After a few days, she followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. She is helpful without being pushy. I was concerned with the installation. So many times I have experienced below par work. Bonnie does her own installs and she knows what she's doing! It was beautifully done. I am very happy with the end result. AWAYNE'S WINDOW CLEANINGI always remove every thing from the window sills (plants, sun catchers). Move furniture away from windows when I can inorder to make it easy to get to the window. They always wear booties and take care not soil floors or carpet. They never dribble cleaner or leave debree behind. They are very careful with my furniture. ASUN SOLUTIONS INCThe owner, Mark, was a very professional, personable guy. The product is one of a kind. In fact, my daughter was upstairs in her bedroom taking a nap when the installation was going on. As soon as the screen went up over her window, the temperature in her room dropped so dramatically, it woke her up. Our south facing bedrooms are now cooler, and we can leave our windows open at night, because the wind and dust are no longer a problem. Our area is known for wind and dust!! ACAREY'S CUSTOM DRAPERYThe overall process was very easy and Arlene was great to work with. I picked up my drapery panels and couldn't have been happier with the finished product. They were sewn beautifully; lined, on hooks and ready for me to hang. There was some material left over so I asked if she could make a few placements - again, beautifully sewn. AAffordable Solar ShadesTheir customer service is grteat, and their warranty makes their local solar shade business the Best value ever!! I can't imagine not having the Solar Shades now that they've been on our home for over a year. Our heating and cooling bills have dropped dramatically, and our home is so much more comfortable. DBudget Blinds In Kennewick WaI tried for a week to get a hold of anyone. No one ever returned my call. Finally I got a hold of them. I had them come out and measure my window and picked out the blinds I wanted. I paid my money and told them I would pick them up and install them my self to save me money. Four weeks later I picked up my blinds, took them home and installed them as per what the installer told me to do. When I hung them up, they were short across (width) by a 1/2". I promptly called them and talked with the manager who told me that was the way they measure them. I told him I had asked for the window shade to be like the Hunter Douglas that I had on there at the time of measuring and wanted it to be the same. I told him I was not happy and wanted them to reorder another blind and have it 1/2" wider. He informed me it would cost him money and he would not do it. I had to keep it the way it was. He gave me no other options his word was it. I am very unhappy with Budget Blinds and will not do any more business with them in the future. I hope no one else will either. They have no customer service and did not seem to care that I was unhappy. I hope no one else in the future will user them either, they will just be taken advantage of.- Lori O.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

Ai had 2 sections of fence blow down in nov. wind storm that had to be replaced asap.when i called bcs they came out later that day and gave me an estimate and set two posts that had broken off. the following day they came back and replaced the damaged sections.they were very responsive and did a great job at a fair price.
