything I can't get elsewhere.

Overall - good massages, but the change in policy gave me a bad taste in my mouth.

  • I've been going to Deborah for several months now, and my shoulder is much better. Deborah always listens carefully and asks questions to see how I'm doiong and what would be most beneficial for me. She's great at getting the tension out of my shoulders and helping me to de-stress. She has a kind, low-key manner that makes me feel comfortable and at-ease.

  • I requested a deep tissue massage and they offer a traditional style and a shiatsu style.  I gave the shiatsu style a try since I had never had that before but I didn't like it as much as other traditional style massages that I've had in the past.  Even though I prefer a lot more pressure on my muscles, I'm happy I tried it since it was still relaxing.  All in all the experience was good and the massage therapist had a lot of experience and excellent service.

  • The experience is pure bliss! The rooms are a little small, but very cozy. The temperature is always right and the music is also just right. These ladies are professional and friendly, and always pace the conversation to match mine. Many times in complete silence, and other times just the right amount of pleasant conversation.

  • They have really nice people here. The gal that does the massage is very good at what she does. They have people here that do a really good job. I have been to other salons for massages and these guys seems better. They listen to what you say and work with you. It is kind of tough to get in sometimes.

  • Everything went well as usual.  I’ve been using him on and off for about 10 years and he is very good. He was an electrical engineer before he was an acupuncturist and he came to this field through his understanding of the science of electricity. He explains why he is doing things and he is also very gentle.  He is American as well as Asian. He is also knowledgeable about herbs and he has some available.

He is also knowledgeable about herbs and he has some available.
