ACatone Construction Clean Uphe was scheduled to arrive around 10am but received a call that he was running late. He arrived in the early afternoon and after surveying the amount to be removed, he returned about 2 hours later with the trailer. Accompanied by his young son they loaded all the debris and even picked up the loose leaves (on a windy day).- Tammy R.

ACatone Construction Clean UpI contacted Catones Construction Cleanup on April 7 for an estimate for removal of old large screen TV. Mike Catone was prompt in responding to my call and once I went over all the stuff I wanted removed he quoted me $90 for all the excess crap I had stored. He came by later that afternoon to clear out all the excess and swept the garage after the removal. I decided to show him more stuff that I had stored in my basement and scheduled another job for him. Mike came with 2 assistants and cleaned out both areas of accumulated stuff, they were very careful in removing all the large items. I appreciated their quick response and now am able to claim my 2 car garage and basement room as they were intended to be used. I was charged $100 for each removal which I feel was reasonable for the amount that was taken.- Ellen L.

CRubbish WorksThe deal stated that they would haul away things based on volume, not weight. When they arrived and found out that they would be hauling away concrete, they stated that they could only take some of it due to the weight, which was not stated in the deal. They did not return to haul away the rest of the concrete. The workers were fine, polite, and professional. They did seem in a little bit rushed. I do not feel that I got my money's worth on this Big Deal since the company did not haul away all of the concrete.- Kimberly W.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AVery well. Nicole was easy to deal with and you could tell she was invested in making sure you had a good experience. Car arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. She was upfront about the cost and the process and delivered as promised. I would definitely use them again and recommend Hilton to others.

FThis is the most disappointing company my family have ever dealt with. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They lack compassion, good customer service, and honesty. Very few of the employees were tolerable. We have had to have them back multiple times to fix their own mistakes, nor do they resolve issues in a timely manner. They tend to say things too please you, and don’t follow through with what they say they will do. We had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes which cost almost $20,000. Please do not hire this company.
