ASenske Services - KennewickI must, in all fairness, update my previous review. I was indeed distressed with my previous experience....BUT SO WAS SENSKE! A member of the Senske team called me within an hour of this posting, so yes....someone IS monitoring things. I spoke with Ben who, in short, took ownership, personal interest, and listened to my concerns. I was particularly impressed by his openess without finger pointing. His BELIEF in his company was refreshing. In short, he COMPLETELY RESOLED my issues and my worked consciously to EARN MY TRUST. I never doubted the quality of the work from this company. Now, I mo longer doubt their integrity. Very impressed and happy with our resolution and results. Will continue to use and recommend. ****FIVE STARS*****- Mauricia S.

AJoe's Yard ServiceAll the concrete turned out great. It is sloped exactly as requested and the joints blend perfectly with my existing driveway. The gates turned out perfectly as well as everything else they did. Joe was always very responsive from the initial inquiry to the end of the project. He is easy to work with and accommodated the work I added to the project midway through. His crews were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The price was very competitive and he delivered what was requested. Due to size the project I posted a diagram of the desired finished product near the work site, which helped keep everyone on the same page.- Zak S.

I recently purchased a duplex and both front yards and the backyards were trashed and nearly dead. When other services said it was to late the grass was dead, they suggested laying new grass for a hefty price, I said, no. AJEFF'S LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPINGI selected Jeff's Lawn Care & Landscaping Company for my 2016 lawn care needs for two reasons: the use of Bio-Green fertilizer products; and a willingness to treat a bermuda grass infestation. It's too early to know if the bermuda grass treatments will work (the contract states 3-6 years), but I am noticing worms in my lawn, which I attribute to the more ecological safe Bio-Green products. (Eventually I'd like to attract birds to my suburban yard.) This company has also done some fine-tuning of my UG sprinkler system. I like being able to call one place for all of my needs. Jeff and Janice, in particular, have spent time educating me about my yard, which I appreciate.- Janice K.

No other contractor could give the full scope of the design, planting choices, rock placing and yard layout like Jason. We felt like he heard us, improved upon our ideas. Always in touch and easy talk with. Changes on spot, were great. Adding on to project no problems. Prices stayed the same as the first contract, no higher rates then the start. Service after sales and install, outstanding!! A True Man of his Word!! BJeff's Lawn Care sent three workers to re-work an over-grown flower bed. The workers dug out three bushes from the area and removed the existing landscape fabric, rocks, and mulch. They then planted two small shrubs. They covered the newly-cleaned area with mulch and dug a hole for a small tree that hadn't arrived yet from a Pasco nursery. The workers were polite, showed up when they were scheduled, and cleaned up their mess when they finished. They were careful not to disturb the underground sprinklers. They returned a few days later and planted the small tree. I was disappointed that no amendments were added to the newly un-covered soil before planting and mulching. The workers were not provided with any soil amendments, so obviously they did not know that task needed to be done. I thought that task was part of the bid. After the workers left, I re-planted the two new bushes, using amended soil that I created. Later, I told one of the owners that I was disappointed about the condition of the soil. I was told that it is only necessary to amend the soil in the locations where items are being planted. But the workers were not told to do that, and were not provided with the relevant material. I was charged the bid amount for the work, although it took two tries to get the bill correct. I like this company and employ them for a number of on-going services. I just wasn't totally satisfied with this particular landscaping job.

AThis job was done in a very professional manner. One day to put in poles and dig the post holes one day to put up all the wood. They are in and they are out and they are very clean. I'm over 70 years old. TO have a job done and not get RIPPED-OFF in the process is very encouraging.
