AACE PORTABLE TOILET RENTALAfter we uncovered the two tank lids before he arrived, he pumped both compartments of our 1000 gallon fiberglass tank, which had not been pumped since 2002. The level was good and the baffles were in place. Very clean when he finished. Very happy with Mike coming to our home within the hour of specified time. Would hire him again. AACE PORTABLE TOILET RENTALVery happy with this company. Called and scheduled to have tank pumped and inspected. The guy I spoke with on the phone was informative and very helpful. Listened to my concerns about getting our system properly inspected. They were very busy at the time but still managed to work me in on the desired day which was about 5 days out. They called the night before to let us know the approximate time their guy would arrive to do the work, 9:30am. They said they would also call prior to arrival. Next morning their guy called at 8:45 to let me know he was on the way to the house. The guy that pumped the tank was friendly and willing to answer my questions. He pumped the tank, hosed the sidewalls down, looked at the bottom of tank, baffles and checked for flow back. He had me flush the toilet a few times to make sure all was working properly. I answered a few questions as to the age of the house, how many people were living there etc. We talked about not using the garbage disposal as food does not decompose in the septic system. Good to know! He also told me that anti bacterial wipes are bad for the system, makes sense. I don't use these, but still, good information. Really nice guy that did the work. The company was very professional, it was important to us to get a proper inspection. I was more concerned about having this done right than saving a few bucks by hiring the cheapest out fit. I chose this company due to the person that answered the phone, he was very helpful and listened to my concerns and assured me they would do a thorough evaluation of the system. They even called back the night prior to the work and made sure they had everything noted on their work order. We were very impressed and satisfied with the entire process.- Deborah P.

AACE PORTABLE TOILET RENTALI had an exceptional experience with this company. I called on Thursday and they were at my house Friday morning to get the job done. After confirming an appointment for Ace to pump the next day, we dug out to the tank covers. We were told they would be at our house at 7:30 the next morning and they showed up at 7:15. Tanks were pumped/ lids replaced and everything cleaned up by 7:50 or so. We had a great conversation with the employee about the condition of our tanks (excellent) and we had some questions about placing fence posts fairly close to the tanks answered. FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AThey did a fantastic job. The process truly is no-dig. They did it all through the cleanout. They installed the new sewer line. They explained every step of the process to me, and at the end, showed me the new line with the remote camera. Everything is sealed up. I had a pretty bad rat problem because the break in the old line allowed them to tunnel to the surface. The rats are gone, and the new sewer line is perfect. They also replaced my neighbor's line on the same day.
