    A Better View Window Cleaning
    They applied the chemicals, which worked well. However, they broke 4 Spanish tiles from my roof. They never volunteered to pay for the damages. They have not returned any of my calls or emails since.

    The House was heated up to about 130 degrees and they treated all the bedding to include sheets, blankets etc.
    Then they sprayed along the baseboards around the entire house and followed up with 2nd application with a powder. a week later.   The job was complete about 4PM and we were allowed to reenter about 6PM with a 2 Hour cool down period . All the mattress covers were replaced.

    I called at 2 pm and he came out that same day at 5 pm.  He was very informative, explaining the nature of yellow jackets and letting us know what he would be using and how it worked.  A nice mix of friendly and professional.  Not in a big hurry and willing to wait for my husband to get into the house where he would be safe from any angry yellow jackets --before the pesticide was applied.
    We were very pleased that all of the insects were gone by noon the next day.  Awsome!

    They���ve been very efficient. They���ve taken care of all my pest problems. I have a lot of allergies, like spiders. They come regularly and their efficient and come on time. They come back if I ever have a problem. They���re also very flexible with my schedule. They go up on roof, baseboards for moths or whatever problems there may be. They took care of moles when I first moved into my house. The problem was eliminated quickly.

    After three $89.00 plus sales tax Point Pest Control - Spokane treatments, I decided to send a note to cancel the service with my most current service payment of $89.00 plus tax. The following are my reasons for trying to discontinuing or canceling with Point Pest Control - Spokane: 1.) Other then the first service call this company branch office would call one day prior to providing service, not giving me enough time to reschedule a time and date of when I could be home to allow them in to my house for indoor treatment. I travel the globe for my employer and could not meet Point Pest Control - Spokane service schedule and short notice time, (this was also explained in advance to this company). 2.) I did not like the fact that this company would show up and only treat the outside of my home, not the indoors and then bill me the full service fee of $89.00 plus sales tax. 3.) After my payment in full for the third treatment and note to please cancel my pest control service. In February 2013, Richard (Service Technician) from Point Pest Control to my surprise showed at my house to provide his pest control after I thought I cancelled my service? a.) Richard (Employee) stood at my front door arguing the fact I did not or could not of canceled my service, Tiffany (Customer Service) from Point Pest Control - Spokane would not of sent me to your house etc.... b.) Richard proceeded to stand at my front door for a total of four minutes arguing and defending Point Pest Control, attempted to intimidate me by asking me who I worked for and what I did for this company? Richard even went as far as saying that I do not want him to come inside a treat the indoors with their chemicals? That his chemical are not good for my family or pets. 4.) After this unusual experience at my front door I decided to call the customer service office of Point Pest Control - Spokane. I reached Tiffany and explained my experience with their employee Richard at my front door, explained that I notified their company to please cancel my service with my recent final payment / invoice. Oddly enough, I reached the very same blunt response from Tiffany? Stating you did not answer my call, you did not respond to our letter etc... I tried to explain that I attempted to cancel my service with the last payment, Tiffany at this point got very offensive stating that I cannot cancel my service agreement. Even if I was paid in full, even though I stated that I was not happy with Point Pest Control service or the quality of the service that I received from her company etc... She stated to me via the telephone that only way that I can cancel my services per the signed agreement with Point Pest Control, was to send them an "additional" payment of ($95.00) to cover a cancelation fee. So this is what reluctantly I did even though I attempted over and over to explain to Tiffany that I was not satisfied with their services. 5.) After my final ($95.00) payment to cancel this companies pest control, all is well. I would though like to strongly encourage others to be very careful in dealing with such a company who does not allow their customers to discontinue a service agreement due dissatisfaction or poor quality. In my 50 plus years of being on this earth, I never have been treated or strong armed by a company or home service provider! Thank you

    While I was working in my front yard a representative of Pointe approached me saying that a neighbor had suggested he contact me about their services.�� The neighbor making the referral had��been approached in a similar manner, i.e., they had not contacted Pointe for an estimate. ��I didn't feel this unsolicited approach of working through a neighborhood trying to drum-up business was ethical and probably not legal
    I did however have some pest issues, e.g., ants��both inside and outside��my home, earwigs, spiders and wasp nests forming under eves of my house and shed.
    The service technicians were very professional and did what I felt was a thorough application of insecticides.�� After application I was finding dead bugs on my back patio which I'd never seen before.
    First application apparently caused some ants to move their nest to box housing my irrigation timer.�� I contacted Pointe and they came out within a day to spot treat ants, which had been carrying eggs up into box apparently trying to escape insecticides on ground.
